If you want consistently great service and even better food, look no further than Panda Express. The team here is incredibly helpful, efficient, and polite. The food is perfectly cooked and seasoned and the portions are HUGE!!! It's the comfortable atmosphere that makes dining in a pleasure but take out is super simple, too. And their app is easy and well thought out and the rewards are pretty great, too. For a fast dining experience...I'd come here Everytime! read more

I love panda express! I am only putting two stars is because of DoorDash, which is affiliated with panda express. The normal menu is almost 8 dollars cheaper than DoorDash. It's not right. I don't even wanna go to panda express anymore nor use DoorDash ever again.I'm read more

Why in the HECK would a food place decide to stop making food at 6 pm when they are open till 10 pm??? It's upsets me because I am literally trying to give you my money but you guys never ever have food for me to even purchase from you!? I have tried going there multiple times, although I have a full time + job and get out at 6 pm on a good day. I would love to try their food.. if they ever had any. Everytime it's the same thing - we only have orange chicken, mushroom chicken, white rice, and chow mein. I don't understand. read more

Missing items and poor quality food, it doesn't get much worse than this. Ordered the shrimp and walnuts entree and the shrimp was literally hard and in some places burnt - pretty much inedible... tasted like it had been sitting for days. Almost no sauce or walnuts - just rock hard shrimp. Rangoons did not come with sweet-sour sauce despite ordering it, I had to make a trip back to get it. This is the second time I've been here and second time disappointed in the quality of the food... also each time I had to wait 10 + min for my order which surprised me because it wasn't busy and the food was obviously prepared long ago and has been sitting. read more

Finally gave them their last chance tonight at 7 o'clock. I went in 30% of their pans were empty again I told the young guy that is the fourth time I've been there recently and they're out of food he said yeah they make everything to order after seven and when I told him that they even can't keep up at lunchtime a snotty employee said have a good day and I walked out. read more

This places used to be great but my last two visits were terrible! The pans almost empty and instead of waiting to give you fresh new food and a regular portion you get scraps of the dry up remains about a half scoop! Very disappointed! I won't be back! read more

Very good experienced. Got some warm welcome from Talina and Sherry. My meal (Honey Walnut Shrimp and Sichuan Chicken) were well made and fresh. Good job Team Streetboro. Cook Howard came to talk to me to ensure I have great experience! So far this store service better than the rest of surrounding Cleveland store I have visited. Great job Panda read more

Panda Express - Friendly assocaites serving their guest. - Fast Food Near Me - Streetsboro, Ohio

I have been here many times since it opened, their Kung Pau Chicken is very good. However, the last trips might be my last because of their pricing strategies. A month ago I received a coupon for a free bowl because my meal took a while to come out Nice of them. But when my wife and I stopped in a while later to use it they would not honor their coupon, saying that it was only good for a free spring roll, even though the coupon said it was for a free entree bowl. Then yesterday I went through the drive through and ordered an entree bowl and I asked for a large water to go with it. When I got to the window I was charged $2.40 for a large cup of iced tap water! I couldn't believe it, and when I questioned them the server said only a small cup of water is free. It sounds like they need to gouge their customers to stay in business. read more

I went to Panda Express/Streetsboro, Ohio yesterday, 2/24/25 to use the "buy 1 bowl, get 1 bowl free" deal on their app. I scanned the code at the register for the discount but it didn't take, and my credit card was charged $17 instead of $8.50. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and she asked me to wait and use the deal "next time I came in" since it didn't work this time. I told her no, I'd like the discount today. She called the manager over who was INSISTENT that I forgo the discount and use it next time because their computer system wasn't taking the discount and there was "nothing that she could do". We argued for a long time, with me explaining that it's not my fault that Panda Express' computer system doesn't recognize their own discount code and the manager stating there was nothing she could do and insisting I just pay the $17. This was a long conversation - - too long. I finally said "well then refund my $17 and keep the food". The manager then discounted the order by $8.50 on the computer, provided me with a receipt for an $8.50 refund and said ok now you are getting an even BETTER deal because you can still use your promotional discount on the app. I asked her why she didn't do that in the first place instead of giving me such a hassle. Both the manager and her cashier were nasty and abrasisve about something that was not my fault. This experience was absolutely unreasonable and rediculous. This is not the first time I've had issues with this chain. read more

Great service, normal fast food. Nothing special. Clean restaurant with very quick friendly service.

Extremely small portion for three price! Got thru drive thru and portion looks nothing like the pic in the app. Maybe appetizer is a better description. First and last time....not recommended. Go to New Peking across the steet.....THAT comes highly recommended! read more

Stopped in on our way to Delamar peninsula- very happy- good service- did the drive thru - COVID- days - outdoor dining available picnic table- rustic- safe and pleasant stopover- good families and kids- we have our dog and he was able to walk on grass- larger green areas nearby read more

All of the trays of food were dried out and stale. The manager named Li was rude and discourteous, The drink machine had no ice but she never told us that. She gave everybody very small portions. The food was not prepared or displayed well. Terrible experience. I will never come back here again and recommend that nobody else should either. read more

I'll start by saying that if I could, I would rate my $16 food purchase -10 points. Staff were polite, food? Panda Express you should be embarrassed! The chow mien was a bunch of cold, dry and tasteless noodles. Nothing else! Fried rice, cold with no taste. Broccoli and beef. Beef? Thats what those brown remnants under the cold hard broccoli was? Now let's talk about portions. Very small. Carton? Yes, they had flaps, but I suggest you train your employees how they work. All if my containers were open. They didn't come open during the ride, its obvious the container had never been closed. They threw them in the bag and two were laying on their side. The spring roll bag was never folded down. This is my first visit to a Panda Express and it will be my last. I have a feeling this wasn't a fluke and your new Streetsboro Ohio location will close soon. Don't waste your money or your time and drive right on past! read more

I haven't been to a Panda Express in years. Actually, probably like a decade. My oldest son couldn't wait for this one to open and upon it's 2nd week, we HAD to stop in. I am not a fan. The rice was so dry. Everything just kinda tastes bland. There was no flavor pop in my mouth. The people were friendly, and for the most part efficient. My food was like warm and when you combine that to the fact that it lacked flavor, it was very much less than impressive. Will I go back? Probably not. Spent way to much for lack luster quality and taste. read more

Gave this place a try at their new location. Ordered beef and broccoli dish. They literally gave me all broccoli and two tiny pieces of meat. What a waste of money. Then I brought it up to their attention. At this point they should have offered to give me more meat however they did not. I had to place another order (only reason I stayed and didn't walk out is bc of my tight work schedule and needing to rush to my next appointment). Luckily I had a coupon I received from a friend for a free broccoli and chicken so I technically did not have to pay again however it out of principle. If I order a beef dish and get two small pieces of meat they should of have offered to give me more without ha omg to "repay" Worst part about the whole experience is that when I did receive the beef it was sooo salty that I just didn't eat 1/2 of it anyways. read more

First really mediocre meal I've had there. The kung pao chicken didn't taste like anything but cardboard, no spice, nothing. The beef dish & the won tons were also disappointing. Maybe because the restaurant decided to not have people pick their food out inside and take out during Covid the management has lost sight of quality. It's a shame. read more

Eggrole was over cooked and doesn't look appetizing. The rangoons tasted horrible. Will not be wasting my money on those ever again. Rest of the food was ok. read more

Ordered Chow mein and beef and broccoli. The service was polite and friendly, but wow was the food bad. The noodles/ chow mein were cold, dry, and hard. The beef and broccoli was very soggy old looking broccoli with little tiny pieces of beef that literally had no flavor. My wife and I spent over 30$ on our meal and she ate two plaited and threw hers away and I tried to eat as much as I could but it was pretty terrible. Do yourself a favor , read the rest of the reviews and listen. Just because it is new and a nice looking building, do not stop or you will be quite disappointed. The fortune cookies were better than most I would say but it's hard to mess those up. read more

I visited this location on 1/26/20. This was my first time at this location and Panda Express in general. I had a very friendly welcome upon entering the restaurant and I explained that it was my first time at Panda Express. I was helped by Russ and he was amazing, he explained how everything works, asked if I wanted to try anything, made sure that I was satisfied with my food, etc. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The restaurant was clean, the food was good, and this location has a friendly staff. I will be returning since I had such great service. read more

Slow service and too concerned with closing for the night. We were there on Sunday an hour before their closing time and they already had the grill cleaned, so a few items on their already limited menu weren't available. You should be able to provide the full menu during business hours. read more

This panda express could take some lessons from customer service at Chick-fil-A. They really need to teach your employees how to address and treat customers. There's always something going on with this particular Panda Express, either they're out of something or somethings not ready, they really need to learn time management. read more

As I was walking into Panda Express in Streetsboro, Ohio, I noticed that there were approximately 10 other customers in this this store and that it was exceptionally clean (floors, counters, tables and fountain drink area). The person who waited on me was pleasant and attentive. I received my food almost immediately. I ordered the Beyond Orange Chicken with rice and steamed vegetables. This was my first experience with the Beyond meal. The food was excellent! As I ate my meal, several other customers entered the store and they also were pleasantly greeted and received courteous service. My dining experience at the Panda Express in Streetsboro, OH was excellent and I will be returning with my family and friends in the future! read more

In fact this panda location is a disgrace to panda the manager Li was very cheap and rude and was not helpful at all!! the ice machine was not working and I asked for some ice cubes and she gave us only 2 for the Diet Coke the Diet Coke fountain was clear and flat and tasted weird The dirt and neither was the food i suggested not coming to this panda location and won't be coming back!! read more

came in starving as hell, the store had nobody in it, yet I was standing without any assistance or welcome for 20 straight minutes (not exaggerating!). by the time I finally got my food, I tried to split pay and they told me that wasn't possible. then I had to wait another 5ish minutes for the employee to ask if there was a way to make it possible. I eventually just paid it all on my card. then, to top it off, the food wasn't even hot when I received it! terrible service. read more

Entirely disappointed with the food. The fried rice was bland with little flavor. I had to season it myself when I got home, that's ridiculous. The chicken (the little that I got compared to the onions that overloaded the tray) had very little taste. I made an account on here literally because of this experience. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I will not be coming back. read more

Horrible service. Ordered at the window was asked to pull around at the door and wait. Waited 20 minutes while they packed up food for 4 cars that were all waiting. Instead of bringing out each order when it was ready they waited and did everyone. I saw two employees leave and two go on break and had to call to ask when food was going to come out. The girl said well we are getting all the orders ready and bringing them out at once. Nobody should have to wait that long. read more
