This was my family's go to place for chinese. In the last few years, the quality has really gone downhill fast. When I get any type of chicken that is breaded and fried, the strips of chicken are very small, and often the fryer oil gets in between the breading and chicken, making the thin strip of chicken a tough piece of leather. Add in the fact that prices have gone way up, Its hard for me to reccomend this place anymore. Last time I went, I saw that their eggrolls are premade from a package, and their recipe and or prep has changed. I was excited to try this place with four stars on yelp but not sure what those people are ordering. Service was good and quick but the food not so much. We tried the bourbon chicken and hunan chicken dinners. The portions were huge, but the quality was lacking. The rice tasted like the 90 second microwave stuff and the egg rolls seemed a lot like what you get frozen at Aldi. My wife ate a few bites and gave up. We will not be going back. read more

My family had originally tried this place when we moved here like 5 years ago and we didn't think much of it. But we tried it again and I'm glad that we did. Their food is consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. I normally get the sesame chicken with white meat and extra crispy... I don't know what it is, but most places struggle to pull this off, but New Style has always aced it. They're chicken is always super crispy. Other entrees that we have gotten and enjoyed are their orange chicken and general Tsos. Their wonton soup is also super delicious. The only menu item that I've had and haven't loved is their fried rice, it's pretty bland. But everything else has been great. My husband ordered the Mongolian Beef. It was steaming hot, flavorful and satisfying. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and did not have the same experience. I drove 30 minutes to find this place because it was the only Chinese place I could find open during COVID19. We went back a few days later for something different and now determined we would continue to make the drive. Everything we have tried here is so good! Easy to order and they have gotten it right both times we went! The best General Tsos chicken- the chicken is crispy & there is enough sauce without making the chicken soggy. The taste of the sauce is the best I've had anywhere! Love the lo mein noodles-Perfect taste and texture. They have really great, reasonably priced lunch specials too. I usually order from China express but they don't deliver during the week so I ordered from new style Chinese. Egg rolls, not sure what they have in them but they were gooey and pretty empty with no flavor. The sweet and sour chicken was gooey inside but better than the rest of the food. Could only eat five pieces. The fried rice is a weird yellow color. No flavor whatsoever, completely bland. Wonton soup , decided to not even try it. This is the WORST "Chinese" food I've ever had. The "fried" rice tasted nothing like it. Tasted like a boxed rice from the store. The food is always fast fresh and amazing! I personally love that there is a gent that speaks perfect English and can understand me, I always have special orders because I have a super picky eater at home! So when the person taking the order can understand me, SCORE! Then I have a happy home! No matter how much or little I order, it's always fast and oh so good! I live in Seville and will drive to Wadsworth anytime because they surpass Seville's Asian dining! So great! There is a small dining area which is probably more for siting for your order than dining in! Take it home, it will for sure be hot and ready to serve, even if driving 20 minutes or so! They're a typical takeout Chinese restaurant (yes, I know, they're a dime a dozen around here) but this one is different. I've tried several different takeout Chinese restaurants but this one is consistently good. They're quick and offer delivery. As for the quality of their food, it's typical of takeout Chinese, but it's also pretty fresh for what it is. Prices are average. I always get their General Tso's or Sweet & Sour chicken, and it's always good. I must say that we were excited to try this other Chinese place in town. We have been big fans of the place on the north end of town but we were willing to give this place a try. We did like the online ordering system. It was simple, quick, and lots of option to choose from. The restaurant was clean and decorated very nicely. The staff was very friendly and promptly gave us our food upon arrival. Now onto the important part... The Food! I wish I could say that the pleasant experience we had encountered continued with the food. Our order was correct and the food was hot and fresh. Absolutely adore this Chinese delivery restaurant. I have ordered lunch and dinner from this place numerous times Delivery is always very quick, the delivery guy is very personable. I have never seen him in a bad mood. Food is great. Options are always great. The lunch comes with a choice of soup or egg roll, and also comes with rice on top of that. (You are always full after you're done with them) I didn't give it five stars because there are other items that are not on the menu- like shrimp toast, or duck. My Aunt who loves Chicken Chow Mein with hard crispy noodles , Egg Foo Young and most of all eggrolls was in the ER and ended up in rehab in Wadsworth. New Style did all they could to make her food and stay much more pleasant. Upon ordering (from me in South Carolina) they followed her requests to me to the tee. It must be incredibly difficult to make good Chinese food because this is about the fifth Chinese restaurant I've had to cross off my "list." Got home with my sesame chicken dinner and was disappointed to see how soggy most of it was and to find out I was missing my eggroll. Have ordered from both Chinese places in town, and this one is way better. Better food and better customer service. I ordered close to the end of their night, and got my order in a timely manner, but after they were closed. Got the wrong order and they brought me out another one within a reasonable time. Brought a whole new order, no questions asked. At the other place in town, I've gotten an order with chunks of something in it that didn't belong, and they simply said "sorry, bring it back in so we can see it." On top of that the other place in town is super rude. This place has great customer service and good food. read more

Delicious Chinese food! I get a craving for food at this place every now and then. They've always gotten our order correct, the pricing is fair, and the staff/delivery guy is super friendly and accommodating. I guess my only complaint would be how big the pieces of chicken and broccoli are in the meals. I've ordered here many times. The fried rice is board line awful to horrible. The general tso's is ok. I ordered boneless spare ribs and they pulled them out of the microwave right in front of me. The lo mein was so greasy I couldn't even eat it. They do make a pretty good egg roll for chineese take out. I'm not a huge fan though. Very simple and not too good. I've eaten here at least 6 times.
