Super clean & lots of workers!! That was nice. Forgot our fries order but lucky i caught it. Small fries were $2.29 & real tiny, kinda shocking. They had trouble entering order of a bun w/ cheese tomato lettuce. Had to get mgr. to help? Friendly staff. Bit of training needed on kids. I am not a big fast food eater but with children sometimes it is a necessity. I remembered I had a free chicken sandwich coupon so I decided to take my son. We went inside to order. I love how there are so many customization options for the kids meal. After ordering they give you a number to put at your table and bring the food out. Before I could sit down the food was ready. They have a great counter that has ketchup, napkins, silverware, etc. the best parts are the table covers for kids and hand wipes. They also have many sauce choices. With a little honey mustard I was able to make a boring chicken sandwich into something with a little more flavor. This place was so family friendly with all the little added extras. The staff was also great getting you things when needed and checking on you while there. read more

I ordered food here and was just waiting for my food then a worker passed by then gave me a stink eye and I questioned them about it and they said that they didn't do anything but I saw them with my own eyes do that and that's really unacceptable. I am a chic fil a lover to say the least & I am here 3-5 times a week literally. They've always been amazing at this place but Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 count nugget meal with a large fry & I am obsessed with chic fil a sauce and usually ask for 4-5 chic fil a sauces everytime I go and usually still need more with my meal. Today I ordered my food and asked for 5 sauces and the lady said "how about four" and wouldn't let me get more sauce??? It was weird and made no sense. I will never eat here again. The first time I ordered from one of the girls who are standing outside. I didn't have much time as I'd never come to a Chick-fil-A that functioned this way seeing that the lines were longer and I really just wanted to pick up my lunch and be on my way. After waiting for an unusually long time, It finally came to my turn for my order pickup. The girl just looked at me and went to the car behind me. Then I asked one of the girls if anyone was going to wait on me and she said oh, I thought they did and I told her she should know because she took the order ahead of me so why wouldn't I be next? She shook her head and said in a sighing kind of sound and asked what I wanted. I gave my order and then as I got to the area where you picked up your food, she gave everyone their orders but mine and after about 10 minutes, I yelled to her and asked for my money back and she said, are you sure and I said yes. She stated your order is being made now. I told her it was only a salad and no I didn't want it now and to give my money back. She gave me my money back like she could care less and I left vowing never to go there again read more

The worst chick fil a I've ever been too . Today for example over 20 minute wait and about 5 cars after me all got their orders before me and i had one small order . It is what it is but then the order is messed up , wrong sauce and the chicken was just flat out gross and felt undercooked . Would rather go to Burger King and that's saying something .
