I honestly don't know how the McDonald's at 1069 N Court in Medina, OH is still operating the way it does, because the level of service here is some of the worst I've experienced at any fast-food restaurant. And I'm not saying that lightly. Every visit feels like a test of patience, and this location fails every single time. The employees inside seem completely uninterested in helping customers who actually walk through the doors. It's like the moment you step into the lobby, you've entered a forgotten zone. There's no urgency, no acknowledgment, and hardly any effort to provide basic service. You can stand there waiting, watching staff members glance past you as if you're not even there. What really adds to the irritation is how absolutely obsessed this location seems to be with the drive-through, and the customers inside are left to suffer because of it. The drive-through gets all the attention, all the speed, and all the priority--while inside customers wait and wait and wait... for orders that would take minutes anywhere else. You can literally watch car after car fly through the drive-through while people inside are stuck with ridiculous delays. It feels chaotic, unorganized, and honestly careless. The atmosphere makes it look like nobody is communicating, nobody is coordinating, and nobody is making an effort to treat inside customers with the slightest bit of importance. The lack of urgency borders on disrespectful at this point. This location desperately needs leadership that actually notices what's happening in the lobby. They need real training, real customer-service standards, and a serious reset on how they manage orders. Until the day they start treating all customers with equal priority--and actually act like they care about the people standing right in front of them--I absolutely cannot recommend this place. I've given this McDonald's more chances than it deserves, and every visit has just reinforced how much improvement is needed. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. read more

This McDonald's is very close to my work. Which makes it so easy to grab something before work. Or during lunch or even after I leave work. The staff is decent. I wouldn't say overly friendly. But they keep the line moving very quick. So that's important. The facility is clean most times. The drive through lines are always long. But that's not because of the staff. I don't dine at McDonald's very often. I might grab a burger here once every few years. Well, this was a year in which I grabbed a double quarter pounder combo. It's been a long time, but this was always one of my favorite burgers at McDonald's. I like it more than the Big Mac. It was every bit as delicious as I remembered and my fries were good too. McDonald's fries used to be the cream of the crop, but Culver's, Wendy's, and Five Guys all have better fries in my opinion. I fed some of my fries to the seagulls in the parking lot. I've worked in Medina about 9 years now and I've had plenty of meals here. Sure they have messed up a couple orders for me but they always make it right and their service times are pretty good given how busy they usually seem to be. Maybe that's why they're so busy. This establishment is one of my more preferred locations to visit for two reasons. The food is what it's expected to be, and the convenience of it being open 24 hours. Hi my name is Bill I am 17 years old (Most of you may think im a punk and all 17 year olds are non-civilized but just wait) and I visited this McDonald's on Monday May 11th at 3:20 pm. I just got out of school and during summer time and I wanted to get in shape so I visited McDonald For a refreshing healthy yogurt parfait so i kindly asked if i could see the nutrition facts on the parfait NOTE They Have to Carry This BY LAW IN their store at all times. Upon my request I was soon returned with NO NUTRITION FACTS and ordered my parfait anyways. Anyways I soon Met the most Rude and protrude staff. First off my food was OK nothing special. I sat down and ate my parfait with my friend ( who had some giant eagle sushi and was done with it) we where not loud we where proper and acted fine now problem. Then my friend walks in with a couple of his friends Kyle, Jack and his girlfriend Maddie they brought pizza with them. We where all talking nothings wrong when a manager Named BOB walked up to us stating this and I quote " your eating pizza in my store. Come on now REALLY ARE You SERIOUS GUYS" I then Replied " I bought a Parfait". He then replied "Really One Little Parfait, That dose not make up for all of you". " He then looked at us uncomfortably until we left. Me unfinished with my Parfait and our conversation from school not to be finished. I then 10 Min Later Call the store and ask for the manager.
