They were quick to make our food and we enjoyed it there. They make smashburger style meat for their burgers and it was nicely seasoned. The texture was on the dry side though. The buns and toppings were great. There fries were also very nice, crunchy, and spiced well. This is mostly a carry-out joint, but they have a couple of tables inside to eat at. Overall, nice place for lunch.

But whoever is grilling the burgers at the other location is who is keeping me coming back. Other than that, other location is farther from me, it's worth a drive. What I really like about this place is the fresh meat and the disclaimer about the meats and how it's prepare. Well, I didn't like this time around is at the meat lacked seasoning, and the meat did not have that crispy edge or the juiciness in comparison to the other location. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this location unless I'm really thirsty for a good burger. If this is your first time at this location, then yes it's delicious. It's one of the best burgers in Cleveland. If you visit the other location first you're definitely gonna be disappointed when you go to this one.

Then I realized the cheese, meat and goodies were mixed in with the hashbrowns. The order of eggs was a bit skimpy, but it was hot as a dickens. The coffee was better than gas station coffee, but not Starbucks. Lots of help on the floor and a reasonably basic menu. Obsessed with their hash browns- I always ask for well done hash browns and they legit make them crispy (unlike numerous other restaurants) plus they have great flavor. Quick to get you your coffee and even when there's been a wait, they get customers in and out quickly. Not the best first impression. And since you have to go around the back of the building to exit --that part of the parking lot is even worse. I did hesitate , but I said what the heck, how bad can it be? I wasn't really greeted at the front just said how many --seated at a table for two. This place is very very tiny in comparison to the two that were in Cleveland with only one still in business. very few people here at high noon. Two tables with 1 and 5 at them . I haven't been to Luna's and maybe 15 years. air-conditioning isn't working. the wall vent that I can see very dirty. It's not decorated attractively ---all the flowers in pots are plastic. I see that there is maybe a second room off to the left, but I can't really tell. no idea why they need a second room it's after high noon and there's still nobody here. the booth upholstery needs repair and the chairs are in serious need of paint. Not much effort being put in to making this place something to look at --you know aesthetically pleasing ---I remember why I stopped going to Luna's in Cleveland. Server came over and asked me if I saw the specials and I said yeah. I would like a Diet Coke no ice and I picked the stuffed pepper special. she came back and said it's stuffed cabbage and I said no --so she wrote stuffed pepper w/mashed potatoes which I replaced with a baked potato so I could take it home and a bowl of wedding soup. The table of five seated before me just getting their food so we'll see how long the special which should already be 'ready' takes to get from the kitchen 20 feet away. So it took 20 minutes to get my plate of food. I cut into the biggest pepper I've ever seen in half to reveal about 95% rice and hardly any ground meat and there's a pile of army green broccoli that's way overcooked and most of the pieces look like they put them on the grill to heat them up. the baked potato was huge and cooked decently but potato flavor is lacking. See pictures attached. The one is when I first cut the pepper in half and the other one is what I left!!!!!! I'm getting ready to leave and am told I get a dessert of Jell-O or rice pudding; chose the latter. The soup and the rice pudding were the highlights of this meal. Server wanted to know if I wanted to pack up the rest to take home since there was so much on my plate. I only really ate the green pepper, all else was flavorless, and for all of this --the cost was $17. I tipped her well and still gave them two stars. Try it and see what YOU THINK.

When the experience with employees out weighs the taste of food. How can you be really objective…read more Honestly. I'm not sure you ca. the bad taste in your mouth from the employee experience causes everything to taste bad figuratively and literally. We had an experience with an employee who was rude. And the manager on duty was not able to act in a manager fashion. Not sure if she even was trained how to deal with this situation. The manager on duty made sure to try an embarrass us even further by turning to other customers and stating she is sorry to them That they had to witness and hear our complaint. We were not loud or anything at this time. I don't believe that is something a manager should do in our presence. That just makes us as customers feel like we are beneath you. And we aren't. We are all equals in this world. After that. Words were exchanged between both parties that were not professional. That pretty much ended the conversation and we left.

It was ridiculous. A young zombie like employee girl takes the box from me after I explained the situation and opens it and walks to the back and some sloppy looking assistant manager comes out and tells me I'm out of luck. Because I ate most of the sandwich (I ate half of it). I explained the situation again...he sarcastically says there is nothing he can do. No money back..no can we make you another one. No checking their fryers to see if something was wrong. Their first reaction is that I was trying to rip them off for a chicken sandwich!!??!! AND they took my cold sandwich to the back...it could have had done God knows what done to it. Totally unacceptable. We have been loyal Culver's customers in the past...probably twice a month we would go. But after multiple times of them forgetting our order at their different locations...leaving us waiting 20-30 minutes outside because they are absolutely horrible at making and delivering food...or just simply training employees to take initiative and solve issues for customers. Or to just notice someone who is waiting for an exorbitant amount of time and check on where their order is etc. For this recent cold chicken sandwich issue, I ran the issue up the chain and contacted corporate through their website and nobody from the corporate office bothered to contact me back. The Strongsville store is the only one that is halfway competent. This Brunswick store and the Medina one are absolute crap. Employees who don't give a damn about making sure food is done right. Don't give a damn about a customer left waiting for 25 minutes in the parked drive thru line while their food sat on the counter and wasn't delivered. Regardless, after this last incident, we are done going to Culver's. For the cost of making another chicken sandwich to solve an issue, you've lost years of revenue from us. Whoever is in charge of training and setting policy toward customer interactions is horrendous and should be fired. So long!!
