I had been a loyal customer of this particular Taco Bell for a number of years and never encountered any issues. Recently, however, this has drastically changed. My boyfriend and I visited this particular location this past Saturday. The staff was unpleasant and unwelcoming. After taking our order, we were told to pull ahead past the drive-through window to wait for someone to bring out our order. We sat patiently as the line of cars parked around us began to multiply, all of us waiting for our orders. Nearly 20 minutes had passed when my boyfriend had gone inside to check on the order. As he was doing so, one of the staff members came out yelling the list of items that was in the order. he was able to retrieve our items, and we sat in the car and ate. Later that day, he started to not feel well, and, later that evening, I experienced similar symptoms. I have been sick for days after eating what I am assuming is food that was not prepared properly from this Taco Bell and am thoroughly disgusted by the experience. This location is horrible all around, the manager doesn't care about customers, they have you park around the corner to wait for food so their drive time isn't affected while they take forever to make your food. Then they come out and just scream out what's in the order, while it's raining...I waited 35 min in the drive thru to get my food... that's not fast food. They give you attitude the whole time. I have been consistently picking up food from the Londonderry Taco Bell/KFC, which keeps their lobby and dining room open until 10pm and the drive thru open later. I can now enjoy my Taco Bell and KFC favorites in the dining room including free refills on the soft drinks too! The reason for the 4 stars? Even though this store is not perfect (can mess up orders), they can be short staffed or the store manager is not on duty, this store still blows all of the other area Taco Bell and KFC stores out of the water. The Londonderry Taco Bell/KFC is way better managed when the store manager is working and for drive thru orders, cars are moved past the 2nd window to the curb where staff brings out the orders, less gas wasted and much shorter waits there. The current store manager (The New Taco Tom) of the Londonderry store used to manage the Amherst store, which was the #1 store in New England. Not anymore! What happened to that store? Short staffed, lobby doors locked and very long drive thru lines and unacceptable delays, almost an hour. The Manchester Taco Bell stores are also short staffed and the delays there can be very long. The Second Street Taco Bell has the longest drive thru lines, sometimes 25 cars long. My advice is not to bother to order Taco Bell late night in Manchester and go during the day mid-afternoon. To Nashua and Manchester zone delivery drivers, DECLINE during dinner rush and late nights, not worth it! The Hooksett Taco Bell/KFC is drive thru only, but it's usually not as busy as this store and generally a decent place to get food. I know one customer from Bedford who actually ordered late night delivery from the Londonderry Taco Bell instead of from the Amherst and Manchester Taco Bell stores closer to him because those stores take forever and run out of beef. read more

Taco Bell has always been my favorite fast food growing up. But I would not recommend going to this one. No one seems to know what they're doing here. I place an order & they still make it wrong almost every single time. Then they're rude about it when I bring this to their attention. None of the staff seem to be very friendly. Then there's the wait, usually you'll spend 30 min- 1hr sitting in line waiting for your "fast" food, half the people don't want to waste their time once they realize this & just leave. Once you finally get your food, it's not fresh or made well (dried out or still partly frozen & kind of seems like they just slop it all together/halfway wrapped) Therefore, it doesn't taste good. Ever since this Taco Bell opened up in Londonderry it's been a mess. They seem to always have new workers who don't know what they're doing & I don't know if they're not being trained properly or just aren't trying. I've been to this location 4 times since moving here 2 years ago. There aren't a lot of fast food options in the area, and I get sick of McDonalds and Wendy's when looking for a quick bite. I'm unlikely to ever visit this location again. All four times I've been, the service has been not just slow, but absolutely unacceptably slow. My most recent visit, yesterday, took over 30 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my order, which was a simple 5 tacos and a burrito, not even supreme. At any other taco bell, this would likely be done in 5 minutes or less, even during the busiest time of day. At this location, all 4 times I've been, this has seemed normal. All four times they told me they were under-staffed. It appears the management here is unwilling to properly staff the restaurant. I honestly think that they should have their franchise revoked, unless they're corporate owned, in which case the management should be fired and replaced. When I got my food, it was acceptable - about as good as normal from Taco Bell. But in 30 minutes I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant and had my food and likely been halfway through eating it. There is absolutely no reason for this kind of egregiously poor service. My recommendation: go elsewhere. It's just not worth it. read more

i had never been to taco bell before today. what's odd about this location was it's connected right to a KFC; it obviously caused some confusion when i walked into kfc looking for taco bell. however i did realize it was just a taco bell and kfc put together. for the two taco bell items we got there were chips and guacamole. i was excited for this however the chips were not great (not to mention just thrown into the bag!) and the guacamole had an odd flavor. the nachoes also weren't terrible but we're very mediocre. it took quite a bit to be served our food and the first time the whole order got mixed up! i would probably not return to this location. read more

Slow drive thru lane, hair in taco. I will say the people working at the drive through have been very sweet but for some reason the orders have always been messed up. I am vegan (yes you can order things to eat off the menu) and it can sometimes be tricky for some weird reason to the person making my order. Not sure why asking for a bean taco with pico, guacamole and lettuce with NO CHEESE is so difficult but it is always messed up.
