I frequent the Londonderry McDonald's using my McDonald's App for the deals. This particular location is open 24 hours (drive-thru). The food I have ordered here has been consistent and they always honor my request for fries with no salt (made hot & fresh). Most of the time, I usually go inside to place my order and only use the drive-thru (2 order lanes) when the doors are locked, which sometimes happens after 9 PM (?) The layout seems a bit cramped in the front areas with seating packed close together in front of the counter area, fountain soda station along the side between the cramped front and more spacious back eating areas. However, the place could use more frequent TLC in cleaning the lobby because this is a high turnover location, especially being located off I-93 Exit 4. The fountain soda/condiment station needs frequent wipe downs (sanitized) since I've usually seen soda spattered all over. Other than that, the fountain soda has lots of carbonation, which is the way it should be. read more

Couldn't go inside on a Saturday at 7:45pm! They should have their dining room open until at least 9pm.

While I'm writing this in actively sitting in the line at McDonald's. It's been maybe 20 mins and a 6 car line. And the woman taking my order didn't understand a word of what I ordered. Awful service and terrible wait time read more

Gave me cold food, manager was yelling in the back causing a bad waiting experience ..... ground was very dirty food everywhere. I expect a good experience when I come here and this just was not it and the cold food was the cherry ontop read more

Food was cold. Had to park and wait and still cold. Drive through person asking us to park spoke little English and understood less. I asked for a tray for the 3 drinks I ordered, she said "ok". I asked her again if I could have a tray for the drinks and she just looked at me, then grabbed my receipt to show me the receipt. Yes, that's my order, can I have a tray? She again said ok and pointed to the parking area. I asked if they would bring the tray there? She looked at me again. Its Londonderry where nearly all people are native English speakers with a very small immigrant population. Why would you have someone that speaks little to no English interacting with customers? read more

UGLY SERVICE!! I waited 2 HOURS for a Happy Meal. TWO. WHOLE. HOURS. Like bro... I could've learned a trade in that time. I could've enrolled in a plumbing certification course and started a new life in Milwaukee. CRAZZZZZZYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. The fries were cold. The nuggets were lukewarm at best. And don't get me started on the toy. It wasn't even a real toy. It was a QR code that led me to a PDF coloring book. Is this what Happy Meals have become? Sad PDFs?? I'm losing faith. Now let's talk about the manager. RUDE? Yes. DISRESPECTFUL? Absolutely. Lowkey fine as hell?? Sadly... also yes. This man was built like a Marvel side character. He told me to "calm down" with arms the size of small children. It was both offensive and kind of inspiring. I think he does CrossFit. I'm not sure if I wanted my nuggets or his number. Anyway. This location used to be elite in 2023. I don't know what happened. The vibes are off. The soda machine gave me uncarbonated Sprite like it was a science experiment. Someone in the back was playing Nicki Minaj's Roman Holiday on loop. I heard one employee scream "I QUIT" and throw their visor into the fryer. Also... bring back the McRib. I'm not even kidding. That was the last thing holding me together. Alright I'm out. Peace, love, and never again. read more

The food tastes fine, the service is okay, but this place really lacks in ambience. I do not enjoy the interior of this place because there is a noticeable amount of trash on the floor. read more

Service sucks waited for the food and got parked. The kid hands me bag with no sauce for a 20 piece nuggets after I asked for extra. I go inside the manager is sitting on FaceTime on the phone. Gives me 4 sauces when I asked at the beginning for extra. Get your employees to do their jobs just paid 40$ for a headache. Would give zero starts if I could. read more

This place has a sharp Conner harder for large cars and trucks. They misherd my order and replace my Fanta orange with High C orange.

This McDonald's absolutely terrible no service prepare to be ignored by everyone working in there

Looking forward to the annual Sha"mrock shake and as usual, "the machine was not working". I don't think I have ever had a shake at this McDonalds! The service is a bit slow for a fast food restaurant. Not the best! read more

I visited the McDonald's at 39 Nashua Road in Londonderry NH yesterday. The food was fine but I'm writing this because this McDonald's had the best customer service I have ever seen at any fast food restaurant, anywhere. The entire staff was friendly but not overbearing. They took care of everything I needed and made sure everything was ok, all with a friendly but laid-back style. Most impressive was the fact that everyone working there seemed to be happy and having a good time. Very impressive. read more

McDonald's is no longer a low cost option. They have priced the food out of any value. If you're spending $10+ on a cheeseburger, get a quality one at an actual restaurant instead. read more

1st and 2nd set of fries were COLD! I usually never eat at McDonalds because it is just very unhealthy fast food but my special needs sister begged me to take her. So my friend and I did. What a mistake! The three orders of french fries were cold. I grabbed the fries and returned them asking for hot french fries. They gladly replaced them after waiting about 5 minutes only to get a second batch that was just as cold as the first batch. I gave up and throw them away. Not only is the food extremely unhealthy, it is really not worth eating. Don't waste your time, money and your health at this horrendous place. Any restaurant that cannot rectify an issue with their food when brought to their attention and given a 2nd chance to do so should not be in business. PERIOD! read more

20 minutes for French Fries. Told me to drive to a spot and 10 minutes later end I walked in no food was cooking. 10 more minutes and still standing here waiting for food!! This is slow as --- food; NOT fast food!!!! read more

I am in drive through ordering a frappe. The person taking the order says, with an attitude, that they do not have the frappe advertised and that she just told the person in the other drive through that. I am not sure how she thinks I can hear her conversation from another drive through line. I love how people give you attitude as if you're the intellectually challenged one when they say something sub smart. Anyway, the manager working that place, your employee taking orders on 10/31/2024 at 7:15 am needs retraining and some common sense. read more

Horrible management. Slowest McDonald's I ever saw. Waited for the order for 20 min and the store wasn't even busy at all.

They got my order completely wrong after we had verified that they had got it right. Instead i got someone else's completly different and weird order and it ruined my day. The box i got it in was nasty, with some sort of gross brown stuff all over it. Would never go again. read more

Service: Service was quick. Did drive thru and they couldn't understand my questions. Food: Ordered the Big Mac, and it was classically tasting. Nice having the consistency of Mc Donald's even out on vacation. The Big Mac looked very neat and put together well. Comments: The drive thru did not include any napkins with the order which was unfortunate. Aside from that they were out of quarter pounder patties which was what I intended to order. read more

Went into the lobby to get my one breakfast sandwich in order to avoid the drive-thru which is always a minimum of 30 minutes. Placed my order which turns out she got wrong and I had to correct and began to wait. Within 5 minutes of each other two different people from the drive-thru came walking in with their bags because their orders were completely screwed up. I was left there to wait while they scrambled around to correct these people's orders and send them on their way....my ONE breakfast sandwich order! In total the weight was 25 minutes in the lobby and as I grab the bag to rush out the door, I looked and it was made WRONG! I went right back in and yelled at them and they all looked at me like I was acting out of line! *SIGH* I will never step foot in there again. Very ugly experience with no apology whatsoever. read more

October 1, 2016 (Saturday morning) 8:30 AM visit: It was very busy at this time. The location seemed shorthanded with the management group appearing to do most of the associate functions. As busy as they were the staff were friendly and advised us to have a great day. The Big Breakfast was great! The eggs in particular tasted very fresh, good texture and were cooked appropriately. The interior of the restaurant including floors, condiment area and table tops were clean. The wait time was very minimal. October 8, 2016 (Saturday night) A visit last night around 9:00pm for a smoothie was met with, "The Smoothie Machine is down for cleaning." Bummer. We headed over to the Derry location instead. The parking lot was noticeably nasty with trash. The cans outside were also overflowing. We have not noticed this before here or at any other McDonalds. Perhaps this was just an off night. Will update again after another visit. There was such a noticeable difference in the visits. The overall rating for this restaurant is three stars. read more

This place sucks. ONE OF THE WORST. Managers are the worst- please! I won't call this place a restaurant but if this is the last place to get food I would rather dig earthworms by myself any berries because you're way better off than the garbage they'll feed you here in the service that you'll get including the management style- for lack of it which is without question the case here. Little annoyed. Arrived here at 4am only to be told they dont serve chicken after midnight. Then he so eloquently told me it was 4am anyway that they were about to start serving breakfast. Ummm theyre on a very tight schedule when open 24 hours I guess. Seriously...the car ahead of me probably got burgers! Would it have killed him to make me a cheeseburger since they were "about to swap" to serving breakfast? So much for having it my way. Oh yeah...thats Burger King! So I went home and made a bagel, which I guess I should have done in the first place! read more

Longest wait in the drive though. In the time it took to get my food I could've driven home and cooked a meal. I do not recommend if you are tired, hungry, and in a rush. For fast food this place sucks. Honestly just go to chik fil a, they treat you like a queen, and you get way better food. Honestly I've NEVER been so disappointed and wished I could've gone back in time to tell myself to not go to this McDonald's in the first place. Terrible, just bad. read more
