I had no idea that chick fil a served breakfast until I heard about this deal day. We decided to give it a try. I earned my kids that it might be too busy but we would give it a try. You had to order inside but the line moved really fast. The kids got to choose mini nugget sandwiches or a chicken biscuit sandwich with hash browns and a juice or milk. I ordered a fruit and yogurt parfait. The food was done quickly, even before we could get a table. The food was great and the kids played their domino game after they ate. Went inside to order food - service was good - but then we went into the dining room to find a table and it was a mess! All the tables needed wiped down and trash swept off the floor. Chick-fil-A is the best!! Not only are they always super friendly, but the food is always hot and fresh and delicious. Ordered ahead on my mobile app after a long night of volunteering, and my order was ready as soon as I pulled up. It was freshly cooked and they gave me extra condiments of my choice! Not as fast as other locations.. Long wait times and no urgency. But it's still the quality expected

I love chick fil a, but this location isn't the greatest. I've been there a lot bc I live rlly close to it. The employees are nice and everything but when I receive my food there's usually something missing. One of the last times I went there I ordered a 12ct nugget with a large fry and paid for that specific order just for me to discover that they gave me 4 chicken tenders and the fry. I've also ordered the same thing and receive an 8ct nugget. I call them too but nobody ever answers or gets back to me. The lines can get pretty long so it can be a huge pain to come back through and get the correct item you paid for. read more

This brand new Chick-fil-A is a wonderful place to eat. The service is fast and friendly, as expected from the franchise. The drive through is also very large. This is a wonderful addition to Medina, no longer having to drive to Fairlawn or Brunswick for some delicious chicken. read more
