When the experience with employees out weighs the taste of food. How can you be really objective. Honestly. I'm not sure you ca. the bad taste in your mouth from the employee experience causes everything to taste bad figuratively and literally. We had an experience with an employee who was rude. And the manager on duty was not able to act in a manager fashion. Not sure if she even was trained how to deal with this situation. The manager on duty made sure to try an embarrass us even further by turning to other customers and stating she is sorry to them That they had to witness and hear our complaint. We were not loud or anything at this time. I don't believe that is something a manager should do in our presence. That just makes us as customers feel like we are beneath you. And we aren't. We are all equals in this world. After that. Words were exchanged between both parties that were not professional. That pretty much ended the conversation and we left. read more

We are absolutely done with Culver's. Got a ice cold chicken sandwich from them in the drive thru and while eating noticed the chicken on the outside was room temperature...and then got to the center of the sandwich...and it was COLD...I don't like taking stuff back....but I had to take it back in. It was ridiculous. A young zombie like employee girl takes the box from me after I explained the situation and opens it and walks to the back and some sloppy looking assistant manager comes out and tells me I'm out of luck. Because I ate most of the sandwich (I ate half of it). I explained the situation again...he sarcastically says there is nothing he can do. No money back..no can we make you another one. No checking their fryers to see if something was wrong. Their first reaction is that I was trying to rip them off for a chicken sandwich!!??!! AND they took my cold sandwich to the back...it could have had done God knows what done to it. Totally unacceptable. We have been loyal Culver's customers in the past...probably twice a month we would go. But after multiple times of them forgetting our order at their different locations...leaving us waiting 20-30 minutes outside because they are absolutely horrible at making and delivering food...or just simply training employees to take initiative and solve issues for customers. Or to just notice someone who is waiting for an exorbitant amount of time and check on where their order is etc. For this recent cold chicken sandwich issue, I ran the issue up the chain and contacted corporate through their website and nobody from the corporate office bothered to contact me back. The Strongsville store is the only one that is halfway competent. This Brunswick store and the Medina one are absolute crap. Employees who don't give a damn about making sure food is done right. Don't give a damn about a customer left waiting for 25 minutes in the parked drive thru line while their food sat on the counter and wasn't delivered. Regardless, after this last incident, we are done going to Culver's. For the cost of making another chicken sandwich to solve an issue, you've lost years of revenue from us. Whoever is in charge of training and setting policy toward customer interactions is horrendous and should be fired. So long!! read more

This place has progressively gotten worse since they opened. The food is mediocre at best and their diet coke is the worst around. I'm not sure what they are serving, but it does not taste like diet coke. Maybe the syrup concentrate is off, but it has been weird since they opened. Today was the last straw. I came in for an one of their special flavor, strawberry. I get it in the window and she said they have to serve all the cones in cups because it is too soft. They gave me a cup of ice cream soup, it was not soft it was melted with a cone sticking out of it. If you know it is wrong, why even serve it? Yuck. read more

I was a Culver's virgin until today! The Double Butterburger with cheese was Great! Not a firms patty but a smashburger style. The North Atlantic Cod dinner was good but the burger takes the spotlight! Service was fast, friendly and efficient! A well-mannered young crew. Clean roomy dining area. I've only been to Culver's three times. The first time I got a chicken sandwich and chocolate concentrate. The sandwich was pathetic. Dry, no sauce and only bread and fried chicken. Fries are barely decent. The second time I only went back for the same concrete mixer. The third time my partner and I both agreed the food was way too salty, bland and the worst burger we've ever had. We didn't even finish our food, straight to the trash it went. Only go to Culver's for the concrete mixers they're the only thing they should be serving. They're delicious, not the best custard but, good enough for a fast food place. read more

First time trying Culvers. Had a butter burger. Was delicious and fresh and topping were crisp and delicious. Bun was soft and equally top notch. Can't wait to try something else. Restaurant was spotless. Service was great! read more

Food was good but we were charged for but shorted 2 Cole slaw orders. LATE Curbside delivery of our online order. Food promised time passed and was double the time promised - took 20 minutes not 10 minutes. read more

Unfortunately, we did not like our meals. The burger meat tastes extremely fake. Doesn't taste like real meat. Like a strong iron taste. The fish cob was unbelievably nasty. No flavor, texture was off. Fries weren't cooked through. The inside still tasted raw. I'm just so disappointed. I feel anywhere kids work the quality of food is just terrible. read more
