Dude, the world doesn't revolve around you. LOL The service here is very good, all of the employees are very nice. I guess I could say it is a bit slower than other locations I have visited, but it isn't like the wait time disrupted my day. I noticed an early review about undercooked fries and this must have been addressed because the fries were crispy and on point. I actually overheard a manager telling an employee to be sure the fries are cooked the proper amount of time. Seems like they are taking feedback and making adjustments. Wow! I was truly pleasantly surprised by the tastes of this food. It was "my pleasure" to be here. There was GREATTTT service. I ordered and in about 1:36 my food was in my hand. TRULY INCREDIBLE!! The ambiance? WOWWW LOVE ITT!! There was one worker.... WHO WAS AMAZING. I usually don't review fast food but this place is absolutely ridiculous. The main thing I want to advise all is that this restaurant seems to be slicing their chicken breast in half (scallopini). It's happened more 2-3 times now. I even brought it up with someone behind the counter and they just laughed and said "what?" They said they would tell the manager. For basically $10 for a combo at this place to have the chicken basically the size of a thin miniature chicken breast is just complete garbage. I don't know if a general manager thinks they are getting over on people, saving money and getting a bonus or whatever but we noticed. We have stopped going here and will never go back and will tell everyone we know to avoid. If I could rate with 0 stars I would have. read more

Riddle me this, Q: Why is there always a long line of cars at Chick-fil-A? A: Because their service is incredibly incompetent! Came in on a Saturday morning at 8. I ordered a chicken egg bagel meal with a coffee. They asked my name which I thought was odd since only one drive thru lane was open. Figured they might use my name to greet me when I paid, but no. Only 2 cars in front of me, but it still took about 5 minutes to get to the window, which isn't a window, but a door. Not sure the point of having a drive thru door, unless they want to show off their incredible lack of urgency. I could clearly see 4 employees yuckin it up and having a grand 'ol time while I sat and waited, and waited, and waited. After about 5 minutes I was offered my coffee, but either the sandwich or hashbrowns were still cooking. After 8 minutes of sitting at the window I finally got my meal. Found out very quickly we weren't waiting on the hashbrowns, as they were cold. I also asked for 'a salt' and was given a handful of packets. Lastly, as I was pulling away from the window and slammed on my brakes when I looked at the receipt and saw this order was for Frank, though it was my correct meal. I guess Greg can sound like Frank, as your hearing must be impaired when wearing a mask. But it did answer my question as to why they ask for your name in the drive thru, they want to insult you! read more

Food has always good! The service however for a Chick-fil-A is not. This particular store has never been overly friendly, like most stores. I have been to this store 6 times now, since it's on my way home and I have only heard "my pleasure" once. Not the service I expect from a chick fil a. Also, today I went through the drive through for a bkfst sandwich and there were only 3 cars ahead of me and it took about 10min to get my sandwich. Maybe breakfast always takes longer than lunch food but I've been in a lunch line with 8 cars in front of me and it only took 5mins. read more

I came here at 10, requested them for lunch menu item, they couldn't accommodate. I told them I am on a long move from east to west and it would help be helpful if they can help, I have been in different chick fil a location where they have managed to give me lunch item at 8 am so yeah poor service. Chic-Fil-A opening here in Brunswick has been long anticipated. Today I made the plunge to see if it is good as I remember, which is usually very, very good. Today's visit was mediocre by all accounts though. Hopefully it is due to this being a new joint with growing pains. I will update this review in the future as needed. First and foremost is the cleanliness of the facility: Beats me, I went through the drive-thru as it is either that or order ahead of time which I am apparently no bright enough to do. Being a new facility, I would say that the drive-thru was very clean and tidy... From the time I entered the drive-thru until I departed with my order a total of twenty-two minutes had passed. Twenty-two minutes. At first I was going to give them a pass on this since they just opened but anything above 10 minutes really is unacceptable for fast food. 22 minutes left me enough time in my car to re-evaluate my life's decisions. I hope that doesn't happen again anytime soon. Was the staff polite and friendly? You bet! And it only took them three tries to repeat my order back to me correctly... Once I finally did receive my order (two grilled wrap combos (fries and iced tea) for $19.90) the food was hot and tasted good. Now I am a fan of Chic-Fil-A and it hurts me to only give them a three (3) star review but that is the best I can do right now. And that is with the benefit of being a new store still working out the kinks, otherwise it would have been a 2 star review. I will go back in a few weeks to see how they do. I've been to this location about a dozen times since they opened and roughly another half dozen times I've had food DoorDashed from this location and not one time have I had a bad experience with this location. Only once did I have an issue with getting food cold but it was because my Dasher was nearly a half hour late and I don't live far. The staff has always been exceptionally pleasant similar to other locations I've been to, and I have more than once stuck up for the staff when some rude bitch wanted to complain about the most petty shit I've ever heard at a fast food joint. But that aside the staff is always very kind and they know how to mind their manners. Food has always been top notch, if you aren't a fan of chicken, this isn't a place for you, but if you are give it a shot. I personally order curbside and the app lets me customize my order exactly how I like, and the order has never been wrong, never adding things they shouldn't or not adding things I requested. However one time they forgot to bring my drink to my car, but that was as simple a fix as kindly showing my online order and they grabbed it for me in a timely manner with profuse apologies. I have to say I see a lot of bitching and nitpicking about very little things like wait time or covid related inconveniences that I really think people need to get over, it's time to grow up and understand things change and everywhere places are trying to adapt to the crap. People still won't work which means less staff and it's hard to get by with minimum staffing. So if you do stop by be patient and act like an adult, you'll still get your food and it'll be great, always has been for me, just may take a minute longer than your McDonald's or Burger King is all. To sum it up, as I'm writing this I'm waiting for my order for this location. 10/10 wonder place. read more

This chick fil a franchise is by the far the least organized. On top of that, every time I come to purchase from them I am served cold fries that taste two days old. Me and my children had their spicy deluxe yesterday and almost immediately had to throw up. There was something in the sandwhich that our bodies rejected. Honestly, I've been feeling this way every time I eat from them. It's not the same as it used to be and it's disheartening since it was my go to fast food. I drove to the closest chick fil a near me and it happened to be this one, Lucas who took my order was very nice and seemed like he wanted to be there, however everyone else was miserable not only did they almost give my food away they gave me a "large" fry it looks like they gave me whatever they had left over. read more

the rudest chick fil a staff. we asked at the drive thru window if we could split a milkshake into 2 cups and they said yes. when we got to the window it was in one cup and the girl was SO confused when we tried explaining to her what we ordered it took literally 3 minutes for her to understand. eventually someone else dumped half in another cup, spilling it all over the counter and all over the cups and handed it to us dripping all over. they also asked us if we wanted whipped cream/cherries on both after and then proceeded to not do either even though we said yes. our food was also disgusting, dry, and cold. definitely don't recommend this location at all. read more

I can't believe I even have to do this but WOW this new location is struggling. There have been a few times where they weren't even open in the morning due to staffing issues. The wait is really slow in the morning and 75% of the time my order is not correct. They have a lot to work on to get that excellent service we are use!
