If you feel like going to a place where they will make you wait 20 minutes for your food when there is no one there, then have them screw up your order then you picked the right place ! This place has some of the worst service out of any McDonalds I've been to. They must have a lack of management or dropouts for managers. the staff that still isn't enrolled in high school also including managers are always on cell phones and will wait to finish a text before waiting on you (yes it happed to Me one time I was here). I went tonight to order a hamburger only ketchup, simple enough right? WRONG. I was at the window waiting for 10 minutes literally watching a lady working there yelling at another coworker. Finally someone else came and gave me my burger so I parked, opened it up and it was cold and broken in half. I won't ever go here again. Went through the drive thru, ordered unsweet tea with a sweet and low, and the lady couldn't understand me, I guess she doesn't know what sweet and low is, so I said equal, no biggie! Ordered the milk and I could have sworn she told me to the total and to pull up to the second window, so I drove past the first one and she yells at me saying I need to pay at the first, I apologized and asked if I can just pay at the second because there was a car behind me, she gave me the rudest attitude, and said she couldn't do that. DONT GO HERE! This place either needs to get their acts together, hire new people ( that know what they are doing), or shut down. They park certain cars in the drive thru but tend to keep the ones that wait the longest still in line. I went to get my coffee there for some reason and the first window was closed so I had to pay at the second and the idiot working just gave me my coffee walked away then came back to get my card and it took him 5 minutes just to swipe my card. I visit "fast food" joints maybe once or twice a year since I usually talk myself out of going - really should have listened this time, too, but it was late and I was hungry. Just like Joe Pesci said - they @#!% you at the drive thru - they got my drink wrong after I repeated it three times and then charged me for an extra one I didn't even get, of course the food was stone cold. I called McDonalds in Derry nh to see if they had McGriddles. They said yes, I hung up. A few minutes after, I got a call from this McDonalds, I did not answer, they left me a voicemail. I listened to the voicemail and it said Matt you are going to fucking die, you nigger. I call corporate McDonalds, the lady acted shocked and said she would follow up with me. She didnt. Then I get another call from the restaurant, its the manager saying she will only be at the store for 5 more minute and maybe she would have someone else call me, she didnt have anyone else reach out to me. I called the store the next day and the manager was now on vacation for over a week. Its now several weeks later, neither the manager or anyone from corporate has reached out to me. I have a threatening voicemail on my phone from your McDonalds with a racial slur, and nobody at your company cares? In the world that we live in today, it is sad to get treated this way from one of your employees because I wanted a McGriddle. I have no returned to your establishment since this day, and no I did not get McGriddles either. Would someone over there poison my food? Who knows. read more

Very very dirty Store. I worked here for three weeks and that was enough for me. They keep the burger rolls right next to the hand wash sink so that all of the dirty soapy water splashes all over them. The floors in the back kitchen area are covered in grease from the fryalators and the kids preparing the food do not ever wear food safety gloves. The trash is strewn all over the place in the back room where they store all the clean fresh food wrapers, condiments, plastics for serving foods etc. The restaurant is a filthy mess and I would never ever ever eat here. I never have and I never will. This restaurant has no Idea that I worked for them undercover for the state board of health and believe me, I took plenty of notes on this place. !!! Good luck to this restaurant in the near future when they have their restaurant inspection . Kevin Chipperini, the owner/manager will have a huge surprise come inspection time. Way to go Kevin !!! My understanding is that McDonalds is fast food. Well this location has successfully proved me wrong. The wait time for the simplest of orders (mcnuggets) not even the meal took upwards of ten minutes to prepare. I would understand if this was the case during the lunch or dinner rush but for 10:30 pm I find this completely unacceptable. While ordering the cashier proceeded to stage an elaborate argument with the manager on the correct amount of sauce cups. All the while there was a raggidy group of teenagers hovering around the cash register in unsightly appeal using foul language. Not only do I consider this to be unacceptable behavior for any eating establishment the staff not only condoned this behavior but encouraged it by engaging in conversation with them. My friends order was also messed up and the wait time to receive the correct order was longer than it took to recurve his original order. All in all this is not the place to be on a Wednesday night if your hoping to grab a quick bite to eat. read more

Awful. Worst McDonald's I have been to. A couple pieces of garbage and liquid on the floor near a garbage can near the door. When I mentioned it to the cashier, she smiled and said ya, I'm working on it. Rest of the place was dirty too. Had to wait for someone to come to the counter. Cashier was drinking a shake. I went thru the drive thru & ordered 2 McFish & 1 Big Mac. Paid for them & then went to 2nd window. After waiting, the girl asked me to pull over because the order would take awhile. After waiting approx. 10 minutes, the girl came out with the order. When I got home with the sandwiches (I only live approx. 3 miles away) the sandwiches were cold. My Big Mac looked like it was thrown together & was so cold I ended up throwing it away. Never again. read more

I've had a a lot of bad experiences with this McDonald's always screwing up my orders they put the wrong items on the burger but I like the fries when they are not cold. The soda fountain is always messy and half the time the soda is flat or they don't refill it. I always see flies around the soda fountain. When we go through the drive threw we would sometimes sit there for over 10 minutes and still not get the right order. Lastly the bathrooms are dirty never clean and the tables are not that clean. This "fast" food restaurant is lying to you about the name FAST FOOD. read more
