Made the mistake of trying this location again after years what makes me mad is I go in there the girls cleaning above the food and spraying stuff now that you put my son's burrito together on a dirty filthy counter that should've been cleaned up. It was all over his burrito wrapper you make my bowl, which is got crap all over the bottom of it and the food looked dried up. flipping disgusting then when I ask you to wipe my bowl off, you take your dirty apron and wipe my bowl off after that I didn't want my food and not only that when you put it in the bag, the bag had food all over the bottom and it was leaking on the inside freaking gross makes me wanna puke. I guess if you go in during the daytime, maybe if you go in 45 minutes before they forget it. read more

The last three times I have gone to this location, it's been nothing but a disappointment. They give you a half a scoop of rice, as well as the add ons. I keep telling myself to go to the one on 18 instead but always give this location a second chance. Jokes on me... This time they were out of steak, we got a free side from the app and when we got home never got it even tho we asked them a couple times. when we got home, the food was so salty we could barely eat it. The employees get frustrated with you, but they should think to themselves... would they be happy spending $15 on a bowl that is 3 bites worth? I got a bag of chips and a side of salsa with my bowl. The bag literally had 7 chips.

They are always running out of food and don't seem to care. Employees throw around your food on the line and lack hygiene. They grabbed a chunk a white rice out of my bowl with their hands and put in into someone else's bowl. Also on our way out and lady found a bug in her bowl... ew. Pretty disappointed in this location, as far as online ordering goes. In person- great service. Good portions. But it's like the online orders get the scraps. I've ordered online from here a few times and have never had a good bowl. This part time they forgot the back beans, and there was literally *10* small, super burnt, pieces of steak. Undercooked rice. And forget about asking for "extra" portions on the app- they give you barely anything in your order because they know you're not watching, or they're in a rush and just want to throw something together. You need to get a manager in there that will FIX the issues you continue to have at this location. Stop replying and actually do something about it. I decided to try this location again since it is so close to our house sadly, it was another mistake. From the moment you walk in you feel like a burden to the employees. The employee serving was extremely rude and short with the customers. She was slamming food down and rolling her eyes when customers were asking for additional items. The chips are extremely stale and chewy. My order was incorrect (which I didn't see until I got home) we were missing items. I should have checked everything before I left given the history but I shouldn't have to. The last thing I'll add is not allowing employees to stand around the front counter and eat while customers are present and checking out. Not only is this a violation but it's also disgusting to watch someone eating at the counter while your food is being prepared. Do better Chipotle. read more

Lack luster. It's your typical Chipotle joint. Getting food in line and in person is best at this location. When ordering for pick up-they prolifically make the food ahead of time so that, when you arrive on time for your pick up, it is already cold. Most items are sad in appearance and the chips are like little flat bricks. Best of luck when ordering from this location. read more

VERY small portions. Combining the ingredients from the 3 tacos I got into one taco would have been a sufficient. They fell way short Ended up crumbling the 3 tacos into a taco salad. Since half of what I got was lettuce anyway I dare anyone to try and call the store. They refuse to answer the phone, even when I asked for a manager I'll go back to Chipotle, but not this one!! Food was amazing and staff was kind and energetic. The four of us order our food with no problems. As we were eating our food, the manager asked us how our day was, we all replied good and asked how she was. She then responded that her staff said we were very rude. We asked what we did because we all used manners while ordering and paying. Manger told us that we needed to leave immediately or she was going to call the cops. We all said ok and quickly packed up our food and left. Then we were cleaning up our table (making sure we didn't leave a mess), and we were told to leave again. I always try to give this chipotle the benefit of the doubt. It's in a convenient location for me. However, whenever I go in, the rice is either way too mushy or way too undercooked. I don't get very much on my bowls and the rice is usually my favorite part so I get extra, it's always a disappointment. Online ordering is ridiculous too, you get half the portions you would when in store. Even when you ask for extras! Chipotle please step it up!! read more

a "Dear John" letter to Chipotle Dear Chipotle, I am afraid it is over between us. It was great while it lasted but it is time for me to move on. In the beginning I looked forward to seeing you. Your steaks were always lovingly grilled medium rare and your chicken perfectly seasoned. Along with the generous portions, you were hard to resist but now whenever I see you it is just disappointment. The grisly meat, the burned, too salty chicken and the meager portions just remind me of how good it used to be and makes me sad. Ordered 4 bowls, Burrito and a kids meal chips and some other stuff cost me over $40 went to pay with cash and the cashier she got extremely extremely rude with me and refused to take my cash and demanded I pay with a card! I have come to regard Chipotles around the greater Cleveland area as friends, or perhaps even family members. They all have their individual quirks, though they are all related at heart. Blood is thicker than guacamole, and all that. Like the other reviewer stated, this Chipotle is like kind of like your high school nephew - all rebellious spiked hair and skater shoes, but a really good kid at heart. Okay, that's completely not what the other reviewer stated, but what I'm trying to say is that everyone here, employees and customers alike, were super young and probably in high school. The female employee spoke with question marks at the end of her sentences (ladies, please try not do this?) and the male employees tried really hard to look apathetic but mature at the same time. There's three things I find consistent at this particular location. 1) I never have a problem with their being fresh food 2) The employees are typically more interested in each other than the task in front of them (counter employees) 3) Hardly anyone there can roll a burrito If it's your intention to order a burrito with more than any 5 ingredients, STOP. Order a bowl with the tortilla on the side. They will screw the entire thing up royally. Expect at least one end open when you receive it, if not both, and you'll be lucky if they close the side. If you still want that burrito, order some chips to scoop up the half that's falling out, or get some silverware. I LOVE CHIPOTLE!!! I don't live in the US, and while Chipotle does have locations in Europe, none are close to me :( So to compensate, when I'm back in the US I get my fill of Chipotle--at a minimum eating it 3-4 times in 2 weeks. Medina location has always provided good service and is quite fast, even during the busy hours of lunch and dinner. I tend to always take my order to go but eating there is nice enough (decorated in a clean, modern industrial style that while looks nice, isn't always the most comfortable but is fine). I always get the same order, veggie burrito or burrito bowl with white rice, veggies, sour cream, cheese, mild salsa and lettuce. Always accompanied with chips and mild salsa (to be eaten later in the day or the day after, I don't have that big of an appetite!). Writing this makes me salivate as I'm writing it...can't wait until next time ;) read more

Went for the Halloween $5 burrito and the employees knew nothing about it, one particular employee was very rude about the whole thing. They told us we needed costumes need to the deal, which you didn't. Had to basically argue with them that the special didn't require this...and then they only gave us (wife and I)one deal at $5, not two. Tried to do this on the app and it didn't give the $5 special. Little to no communication as to why my order wasn't ready and zero empathy while I waited. Was told multiple times it being worked on now just waiting on certain items. The process is bad. Had to get a refund and leave. No communication from employees. They all wanted to avoid the situation.
