Why in the HECK would a food place decide to stop making food at 6 pm when they are open till 10 pm??? Ordered the shrimp and walnuts entree and the shrimp was literally hard and in some places burnt - pretty much inedible... tasted like it had been sitting for days. Almost no sauce or walnuts - just rock hard shrimp. Rangoons did not come with sweet-sour sauce despite ordering it, I had to make a trip back to get it. I went to Panda Express/Streetsboro, Ohio yesterday, 2/24/25 to use the "buy 1 bowl, get 1 bowl free" deal on their app. I scanned the code at the register for the discount but it didn't take, and my credit card was charged $17 instead of $8.50. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and she asked me to wait and use the deal "next time I came in" since it didn't work this time. I told her no, I'd like the discount today. She called the manager over who was INSISTENT that I forgo the discount and use it next time because their computer system wasn't taking the discount and there was "nothing that she could do". We argued for a long time, with me explaining that it's not my fault that Panda Express' computer system doesn't recognize their own discount code and the manager stating there was nothing she could do and insisting I just pay the $17. This was a long conversation - - too long. I finally said "well then refund my $17 and keep the food". The manager then discounted the order by $8.50 on the computer, provided me with a receipt for an $8.50 refund and said ok now you are getting an even BETTER deal because you can still use your promotional discount on the app. I asked her why she didn't do that in the first place instead of giving me such a hassle. Both the manager and her cashier were nasty and abrasisve about something that was not my fault. This experience was absolutely unreasonable and rediculous. I have been here many times since it opened, their Kung Pau Chicken is very good. However, the last trips might be my last because of their pricing strategies. A month ago I received a coupon for a free bowl because my meal took a while to come out Nice of them. But when my wife and I stopped in a while later to use it they would not honor their coupon, saying that it was only good for a free spring roll, even though the coupon said it was for a free entree bowl. Then yesterday I went through the drive through and ordered an entree bowl and I asked for a large water to go with it. When I got to the window I was charged $2.40 for a large cup of iced tap water! I couldn't believe it, and when I questioned them the server said only a small cup of water is free. It sounds like they need to gouge their customers to stay in business. read more

All of the trays of food were dried out and stale. The manager named Li was rude and discourteous, The drink machine had no ice but she never told us that. She gave everybody very small portions. I haven't been to a Panda Express in years. Actually, probably like a decade. My oldest son couldn't wait for this one to open and upon it's 2nd week, we HAD to stop in. I am not a fan. The rice was so dry. Everything just kinda tastes bland. There was no flavor pop in my mouth. The people were friendly, and for the most part efficient. My food was like warm and when you combine that to the fact that it lacked flavor, it was very much less than impressive. Will I go back? Probably not. Gave this place a try at their new location. Ordered beef and broccoli dish. They literally gave me all broccoli and two tiny pieces of meat. What a waste of money. Then I brought it up to their attention. At this point they should have offered to give me more meat however they did not. Ordered Chow mein and beef and broccoli. The service was polite and friendly, but wow was the food bad. The noodles/ chow mein were cold, dry, and hard. The beef and broccoli was very soggy old looking broccoli with little tiny pieces of beef that literally had no flavor. My wife and I spent over 30$ on our meal and she ate two plaited and threw hers away and I tried to eat as much as I could but it was pretty terrible. I visited this location on 1/26/20. This was my first time at this location and Panda Express in general. I had a very friendly welcome upon entering the restaurant and I explained that it was my first time at Panda Express. I was helped by Russ and he was amazing, he explained how everything works, asked if I wanted to try anything, made sure that I was satisfied with my food, etc. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service. As I was walking into Panda Express in Streetsboro, Ohio, I noticed that there were approximately 10 other customers in this this store and that it was exceptionally clean (floors, counters, tables and fountain drink area). The person who waited on me was pleasant and attentive. I received my food almost immediately. I ordered the Beyond Orange Chicken with rice and steamed vegetables. This was my first experience with the Beyond meal. The food was excellent! As I ate my meal, several other customers entered the store and they also were pleasantly greeted and received courteous service.
