I chose to get there because our go to Chinese restaurant was closed on Tuesday, and my wife was ill and wanted some egg drop soup. the soup was bland and lacked the richness of most I have had. The food was quite bland, with no evidence of seasonings. The fried rice lacked flavor, in spite of a $1 up charge for pork. The egg roll and chicken broccoli was truly unremarkable. The person taking my order was less than welcoming and a bit on the gruff side., I previously attributed such a welcome to COVID.which was prevalent at the time. The ambience was typical of most carry out Asian restaurants. At least it wasn't barricaded as it was my previous visit when I could barely get in the door! I have been searching for a good to Chinese restaurant since I moved to the area 8 years ago. Nowhere has qualified until King Dragon. It was delicious!!! My new go to place. Flavorful, good size portions, and great pricing. Excited to try more dishes. I had their Kung Po chicken and my husband had chicken and broccoli. This is a place my parents frequent. Food is alright; nothing special. We got the Hunan Beef; it was chewy, definitely not my favorite. I put in a small order, as I seem to be feeling under the weather; not wanting anything heavy. I ordered a Chicken Chow Mein and received a slimy-white sauced onions/chicken with rice. If you have ordered from any other asian restaurant, this would be a noodle with little sauce, if any. I called to make the restaurant aware that I received the wrong order; I was hearing the chef screaming that only Lo Mein is noodles, not Chow Mein. This little bit of conversation was all I needed to know - this place is an over-Americanized spot that actually doesn't know the traditional basic items on a menu. Chow mein is a traditional Chinese dish made with egg noodles and stir-fried veggies. Not sure how this staple can be so confused? When I called to ask for a refund on my meal, I was made to feel like I don't know what I ordered. The Mongolian beef is tasty. I ordered it where I live near Columbus and it was chewy, not tender like it is here.

We stopped here for a quick, easy dinner. Our regular place is closed on Monday. I called ahead but they only got part of my order right. The woman apologized and they quickly made the second dinner. They put your order in a plexiglass box. I opened it too early and was told to close it before she would set my food down. The food was really bland and the sauce was very watery. I got steamed dumplings which even with the sauce we very bland. I ate the shrimp and tossed the rest. I don't think we'll be coming back here. read more

Good option for Chinese takeout/delivery... overall, may not have the brightest/exotic flavors but the food was good, and fresh. Must try: Lo mein (we had vegetable lo mein) Not missing out: Vegetable tofu soup. Ordered takeout. Pickup in 15min was off by maybe 5. I enjoyed their complementary jasmine tea while waiting Interior and menu relatively basic. Sodas for purchase, did not see wine or beer. Prices are lower and food good value. Staff members busy but pleasant. Lo mein was well seasoned and well cooked. We all enjoyed it and was our favorite item. One of the better I can recall. General Tso chicken was cooked well, not outrageously battered. Sauce could have used a bit more zing, personally. Fried rice was just onion and bean sprout, but was fresh and good for the amount of ingredients. Better than it looks. Egg drop soup was pretty standard. Vegetable tofu soup had nice very fresh veggies, but man that broth was plain. Like veggies sitting in water, plain. Egg roll looked almost over cooked but didn't taste so and was above average. I just called there and the person who answer the phone I think was a chinese female. The place was very noisey and she could not understand me. I also think she could not understand english very well. She kept saying what did you say over and over again. I got tired of repeating myself and my order. Second time now that have tried this place, to be honest the food is gross, the chicken fried rice is not good at all and they put long bean sprouts in it, unnecessary for fried rice, it's just gross and they are very expensive at King dragon compared to other places, Main moon in Stow is far better and with cheaper prices the only drawback is they are closed on Tuesdays for some reason which is the day I needed to order takeout so I got stuck with King dragon, if it wasn't for a birthday i would have waited and ordered from Main moon instead. read more

Got takeout the other night and had to wait over an hour to pickup. That wasn't the issue, seeing it was a Friday night and was after 6 pm. When I arrived at the restaurant I noticed over 15 people were waiting outside and the parking lot was packed with people waiting. It looked like a war zone.I then called the restaurant and see if my order was ready and the lady said "20 minute and I'll call you when it's ready". So about 25 minutes later she called back and stated the food was ready. I then preceded to walk up and the people outside waiting were screaming at each other and blocked the area where the door was to get in. I then called again and asked if was safe to go in and and the lady said yes. I then walked up and three or four ass clowns asked me "what the hell I was doing"? And if I called ahead. I told everyone out there maybe they should call ahead instead of walking up and just ordering instead of acting like children and being belligerent. I ordered the beef with broccoli, rice, and egg roll combination platter and a can of Dr. Pepper. It was an enormous serving. Very good.

This restaurant was highly recommended by a family member... so my wife and I tried it. We called our order in and was told we would have a 25 minute wait. We arrived in the allotted time and our order was ready to go. We were 45 minutes from our destination and did not expect the food to be hot. It did not need reheating. We ordered Crab Rangoon.. Wanton Soup.. Pork Fried Rice.. and Vegetable Egg Foo Young. Everything was delicious with the exception of the soup. The wantons were not completely cooked and were chewy. Maybe it's what I get here but I really love this place. We had steamed dumplings, fried wontons (we asked for both the garlic and szechuan sauce which they were very accommodating amount), and the mixed vegetable with white rice. The garlic sauce with the fried wontons I could eat off of my shoe. It was fantastic and I may ask for it on everything. The steamed dumplings are one if the best Chinese dishes I have ever had. I have ordered them alone for dinner. The mixed vegetables were great too, and I could order that alone and not miss meat at all. I work near King Dragon, and so I get the lunch specials every once in awhile. I basically always get the L9 - shrimp with mixed vegetables and it never disappoints. It's the Chinese food that you would expect at the prices you would expect. read more

Not a bad bang for your buck, but not the best take out I've had either. Its not a place I would brag about but compared to the other Chinese food locations in Stow, this was the best so far out of all of them. I have an obsession with fried wontons, theirs look more appealing than most- just wish their orange dipping sauce had some flavor. It's very bland and usually cold when I get it. Chinese takeout is tricky at best but this place has consistent flavor, fresh ingredients and friendly service. The dIning area is always clean (a plus in many cases) and they are often quite busy (another good sign). The prices are great and my family all love the food. read more
