They were quick to make our food and we enjoyed it there. They make smashburger style meat for their burgers and it was nicely seasoned. The texture was on the dry side though. The buns and toppings were great. There fries were also very nice, crunchy, and spiced well. This is mostly a carry-out joint, but they have a couple of tables inside to eat at. The breading on both the onion rings and pickles was fantastic and had a little kick to them. The fries were good, a little soft for my taste but great flavor none the less. The person working was very polite and answered all the questions my grandfather had and provided great descriptions on the different menu items. The place was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Our food took less than ten minutes to make, oh by the way the portions are very generous. Speaking of generous the military discount knocked off 35% of my bill!!!! In the middle of making them, a manager that was observing from a bar stool on the customer side of the bar jumped up and started screaming at him. Not sure exactly what he did, but Mr. Manager bellowed out "WELL YOU'RE WRONG!" Not cool. Anyway, 30 minutes later I get the food. The sandwich and the tots were outstanding. Just need to work on customer service and Manager attitude. Not a single employee was smiling or appeared to enjoy their second day on the job but one female Manager who was very pleasant. With Mr. Screaming Manager around, not sure I blame them.

DoorDash messed up our order from Jimmy John's so my husband called the following day during a Sunday and spoke with the manager Brian. He redid all 3 of our sandwiches for no charge. He was awsum! We tip very well and we decided to do a pick up and gave a nice tip to the crew. We're not stingy cuz I've worked in Food Service and accidents happen but he was super nice as well as his crew. Very apologetic. The issue was with DoorDash, not the employees working that afternoon.
