In winter they enclose with windows for continued dining. Always full of people. Great frozen margarita! And the food is always delicious. Their birria tacos were great. The soup is slightly thickened which is great when you dip. It could use just a bit more garlic but was still very good. Tacos are filled with meat. No skimping even with the price of beef and the meal was very very reasonable.

My daughter, my 2-year-old grandson, and I stopped in for dinner. We were told to seat ourselves, which was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, from the beginning, our waiter seemed extremely rushed. When he took our drink order, I asked if they had sweet tea. I was going to ask for half sweet and half unsweetened, but before I could finish, he quickly turned and walked away. I wasn't going to make a big deal about it, but unfortunately, the service continued in much the same way. We asked for extra napkins but never received them, so my daughter eventually got up and brought some back to our table herself. What really surprised us was that our waiter came by, took about half of the napkins she had brought over, and walked away without saying a word. We also asked several times for more chips and never received them. Before leaving, we asked once again so we could take some home with the guacamole we had left, and we finally received them. After I got home, I did call the restaurant and spoke with the manager about our experience. I understand that everyone can have a bad or stressful day, and perhaps that was the case. But when you're working with the public, a smile, a kind word, and simply making your customers feel welcome can go such a long way. I truly want to see smaller restaurants like this succeed, which is why I hope management will take this feedback as constructive and remind their staff how important good customer service is.
