The staff is ALWAYS very kind to myself and my children (aged 3 and 9)! Very impressed with the customer service to families!!

Always takes forever. Line always super long. Employees aren't very nice, at least on the night shift. Morning shift has always been okay. Always either forgets the pickles on my burger or the sauces for my nuggets, or at most times both. Most of the time the fries don't even seem fresh, no point ordering ahead when they prioritize whoever they feel like prioritizing. For example today I waited 10 minutes for my food just for them to completely forget my sauces. I understand when they're busy but this is a recurring thing. Not that this has anything to do with this but at the end of this whole trip I ended up dropping my Coke and it all spilled on the ground. Not happy about my service. read more

Ordered ahead with the app and parked at curb side. I watch as cars arriving after me going through the window and leave. After 20 minutes I went in. It was apparent that window employee saw me coming in and informed the manager. As he as just starting to put together my order when I arrived. I watch the manager bag the order while constantly busy picking up his pants as he put the items in my bag without gloves. When I finally inspected the content of my order it was all COLD! which it had been just handed to me by the manager. How long was the content sitting? When you order early and are left last in line that says please don't come back loud and clear. No counting the obvious food handling issue reside at this location. The service is slow and it sucks. I've had multiple orders of mine missing food or toppings I ordered, and when I asked for the extra toppings and food they missed the wouldn't give it to me. After complaining about the service of the place to the employees they decided to ban me!! Would not recommend!! read more

Service is slow. Line in drive thru out to the road. There are two drive through lanes open and only one line moving. What the hell I that this is Fast Food not the line at Disney World for the rides. Seems dirty inside as well. I had to say my order then the person taking order stop taking my order and went to the next person. Then they came back to me, I had to say my order like three times and they still couldn't hear me on my fourth try I was like yelling and they blamed the speaker, but was it the speaker or them not listening. read more

Corporate needs to shut this place down. Last 3 times, the bread on my big macs have been hard. The lettuce on the chicken sandwich is brown (no, I didn't travel w/ it, ate it in McDs parking lot. I used the app, but still have to wait every 2 or 3 times I come. Today, they said I had to wait and, while waiting, 3 cars (all behind me, got their food. Lastly, they never make a burger that's line up to the bread. It looks like they r just throwing it the box or wrapper. The excuse in the past has been we r understaffed. Too bad! *I installed this app just to leave this review* To say this place is bad would be like saying Hitler was pretty mean. The only redeeming factor was this sweet, poor old lady asking about her ice cream cone that took way to long. We were locked out of the dining room that had signs on the door, reading. "6AM-10PM" (we were attempting to walk in at 8PM.) We were let in by a gentlemen leaving the not so established establishment. We ordered and received our food with a side of extra attitude from the staff. They said they "locked the doors because it was getting too busy" (there were 3 cars in the parking lot, 3 people inside the place that my 1 year old nephew would be able to serve.) Not only is this bad enough but the "food" that was given to us looked like it was chewed up, spat out, punched, and then chewed up again. Absolutely disgusting place, I know homeless shelters that would give better service. read more

Entire dining area was filled with high schoolers, none of which were waiting for orders, but all swearing in front of the obviously distressed patrons. The drink machine was not working correctly, leaving me with a warm flat soda tasting like it was mostly tap water. Entering the bathroom three high school boys came out of the stall together and shuffled out with their heads down not even attempting to pick up their drug paraphernalia they discarded on the floor. Unbelievable, my kids sitting in the back of my truck and at the 1st window is next to the employees break room. The language they were using, unexceptable. Now I have a wife pissed and two girls asking what words mean. Their manager Crystal said to come back because they also messed up the order said she would solve the problem. Guess what? My friends and I wanted to come here to hang out and get some food but that's not all that happened we ordered our food on the ipad and we waited over 40 minutes and we went up just to check what was going on so we asked an employee and he said" what did you guys order" so we told him what we ordered and he walked away then he accused us of stealing even though he took our receipt, we told him we didn't then he told us to calm down and we asked for the manager and he brought someone else and we talked to them then we waited for a while and talked to the actual manager and the employe's name was lubin. Moved into town over a year ago went to this specific location was an awful experience. I ordered a quarter pounder got home and the burger was not cooked at all. I called and management did nothing to help the situation the food was thrown in the trash no refund or anything. Gave them another chance ordered a McFlurry cause I don't trust the food anymore coming out of this place. All I ordered was an Oreo McFlurry they hand me something completely different and I said to the employee this is wrong so they then handed me an Oreo McFlurry with something else in it how hard is it to put ice cream from a machine into a cup and pour Oreo crumbs over it this is ridiculous and I will never go to this McDonald's again and honestly think that the place should be shut down this is ridiculous and I'm not the first person to deal with issues at this location By the way I wouldn't even give them a 1 star review read more

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Used to live in town and was subjected to this absolute clown show whenever I wanted a burger. Went back after maybe four years this week: worse than ever. Placed a mobile order, arrived at the restaurant, pulled into a spot, entered my spot number. Five mins go by, then ten, then fifteen. Finally have to go inside. They have no idea where my order is. Have to ask for a refund. That takes easily five minutes while they try to figure out how to do that. Stay far, far away. Go to Raymond or Londonderry. read more

Halloween night is known to be busy considering trick or treat ends at 8pm and it's a school night but your staff put 20 + orders ahead in drive thru leaving at least 20 customers waiting for their orders for over an hour! Then this girl with glasses that works for you ends up yelling at a customer in front of everyone slamming her hands on the counter in-between every word telling him they weren't taking any orders. Poor guy was leaving there swearing and very upset. I left short after with no food still! An hour later and leaving with no food! Good thing subway was open.. your restaurant was filthy too btw while waiting for no food and sitting at a nasty table. Real nice read more

Someone came in my McChicken and called it the McCum. I thought it was mayonnaise but it was not. And Shaniqua is very rude.

This is not one of my favorite McDonald's locations, but I happen to drive by this location quite frequently. This McDonald's with Drive Thru is open 24 hours and also has an Indoor Play Place. The food and drinks are what I would expect for a standard McDonald's, but the service here at this location NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT AND MANAGEMENT (better training). I've had to wait unnecessarily for simple items including for iced coffee drinks and sundaes on previous visits. Advice: The staff at this McDonald's should take a field trip to the McDonald's location on Loudon Road in Concord to see how a good McDonald's operates including during busy periods. Recently, I was in here and ordered a Medium Iced Coffee (with just cream only), but also a line of people was forming behind me. The cashier took my order, then took the next orders, all while I waited for my drink. After waiting for almost 5 minutes, I did notice my order was not up on the screen all the while everyone else after me was getting their orders filled. I finally had to be blunt with the cashier and asked where was my medium iced coffee and I've been waiting for about 5 minutes for it? The cashier scurried and made me an iced coffee with a short apology. I did top off the iced coffee with more ice cubes before heading out. It was fine, but I will have to go to a different location next time. Don't clear orders from the screen unless it's been fulfilled and the staff needs to keep good communication! I worked in fast food for many years and I know this from experience! This is not the worst McDonald's in NH I've been to by all means. That award regrettably goes to the McDonald's on South Willow Street in Manchester, which is very slow. I've found the Mc Donald's location in Londonderry has slightly better service than Derry. read more

Tenders were over cooked and the sandwich was the worst grilled chicken sandwich I've ever eaten in my life....it was a horribly dry chunk of white meat with a funky-ass mustard sauce topped with s mushy tomato and brown wilted lettuce. On this visit I ordered hot cakes and a medium fountain drink. There was a 17 minute wait. Really??..for microwave hot cakes???? McDonald's is McDonald's...I love it and hate myself for eating it at the same time. What I like about this location is the friendly staff-appears to be mostly teenagers, but they always provide me with great service. I was quite rude to customers way back when I was a teenager working at the mall, so I am really impressed with their professionalism. I am a child of the fast food world, but today for the first time I took a bite, spat it out, and threw the rest of the sandwich into the trash. I love most things at McDonald's, but the spicy chicken sandwich I had was awful. The chicken was rubbery and very greasy, and the sauce was so hot I couldn't take it. I like Wendy's spicy chicken, in which it is the chicken itself that has the spice applied, so there's a controllable amount of heat. McDonald's seems to use the same chicken patty in all their chicken sandwiches, so it is the sauce that has the spice in it. So, the amount of heat will depend on how much sauce is applied. Mine was dripping sauce when I took it out of the little bag it came in (all over my shirt), so I think much too much was applied. I won't be ordering the spicy chicken again. read more

Wouldn't normally review a McDonald's however at this of Derry NH location I've had 3 similar bad experiences at their drive-through..tonight was the.3rd time I've pulled up and was the only car in either line, I waited roughly 2 to 3 minutes with no acknowlegement when I finally called "hello?" only to be told immediately, and tersely, to "wait I'll be right with you!" Another 2 minutes goes by and a car pulls up to the 2nd outside lane and within seconds she is taking their order. The first time it happened she made me wait another 2 minutes before greeting me as though I had just arrived. The 2nd time she took the order of a second car before taking mine. Both those occasion's were within this past month during the peak of the covid pandemic and there was really no other place to get food so I tolerated it quietly. Tonight I overheard her tell someone in the background that "I could wait" and I "shouldn't have been so impatient " as I apparently interrupted her conversation when I I asked if anyone was there after waiting so long without any recognition. After all that I only told her that she skipped me and I was not going to order and I drove away but I want it to lose my mind. Remember these are the same people demanding $2-3 more above their current $10-13 hr rate and are already making more then most certified nurse's aides, teachers and teachers aides. Regard less of that I found a little gem just a couple of doors down in 5 guys- fresh meat, cheaper prices , friendly and professional and they bring it out to you in your car if you choose. The wait was even shorter 8 minutes from start to finish guaranteed and double the amount of food for a few dollars less. Let me start off by saying, There is a reason I don't eat at McDonald's and even the two times I did was too much...and if I could give 0 stars I would. If the manager doesn't act all nonchalant about almost killing a kid with an onion allergy then the young, not properly trained staff, is too busy goofing off behind the counter to take orders, or get them right. I, with my cousin, walked in to the Derry NH Crystal Ave located building to stand behind people who I had to ask if they had ordered. Even though they did not, they let me go ahead. Well, being understaffed is one thing. I know, I've worked in food diners, and pizza places, but being understaffed and careless is another thing. After waiting about 10 minutes to place my order, I had to wait another 15-20 to get it. But wait...#392, my ticket, was apparently a popular number, because the person who had let me go ahead of him and ordered after me, got the same number and then his food before me. So now I am waiting another 10 minutes for my food. I got my cup to get my drink...well someone must have been lazy, because my cup looked like it took a bath with the floor. So I asked for a new cup. Yup...same thing. Not as bad, just a bit of specs in it, so I cleaned it out with water. Finally got my food and left, ravenous and ready to eat. If I could attach a picture. A nice long brown hair was entangled between the nuggets. Disgusted from the cup already, I called the place. After arguing with me that all the employees were wearing hair nets, which was not true, just pony tails, she offered to replace them for me...So you are offering me to go back to you so you can fix a mistake that should not have happened in the first place? I told her I was too grossed out by the cup (she was the one I gave the dirty cup back to), and was able to let it slide, but the fact that I had eaten a few nuggets before seeing the hair was enough to make me vomit, I told her I didn't want to spend the night in the bathroom and I was okay. That was just one time... When you say "NO ONIONS, SEVERE ALLERGY" you would think the kids they have running the front would know to tell the person making the food...or at least know that someone can be allergic to onion...O.o? But instead, I had to spend about 10 minutes making sure the high school girl knew what an allergy to onions was/is...then make sure she told the food prep...which she didn't do until I took initiative to make sure I did myself. She then proceeded to ask how someone can be allergic to onions, which I told her was like being allergic to bees. I spent another 5 minutes explaining to the manager that it was for a 5 year old kid who has a lot of allergies only to end up with onions on the food ANYWAY. Good thing kids are picky because had she not wanted to take the pickles off we would not have noticed the sparsely placed onions atop the patty. I brought the food back and asked for the manager. Well, maybe if I was heartless I could have let the kid eat the food and then took out a lawsuit Headlines: "McDonald's faces million dollar wrongful death lawsuit for untrained staff who doesn't know you can be allergic to onion..." maybe then they would have been more apt to the situation. Instead of being even a bit worried about the child, the MANAGER responded, "Oh, I am sorry we are still training new people..." *FACE PALM* That was the iceberg under the water. I NEVER go to McDonald's, but Wendy's was closed and I was hungry. The lady at the drive thru was so rude to us and told us we could leave if we wanted to because she was "busy". When we drove up to talk to someone about the issue the girl proceeded to tell us that she was the night manager, Lisa and that she didn't have to tell us the other employees name and that she was too busy with other customers to "deal"with us.
