I place an order & they still make it wrong almost every single time. Then they're rude about it when I bring this to their attention. None of the staff seem to be very friendly. Then there's the wait, usually you'll spend 30 min- 1hr sitting in line waiting for your "fast" food, half the people don't want to waste their time once they realize this & just leave. Once you finally get your food, it's not fresh or made well (dried out or still partly frozen & kind of seems like they just slop it all together/halfway wrapped) Therefore, it doesn't taste good. Ever since this Taco Bell opened up in Londonderry it's been a mess. They seem to always have new workers who don't know what they're doing & I don't know if they're not being trained properly or just aren't trying. I go back once in a while to see if it's improved (considering like a said Taco Bell is a family favorite, and this is the closest location to us). But it just never seems to get better.

This location does not know how to keep a restaurant running, their customer service is awful, and they are constantly shutting down different parts of their restaurant that they cannot keep up with. Their inability to be ready for service makes no sense. I don't understand how a place that is specifically supposed to be fast food is unable to get an order out the door in less than 15 minutes. Every single time that I have been there, it has been a massive wait, and their staff seems like they're running around panicked at all points. I don't know if it's a staffing issue, a skill issue, or something else, however, if they keep it up this way, they're not gonna be around for long. If you have any other options exhaust those before ever considering coming to this location.

The food I have ordered here has been consistent and they always honor my request for fries with no salt (made hot & fresh). Most of the time, I usually go inside to place my order and only use the drive-thru (2 order lanes) when the doors are locked, which sometimes happens after 9 PM (?) The layout seems a bit cramped in the front areas with seating packed close together in front of the counter area, fountain soda station along the side between the cramped front and more spacious back eating areas. However, the place could use more frequent TLC in cleaning the lobby because this is a high turnover location, especially being located off I-93 Exit 4. The fountain soda/condiment station needs frequent wipe downs (sanitized) since I've usually seen soda spattered all over. Other than that, the fountain soda has lots of carbonation, which is the way it should be.

They tasted like they looked: gray meat that looked and tasted like it was two days old and heated up in a microwave; a tasteless mystery meat with wilted veggies, presented like "we don't care how you like it, eat it or not we don't care" . While the recent BK commercials didn't openly say it, they implied that they saw the light and fixed it, and would like to win people back. So I gave them a shot. Visited the Burger King in Claremont, NH. Well.. they did it! Burger was hot, tasted fresh with that charcoal BBQ flavor fresh from the open flame grill, tomato and onion, etc tasted and looked fresh, not wilted. The bun was fresh too. FINALLY the taste of the Whopper, that I loved for many years, was back!! Heck..they even wrap it & box it so that you can eat it while driving without it dripping its goodness onto your lap! :D To make sure it wasn't a one time fluke, a week later I tried it from the Keene, NH BK. Perfect again. THUMBS UP BURGER KING. YOU WON ME BACK. Bart, Langdon, NH
