It was a Friday night and surprisingly pretty empty, which honestly I didn't mind at all because it made for a more relaxed experience. The ambiance was actually really nice for a casual night out. Since it wasn't busy, there wasn't a lot of noise, just light music playing in the background, and we could actually hear ourselves talk without yelling across the table. Ironically, even though I came looking for tacos, I didn't order any . We ended up getting the chicken quesadilla and the Enchiladas Lokas, and both dishes were delicious. Everything came out hot, flavorful, and satisfying. For drinks, we tried the house margarita and a tamarind margarita. I specifically asked about the tamarind because I really like that flavor and wanted it to come through more. While the margarita itself was good, the tamarind flavor kind of got lost along the way. One thing that definitely stood out was the service. Our server was attentive, helpful, and checked in on us throughout the night. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll definitely be back, maybe next time I'll finally order the tacos

Traveling for business in the area, TJ was located directly across the street from my hotel and was easy to walk to. It wasn't incredibly busy so I was seated and taken care of immediately. The service throughout was great. Not too much, not too little. I ordered three Steak Street Tacos. They were good but uneventful. I would even say borderline okay. The steak was a bit chewy and lacked any seasoning, but they were good. I don't overload Street Tacos with condiments so simple onion, cilantro, a squeeze of lime juice and some hot sauce is good by me. Would I go back? If in the area, I absolutely would. It was good for a quick good bite and I know what I'm getting into.

The chicken was in the form of a thin cutlet and a bit small. However, the overall portion proved quite filling. Rice, beans, and grilled vegetables all tasted like, well, rice beans and grilled vegetables. WYSIWYG Service was cordial and pleasant. My server had some extra energy and pep that seemed genuine.
