Worst Wendy's I've ever been too, the lady that I had called to refund my order that was made completely wrong mind you said she could do a refund just bring my receipt back I said okay perfect. I get there and she is now telling me she will not refund the money I'm asking her kindly why not and she said she wouldn't and she said she never said she would which is a lie. Listen I'm not looking for pity but I just wanted a fast easy to get meal for my 15 hr shift day I'm exhausted all day and just wanted something easy but this made it difficult the only person that was helpful was the general manager thankfully she walked in and solved the issue but I will never be going back, they're always rude here never ever again. Sign in the parking lot states open until 8:00pm. After sitting in line for 20 minutes (only 8 cars in front of us). Finally get to the speaker at 7:55 - speaker states they are closed. Get to the window at 7:58 - after sitting behind the car that was directly in front of us in line.... She tells me they're closed. It wasn't 8:00. AND we entered the line before 7:40pm. As soon as we walked in we were greeted rudely by the manager I'm assuming that they close in 10 minutes. I checked the time and it was 6:50 pm there's no signs on the door stating such and online said until 8pm (which is still too early). It is dinner rush hours and every other Wendy's is open until at least 10 so why are we closing early? After seeing other reviews this location does it on a daily basis and obviously does not care about losing customers and money. Why even open your lobby at all if you can't adhere to company wide policies on your hours of operation. Left and went elsewhere. read more

Extremely slow service on a Sunday afternoon. Good spot if you have time to kill and low blood pressure.

Closes lobby early. Then you get stuck in the drive through for half an hour and no one will pick up the phone.

The young adults working the windows were very friendly and my food is hot and fresh. Impressed

If I could give 0 stars I would.. spent $16 on food and my chicken tenders weren't even consumable.. I can't believe wendy's would ever try to sell food in this manner.. I tried ripping my chicken tenders in half to find out the chicken on the inside is absolutely hard and can't even be separated.. I am completely disgusted!! now I know to go to mcdonald's instead!!! I will never be back, all I wanted was a fresh meal to eat after a long shift of working and every single fry is crusty... Wendys, for fast food it's decent when it comes to fast food, much better than the place across the parking lot at this location. But.... there drive through speaker must be broken, because they never hear me say "NO TOMATO" I say it several times just to be clear, but 3/4 times when I get home to grub on my meal there is a big red juicy tomato sitting right on top! Now I know tomatoes to be rather expensive, so save so money and leave the tomato off my damn sandwich. Other than that keep up the good service. read more

This place has gone way under. Food isn't even edible both times I've been here recently I drove home to find out that the food given to me isn't even safe for human consumption. SAD!!!!!! About the same as other locations. You get what you expect. it is fast food but good. The do have a value menu and there are coupons in the entertainment books. The fries and the frosty are good. read more

Continuously order my sandwiches without cheese- and continuously they keep putting cheese on my burgers and messing up orders. The managers will make it right but I hate calling all the time telling them they screwed up. read more

I very much enjoyed this establishment! I think the workers are very polite and they made no excuses when they made a mistake. For an example, I went there once, ordering a sandwich and a couple other things. When I got home, my sandwich was not there. I called, and they were very apologetic and wanted to make it right. It's refreshing when someone owns their mistake, and the new sandwich was delicious! Another thing I like is that when I ordered my drink, they told me I could have it free.
