The drive-through gets all the attention, all the speed, and all the priority--while inside customers wait and wait and wait... for orders that would take minutes anywhere else. You can literally watch car after car fly through the drive-through while people inside are stuck with ridiculous delays. It feels chaotic, unorganized, and honestly careless. The atmosphere makes it look like nobody is communicating, nobody is coordinating, and nobody is making an effort to treat inside customers with the slightest bit of importance.
