The best Chinese food. It is a step up for sure. They have great service and white table cloths. My favorite is 3 treasures.

Nice little Asian spot in Hudson! I met a friend here for dinner on a Saturday evening and we got seated right away without a reservation. It is nice inside and the service was friendly. Not your typical Chinese food, menu prices are a little higher, but it is a nicer place than the standard grab and go Chinese fare. I will say their vegetarian section of the menu is a little confusing, as it is labeled "primarily vegetable" and several of the dishes have pork included. That said, after browsing the menu, we settled on the wonton soup, spinach, mushroom & tofu soup, vegetable spring rolls, Noble calamari, and Noble lo mein. The spinach, mushroom & tofu soup was amazing...the standout dish for me for sure. It was light and flavorful and perfect for the chilly NE Ohio evening. My friend enjoyed her wonton soup as well and said it was different than what she expected. I did not care for the calamari but the dipping sauce it came with was good and I really enjoyed the spring rolls. The lo mein noodles were very thin but my friend enjoyed that dish as well. This place is insanely delish. Hands down some of the best Chinese food I've had since moving to OH. The lo-Mein was exceptional and the scallion pancake was delicious! I highly recommend the spring rolls and everything is jammed packed with flavor! The place is very cute inside and has a chill vibe. We came here on a Thursday evening and walked right in. At first, we were the only guests but a couple other tables filled up by the time we left. The restaurant was very clean and the server, Liz, was very accommodating. We ordered the dumplings as an appetizer, and the Singapore Noodles and a pork dish with peanut sauce and a side of lo mein. I dined here as part of a big group and we ate family-style, so I got to try lots of dishes. While the Crab Rangoon, Spring Rolls, Genera Tsao's, and Green Beans were just ok, the Chicken Lo Mein was above average. But what really went above and beyond my expectations were their Beef and Portobello Mushroom dish and their Eggplant dish. Phenomenal! The service was excellent. I had general tsos chicken with egg drop soup and spring roll. Menu is ala carte. Food was a bit different than I am accustomed to for Chinese food. This was the least flavorful Chinese food we've ever eaten. They get 1 star due to the spare ribs, those who ate them said they were ok. I did not try them. However, what I did try, was not worth eating. We ordered Carryout, and spent $150 for our order. Everything was bland & boring, we ended up throwing away a good bit of food. Lettuce wraps & Beijing ravioli were ok, they said. Scallion pie & seafood soup were a total waste of money. Overall, this was not a good effort put forth by Noble House... I was looking forward to eating at this restaurant as it's close to where I live and I'd read some good reviews. Alas, a very disappointing experience. The food was decidedly mediocre and the service unfortunately can only be described as horrendous. I called and made a reservation for Mother's Day. The restaurant wasn't inordinately busy when we got there but still waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Our server pointedly reminded us several times that she wasn't a waitress but since 'they were so busy' she would deign to serve us as a one time courtesy apparently. We ordered spring rolls, chicken and veggie lo mein, grilled beef skewers, green beans and the genera Tso's chicken. The food took over 40 minutes to arrive and we had to ask twice if they had forgotten us. The 'waitress who was not a waitress' snarkily responded that it was Mother's Day and we should basically roll with it. When the food finally arrived, the green beans were bland, the beef dry and overcooked and the low mein was very average. Most of the food was cold and the only saving grace were the spring rolls that should have come out earlier as appetizers. My wife asked for another order of spring rolls since her food was less than satisfactory but the order never came. When we paid the bill, the second order was however included. We pointed that out to Her Majesty the non waitress & she stated that we had already ordered & therefore it was included. She figured we could wait some more and take it home with us. After arguing with us for a couple more minutes, she finally acquiesced to take it off the bill but not before a few more choice remarks. Another strange thing, they ran my card for the original amount, plus the adjusted bill even though we had pointed out the mistake before I gave her my card. They voided it out but given the experience, I had to make sure & I called my credit card company to confirm. Trust quotient at a minimal. I feel bad giving any business owner a bad review because it's never lost on me that this is someone's livelihood but my experience here was anything but noble. The food was probably a 3 since I've had worse Chinese food but the service made the experience so much worse. It's so important to have a gracious and welcoming staff and the lack thereof at this eatery is a pain point that needs fixing. read more

Just had a perfect lunch at the Noble House. First off, I had my son with a disability with me and they treated him with such dignity and respect. I appreciated the natural respect the Owner and staff so gracefully offered. You can see as the servers greet their tables that service is important to them and they do it very well. The food was equally impressive. We started with the Beijing ravioli which were so flavorful. I also had the Szechuan soup, it was spicy but really delicious. We split the order of Sesame chicken and I swear, it is the very best sesame chicken I have ever had, anywhere. If you love sesame chicken, this is an absolute must try! They offer a lunch pricing which is very fair and then they offer a dinner service as well. The food here is made with love and attention to detail. My new go to! Wish I would have taken photos. This is a small and intimate restaurant in what feels like a home, so I would call for reservations. read more

Damn, this place is pricey! I'm a wealthy airline executive and I usually don't say that. At least for the price they deliver on quality, tasty food and attentive service. Walking in we didn't know what to expect. We were inundated at the entrance with lots of people but they were all waiting for take away orders. Restaurant had two dining rooms and was immaculate, clean but still very empty, seems most just grab and go. The place settings were almost too fancy, unless unbeknownst to us they could have been waiting for Her Majesty the Queen. The main attraction was the high quality food. Every item was prepared perfectly. Even the one item we had as left over was tasty the next day. Their shrimp and asparagus dish was delicious, as was their sesame chicken. Finally a local restaurant that serves the sesame chicken how it should be: quality pieces of chicken with a mild sauce. How about they packaged new rice for us to go. You pay for quality, but it's also restrictive, as this isn't the kind of place you can frequent once a week. read more

Dine In Review Have been there several times over the last 3 months and this is hands down the only competitor to Chins in the area. House made sauces and dumplings and desserts come at a price... just like a soft serve cone from McD's is cheap for a reason... comparing the Noble House prices to 99% of the Chinese takeout places in the surrounding communities is comparing mass market food service fare to real food. Beijing Ravioli (large) - nice mix of spices and veggies in a delicate wrapper... nice dipping sauce... slightly spicy... just right for 2 people. Walnut Shrimp (small) - large plump shrimp, perfectly steamed broccoli and a generous portion of candied walnuts... the best version of a buffet staple done right. General Tso Chicken (small) - generous zucchini wedges and wonderful broccoli made for a very veggie intensive spin on a cliche dish... light breading on the LARGE pieces of chicken that were moist and flavorful... hubby was in heaven. Brown rice was a nice option... both entrees were perfectly sized... no leftovers... not really hungry... but... There was a book club of 12 or so people at the LARGE round table next to us and they were ordering desserts when we were nibbling on our dumplings... the young wait staff was having trouble putting words to the "Fried Milk" option. Hubby and I giggled at their attempts to describe the confection and quietly decided it must be some form of coconut milk jello/custard that we have gotten at Dim Sum houses around the country... so we took a deep breath and decided to give it a try. My word was it large!! Each spring roll size confection contained a creamy custard that was in no way egg-y... arrowroot? agar agar? something "different" was used to bring together cream into a pudding / jello shot / something that got lost in the heavy chocolate dipping sauce... but would have been perfect if we had been a large party.
