Random day and the family wanted to try a different restaurant in the area that we hadn't tried before. We had a yearning for some spice so we elected for Bangkok Thai. The menu is very extensive but if you have an idea of what you are looking for, it is not that intimidating. Our waiter laid out that they have five spice levels on many of their dishes. I went with the yellow curry, medium spice with chicken. Wow. The flavor is plentiful. The portion is a great size. I got two full meals out of it. My mom got Pad Thai with chicken. That's her go to. She said it's the same, but different as other Pad Thai dishes she has had elsewhere. Still enjoyed it! My dad got his usual Szechuan bowl with chicken. He enjoyed it too. It was his idea to start with house salads those were very whole and real. The peanut sauce dressing fit perfectly! I got some green tea to drink. The teapot and cup made the experience that much more inclusive. Boxing up our leftovers, I took that opportunity to ask our waiter if I could get the curry spicier next time. He turns to me and said, "Of course we can! We can make it not as spicy as you want (while squatting down) and make it as spicy as you want (while reaching up to the ceiling)". I loved the enthusiasm!! Upon leaving my mom and I inquired about gluten free desserts. The gentleman at the counter said, let me ask the kitchen for sure, and he said yes, they said the sticky rice is ready for your next time in! Amazing food. Friendly service. Early dinner on a chilly Saturday late afternoon and it wasn't busy at first, but by the time we left it was getting pretty busy. Kind of small inside, but it was nice as were the staff. The egg rolls were the best. All the other food was pretty standard fare. If you've had it elsewhere, it's going to basically be the same here. If they ask if you want to try the mustard sauce, beware. If you like super spicy things, have at it. But it took my breath away and I felt like I was choking for about 10 seconds. Side note, parking is not ample. Plan accordingly. If I lived in the area I'd probably frequent here more often, but I live 30 mins away. Check it out! read more

Oh how badly I wanted to love this place. I ordered online and I'm wondering if that's where I went wrong. At first, my order time took double what I was told, which is usually no problem at least I know it's fresh! I was so very disappointed once I got home (less than 10 minutes) The chicken was very soggy, not the greatest quality chicken either. The crab rangoons tasted like it was just a thick slab of cream cheese. The fried rice was over powered with soy sauce flavor. The egg roll, my favorite side dish, was also lacking flavor and not crispy. Hope to try a better dish next time or eat in. read more

Got take out tonight. Hubby had the chicken cashew and I had appetizers, fried gyoza and vegetable spring rolls. All of it was really good! The chicken cashew was as good as our previous favorite Thai restaurant. The gyoza was crisp and I personally like the dipping sauce much better than other restaurants. It had a savory sweet and saltiness to it. The vegetable spring rolls were fresh and crispy too. The food was piping hot even when we got it home. Good quick service and well priced. I've had a mixed experience. The first time I got Pad Thai. Perfectly fine. The second time I ordered Drunken Noodles (Pad Kee Mao) takeout. This infamously spicy dish arrived with zero spice. None. Bland as plain toast. Inedible without adding sriracha, which I luckily had at home. Baffling. There was nowhere in the online ordering to specify spice - I guess I had to go in the notes? I had a okay enough time here but it's definitely not a place I would go to again for authentic Thai/Asian food. I did like the big selection of dishes but prices seemed a bit on the higher side for the quality. Portions were big which was nice but a big tell about the authenticity of a place is what kind of veggies they use and how they cut them. This place used non-Asian veggies and barely cut them up so that they're giant chunks drowning in starchy sauces. The pieces of meat are giant too, barely sliced and the chicken they is always breast meat and dry af. I ahd to ask for chopsticks because they are not offered by default. Everything ordered was delicious and I would definitely return. Ordered online in Dec 2024. Fresh quality ingredients. Egg roll was large and had pork and veggies. Basil shrimp rolls were huge with 4 whole shrimp in each roll. The wrap had several rips so it completely fell apart as soon as I picked it up and had to be eaten with a fork which wasn't preferred since its supposed to be a hand food but it was fine. Also wasn't in love with the peanut sauce but overall still good, would try it again. Wonton soup had onions and cabbage in the broth, it was very good. Coconut veggie soup had peas carrots mushrooms red peppers and dont remember what else but it was very good. Chicken Pad Thai had a large portion of quality chicken, fresh bean sprouts and peanuts. Besides the sauce for basil rolls everything had great flavor. I reccomend giving this place a try for sure. read more

If I could give ten starts, I would. I ordered the red curry chicken, chicken pad Thai and crab Rangoon the other night for my daughter and I. The portion sizes of both main entrees were huge. The leftovers provided us with three subsequent meals!! The red curry chicken was absolutely incredible. The flavors were so intense, perfect level of spice. Only complaint would be the small container of rice that comes with the dish. I would have preferred to have more rice to have with the leftovers. The chicken pad Thai was equally as delicious. Apparently I'd had takeout from here once before, but I couldn't really remember it. Yesterday was cold and snowy, and some spicy Thai food sounded like an excellent idea. I had been pretty loyal to Lemongrass--largely because they were so close to my old apartment--but everything we had from Bangkok ranged from good to excellent, so I see them becoming part of our rotation. One good thing is that the two restaurants have a lot of different menu items from one another. We ordered: -two egg rolls. Both large and excellent. Actually filled with flavorful veggies and not just mystery meat. Not greasy, either. -papaya salad. I'd never had this before but had always been intrigued. Well, I thought it was delicious. I had assumed it would be on the sweeter side, but instead the main flavor profile was tanginess (from the lime and fish sauce, I believe). I definitely am looking forward to trying this again. -Tom Yum soup. This was a little disappointing. I was hoping for both more heat and tanginess. It was okay, but everything else overshadowed it. -Lard Naw and Pad See Eiw, both with chicken. We were in the mood for noodles, and I appreciated that these dishes were both flavorful and loaded with fresh vegetables. The Lard Naw was very garlic forward, and the Pad See Eiw had a sweeter soy flavor. We ordered more than we needed, but it was nice to have a good sampling from the menu, and the leftovers were just as delicious the next day. I am looking forward to trying some more dishes, such as the curries. read more

There are three Thai restaurants in Stow Ohio. I went here because the wife wanted Pad Thai, and it had great reviews. It did not disappoint. The Summer (basil) rolls were great. Seriously great. The chicken in the Pad Thai was very tender, and there was a lot of food. I don't rate based on volume, but it was a LOT! I got the chicken larb. And it was spit in perfect. Ground chicken, perfectly seasoned. Got it 3/5 heat rating, which was still mild, but really flavorful. Place did a steady trade, but did not feel rushed or packed. No Asians eating there when I was there, but seriously, sometimes that has no meaning. Menu was really nice. I left very happy with the choice. Excellent! read more

Absolutely one of the best Asian meals I've experienced. Apps of egg rolls, spring rolls, steamed dumplings were all met with positive comments. Our entrees of Pho and basil stir-fry were flavorful, fresh, and loaded with delicious white meat chicken. The five different sauces that accompanied our dishes were of high quality and enhanced the already tasty dishes. No packets of sauce here! Our server, Brian, was exceptionally helpful and attentive, despite being very busy with a number of tables. The only suggestion is dimming the lights slightly would be a nice touch and would accentuate the beautiful Christmas decorations and warm up the general atmosphere.
