Drove past honeygrow and vowed to visit. Little did I know, that visit would be the same day. My wife was tired from cooking all day and she wanted to go out. But the kids and my mom didn't want to go out. So we ordered takeout. I requested the chicken curry bowl with noodles and my daughter requested a similar bowl. My wife requested a caesar salad while my mom requested a kids garlic noodle bowl. Upon arrival, our food was ready and I grabbed it off the shelf. When we got home, the food was still warm. I don't like eating out of small containers so I dumped mine on a plate. The curry sauce was delicious and the ingredients were excellent. The quality and flavor were above Chipotle as was the price. My bowl was around $15, but it was so delicious and healthy that it was worth it. My daughter loved her bowl too. My wife said the chicken caesar was one of the best she's had. This is a welcomed addition to the Montrose area. Healthy & fresh done quickly with a dessert option! I personally liked that you order at the kiosk & then get your food called out to you. Allows you to modify as much as you want while being aware of price changes for doing so (have definitely walked out with $22 bowls at similar places before lol). I really enjoyed my cold noodle shrimp salad that comes with refreshing ingredients like pineapple, Edamame & jalapeño. My mom liked her Sesame noodle bowl but found it to be a bit bland & tasting like Lo Mein. She asked for a side of the spicy garlic & enjoyed it a lot more. I would re-order mine, she said she wouldn't hers. The herbed focaccia was a huge let down though. It's a hunk of cold, bland bread that wasn't very moist. Neither of us would order that again. We finished up by sharing a bowl of the fruit & granola dessert, but I added the cheesecake base to it. It was so good!! I could easily eat it just the way it came but wanted to try a 2 in 1. The place is nice & modern inside with a few tables on the patio. The tables feel a bit too close together inside however. Felt like I was sitting with the group next to me. All the tables were dirty but we notified them & someone came out promptly to wipe them down. They certainly weren't dirty because the workers were standing around. Just discovered Honeygrow about a month ago, and it's my new go-to for delicious, fresh food. The red coconut curry is my favorite, but everything I've tried has been good. It even passes the kid-test--my 8 and 10-year-olds love that they get to pick all the ingredients that go into their stir-fry. Everyone at the Fairlawn location was super friendly, and Ricardo did a wonderful job cooking my stir-fry today. Definitely worth checking out! I was in the Fairlawn area, picking up cards from Staples, and wanted to try a place I've never been to before that I could get something to go. So I went to Honeygrow and ordered a spicy garlic stir fry bowl (about $13... thanks to sneaky upcharges) and a side of foccacia bread ($0.99). I tried my best to keep everything sort of low calorie, but others than the foccacia (130 calories), I had no idea how many calories my stir fry bowl ended up being since I made a few substitutions. There needs to be calories listed on the kiosks! I also think that more of the stir fry add ins shouldn't have upcharges on them, like onions or even parsley or cilantro! So yeah, I think my meal was a bit too expensive. I put in my order in the kiosks and waited about 10 minutes for my meal to be ready. Some things I noticed is that water cups should have been next to the water dispenser. It is a hot day and the staff were busy and I would have liked some water while I waited. Also, the space was clean in the eating area but a little messy behind the counter. But they were busy. After about 10 minutes, my stir fry was ready! Since I had to get back to the office, I ate it at my office desk about 30 minutes later... And my god, it was surprisingly scrumptious! Maybe I am just a master of creating the perfect stir fry combo, but my meal was great! Veggies were fresh and lots of chicken was included. It definitely exceeded my expectations! The foccacia was the size of a bread roll and while yummy-ish, I should have saved on the calories. Overall, 4.5/5 on food with a half star taken off because of the price. read more

We stopped in for lunch and it was amazing! You order on the kiosk and they will call your name and text when done! The woman at the front counter was so friendly and helpful! I got the garlic sesame noodles and they were delicious! You can build your own bowl or choose from one they have. You could add additional items if you wanted to . I elected to add candied pecans and olives. That provided the perfect combination of " sweet & salty " to my salad . My wife elected for the crab pasta . She did afford me the opportunity to taste her dish . I will say that if I could do a " redo" I would have ordered the same as her!. That pasta had a lot of "kick" and " flavor" ! There are self-service kiosks placed there in the store to input your orders. I would say that I would have liked to talk to someone b/f I placed my order just in case I had questions. Overall this place was good . Usually when I eat out its either I have a few items in the meal that trigger acid reflux or I have to sacrifice taste but this time I get something filling that taste good and only ingredients that work for me. Amazing! I heard about the opening and was looking forward to having something close by that offered salads. What an experience and the options had us standing at the kiosk trying to decide what to get. Yes, it was a kiosk and I was not happy to see that because a machine can't give me personal suggestions. But, the employees were close by the help so all was well. We placed our orders and signed up for a rewards account ( I could tell I would return), received our number (food is brought to your table), and received my cup to get my Strawberry Guava Lemonade which was delicious. The food arrived soon after and was presented so we'll and tasted so good I failed to take a picture. We tried the Garlic Butter Shrimp with Chicken added and the OG Cobb today. I really wanted this restaurant to meet my standards, but it doesn't. The protein is served in tiny portions. I prefer more veggies, but the veggies are served in tiny portions also. I have tried adding double, that still doesn't work. Not enough food for the price. Im rating the Montrose OH location. Maybe I will give another location a chance or bypass Honeygrow altogether. We've turned two other people onto Honeygrow too. They love it as well. The stir-fry is just as good as the first time. Fresh. And I can't emphasize how fresh. Like, garden fresh! My problem with the Honeybar? I got the Apple Pie the first time and my expectation was, well, Apple Pie. I'm from Texas and we love our Apple Pie. This time I tried again but added the cheesecake filling. O. M. G. It was amazing. That's what it needed. It was heaven! Great new addition to Montrose. Ordering is done through kiosk and they had helpful staff to assist. It's a bright space and lively at lunch on a Friday. I enjoyed the seasonal chili bowl with good heat and plenty of shrimp. My son had the sesame bowl which may be next on my list then my wife had the Greek salad which was a generous portion. She approved of the tzatziki sauce and would have loved more of it in place of the vinaigrette. The portions were a good size for lunch though may be a little light for a dinner. I can see making this a regular spot with plenty of varieties with the ability to customize or create your own bowl. read more

The concept is great, and the ingredients seemed fresh, but we found the noodles a bit rubbery--not quite the texture we were hoping for. The flavors were decent for fast food stir fry. The space was also louder than expected for a place that wasn't overly crowded.
