Shackburger with bacon
Emily T.

The burger was delicious. The beef patty was juicy, the vegetables were fresh (no wilted lettuce & no suspicious tomatoes here!), the bacon was crispy, and the potato bun held it all together well. I also appreciated the service - the mobile order pick up process was easy and on time. The restaurant was clean, though I did wish there was seating with cushioning (but that's just me nitpicking). However, the burger was a bit expensive for a fast food burger considering the size (more than $8).

Finally tried this shack. Dinner on weekend not too busy. Online order took about 10-12 mins. CONS: the Shack burger was size of Dave's Single but 6.50. Slices of tomato were very thin. Paper thin lettuce. Hot dog was kinda skinny & came w/ no toppings, all are extra. Asked for cheese sauce on side of fries but they were drowned in the sauce & not crispy as we wanted. Just started eating on patio since it was 72deg but then some loser started smoking right by us so we had to move inside after 2 mins. PROS: wife liked the veggie burger patty. Burger tasted fine but not close to top 20. Not likely we'd come back Cept maybe for a shake at $7. Yikes. Deserves 3.5 stars.

K K-Shack BBQ Burger BLT K-Shack Fried Chicken Bites

Woo eee, this food definitely made me shake my shack. I was shaking the whole time while eating. Shack has been shook. The K-shack bbq burger made my mouth water with every bite. I ate that whole thing uppppp. So much flavor and very juicy (just how I like #wlw) That BLT was Bomb Licking Thicccc. So much bacon stacked up mmmmm. But nothing could beat those k-shack fried chicken bites. Tiny but definitely mighty. Flavor blast on every bite I would definitely recommend here over any other basic dinner, especially on Valentine's Day. HAPPY VALENTINES DAY YALL This place has me shaking my shack for lovey tonight, hope yall are too

This location sucks now. We used to get friendly service with juicy plump burgers and their sauce. Although today I ordered a double that was smashed in the corner of my bag with two tiny pieces of meat and paid for fries that were only half filled. Chicken sandwich looked slopped together with no care or attention. Very disappointing experience and waste of money. Both sandwiches had wilted soggy lettuce and tiny tomatoes that were also soggy, yck!The shakes were not filled all the way, everything seemed like we ate someones left overs photo shows how they served our fries

Clean, speedy polite service, cool interior layout and design. Food was great - I've always loved their burgers, but tried the chicken avocado bacon sandwich, and was very pleased. People rave about the cheesy fries but I'll stick with the regular next time. This Shake Shack is 10 times better than the one at Pinecrest, so if you're so inclined to drive, an extra 20 miles, do it. The only flaw with the restaurant was the front door, which was extremely heavy and almost seemed stuck. We ate outside and watched 100% of the people get flummoxed. Surely there's a solution to that.

First off the place is clean and staffed properly to handle the business. They had easy to use Kiosks to place your orders. The food was delicious and well prepared. I had the single Smoked Shack. All the ingredients of this burger were high quality and the sum of all the ingredients made for a delicious cohesive burger. The shake was one of the best I have ever had in awhile. Definitely will be back again soon.

Made in America, please support American jobs!
Jpb T.

Shack Shack Westlake is on Crocker Road across from Crocker Back (from the intersection of Detroit and Crocker Roads go south). I like how the tables say "MADE IN THE USA." With all the talk about social issues I have always thought that supporting American jobs should come up, try a Buick, Ford, Lincoln, or an Apple product. The veggie burger is possibly the best in the fast causal restaurant category. The black and white milkshake is thick and REAL. The holiday and black velvet shakes are also top notch.

Came here with the family after shopping at Crocker Park. Food took forty minutes and came out cold. Wouldn't recommend.

Terrible customer service tonight. Walked out before I could even order. Greet your guests; it's the basics.

People, I'm being serious here. I love Brassica's falafel…read moresandwich. I love everything about it; the warm, soft pita, the crunchy fresh made falafels, the sauce and veggie add-in options (I usually go Baba and eggplant). Tip- whatever option the sandwich maker suggests just say yes :) Pile it in....the pita can handle it! Every bite is delicious. The sandwich is built so every bite captures a little of everything. The happiest part of my day is knowing I'm going to eat at Brassica. The saddest part of my day is staring at the last bite knowing it's over....no more. I can't tell you how the other options are at Brassica with exception of the fries...a nice addition to the sandwich with the garlic mayo sauce. I'm confident whatever you choose will be a winner but I command you to go with the falafel sandwich first! I'll be back.....just not soon enough.

We came in at 9:30 and for the most part people were very nice about it. There was one shaggy…read morehaired guy who kept making comments under his breath which a tad bit uncomfortable but everyone else was super nice. I got a hummus plate on accident (it's literally a plate of hummus with toppings) and I don't even usually like hummus like that but this was phenomenal. I added all the toppings possible and also chicken. All the toppings are fresh and flavorful. My favorite was the cucumbers and radish which had the perfect amount of vinegar sharpness and crunch to balance out the meal. I do think one pita isn't enough for the amount of hummus so I took it home and had it with fresh cucumber slices and it was divine. I also tried the chicken pita sandwich which was yummy but I think next time I would get a salad plate. I also tried the fries which were fried nicely and seasoned wonderfully. Would highly recommend!

Didn't use my real name on the order (don't trust the government, big tech, or big taco). Staff was chill and got a good chuckle. Great music and I was vibing. (I don't really know what that means but my son said to say it). Only critique was the bathroom door of the men's room. It shuts slow. Like... REALLY slow. So slow that the door was still open while I started peeing. Wouldn't be a problem except the entrance looks right into the bathroom so folks get a glimpse of you facing the urinal as they walk on in. ‍ I have heard a stereotype that the bathrooms are really really really bad. Based off my experience, the bathrooms were so clean and looked like McDonalds bathrooms. (my son wrote that part... seems legit) Ordered a cheesy Gordita, bean and cheese chalupa, nacho fries, and cinnamon twists. Least favorite part were the cinnamon twists but the rest was fire. Also fire sauce was fire. Diablo sauce, not so much.

This is a Chicago company that I'm glad has landed in Cleveland. I was never a fan of Subway or any of those other places. Potbelly is different. How? Allow me to explain. First, I'll tell you what I usually get, then build from there. I love their turkey, Swiss, and avocado--my absolute fave. Their Italian "Wreck" is Ah-Mazing. The new prime rib is also excellent. For these sandwiches to work, you really need to start with fresh ingredients, or they'll be awful. After they come out of the oven, they add the avocado. I usually add the lettuce, onion, tomato, and a heaping helping of mayo and giardiniera or hot peppers. They're SO good. Their sandwiches are stuffed with ingredients, regardless of which size you get. The Skinny is filling; that's their smallest size. But wait, there's more! Their bagged chips are sui generis to Potbelly. I haven't even seen them sold in Chicago. But they pair perfectly with their sandwiches. Now, I recommend washing this all down with a bit of sweetness. Their Dream Bars are AH-MAZING. Grab one, even if you save it for later. I love them. I'm a big fan of their lemonade because I'm just sick of carbonated sodas. Folks, Clevelanders....it's worth your while to give this place an honest shot! Potbelly... bring back the PB&J! Nothing like a good, toasted, PB&J!
