KFC Kentucky Fried Chicken an icon in the fried chicken world. There's nothing like their blend of herbs and spices that flavor their chicken . Accompanied by sides that perfectly match their chicken. Now serving their version of Spicy Chicken Wings, delicious . Would've been better if they served it with rice (lol, local style love our ). Drive thru service was good. Lots of parking in the private shopping center parking lot . When you catch that craving you gotta go to KFC read more

Absolutely never again. Chicken pieces were literally the size of a chicken wing. Ordered 2 orders of 7 pieces and here's the size of each piece FAMILY STYLE! Definitely not worth the cost. When asked for forks they said they don't give any utensils for big orders which also makes no sense. Go to Popeyes or somewhere else if you want full size pieces and get your moneys worth read more

Been here many times to see that some don't have a pleasant attitude when talking to them, and don't smile. Needs to be more professional, it's a job dealing with people you don't know personally. You'd want your customers to come back, and not stray them away. Food is always good considering it's KFC. read more

I don't know why the ratings are so low. I've been here at the Kapolei one a few times and every single time the staff is always positive and very kind. It's the only drive thru where the worker actually sounds cheerful rather than bored. The food is always good they never mess up my order and it looks like they keep the place clean! read more

I love KFC, I've been coming to this location as long as I remember. I never had a problem with service or food here.. I've always been in and out whether I dine in or go through the drive-thru. I always get the piece combos with a biscuit.. LOVE THE BISCUITS!! (especially with butter and honey) KFC is good when you have a craving lol, definitely recommend. read more

This place sucks. Customer service is terrible and they take forever to make the food. Inside smells like sewage and ac sucks. Stay away.

The Beyond Fried Chicken nuggets are worth trying. Went today around 10:45 am and ordered the meal because it's a better deal then getting the nuggets by itself. The worker in the drive thru was very polite, when I started asking questions about their new product. Great customer service. If you get the nuggets by itself it's like $9 & change But if you just get the meal it'll come to 11 and change which is a better deal. read more

I used to like this location but the food quality has really gone downhill. I ordered a combo 3 piece meal original and the chicken was dried out and cold. 6 months later I decided to give them another chance and ordered the same 3 piece meal. It was also dried out and old. This location seems to ignore food holding times and just, "Let it go till it's sold". read more

We were going to use the coupon that came in the Mid Week. They had a sign at the register stating that the coupon is not accepted in Hawaii. So we ordered two of the special that were posted and a medium drink. The meal came with two pieces of chicken, side of mash potatoes and a biscuit. The chicken and mash with gravy is typical KFC. Today's biscuit was gummy.yuck, the service was pleasant but slow. They were short staffed as many other food establishments. Enjoy. read more

They have happy hour on Tuesday and ran out of original chicken so we tried the crispy and it was fabulous. Maybe not happy hour prices but a set price for $20 and some change for a bucket of eight pieces of chicken. We kept the top open until we got home and it was still crispy. Love, KFC. read more

Yeah it's been past 12 minutes and no food. This location sucks at punctuality of serving their food. Would I go back to this location, honestly for kfc sure and it's near by, but fair warning to those who want kfc, go somewhere else because this place will piss someone off. read more

Way too short staffed, and the food hasn't gotten better with the refresh. Also, no public restroom.

Ordered special, had to do it online. We specied 2 thighs 2 breast got 4 thighs. I stripped ordering over 2 year ago but gave them a chance again. Still do not know what a breast is. Photo showed my thigh Wish I could rate a zero read more

Didn't messed up my order. Got their usuals, original combos meal at an affordable price.

Ordered a 8 piece bucket. When got it home all legs and thighs. They over charges for what we were given. We didn't go in only did the drive thru. We were grabbing a quick dinner after a 18 hour travel day on our way to vacation rental. Food was typical KFC but it would have been nice for them to state only had dark meat in original. We might have changed our order. read more

Junk! They should shut this place down! This location is going nowhere but downhill. Service is okay but the food is horrible! Small pieces of chicken and dry! We felt like we were eating yesterday's chicken including the biscuits.. Chicken was HARD AND DRY! Biscuits were just as hard..why would you serve leftovers? Give us fresh chicken and let us decide to have leftovers..quality has been going downhill for awhile.. Go Jollie Bee or Popeyes..save your $$$! read more

If I could give a lower score I would. This store never has what they advertise and is super slow. The food is almost never hot if you eat in the store and it seems something is always broken in the lobby. By far the worst KFC on the Island. read more

It genuinely smells horrible when you walk in, they lack customer service as they don't welcome you in. Maybe they are short staffed because I waited awhile before being acknowledged. You have to wait along time for your carry out. Also no public bathroom read more

The food is great and no complaints, bad thing the restroom is closed to the public and was redirected to the kapolei shopping center public restroom. 46 dollars for a bucket of chicken... 13 drumsticks, no wings or breasts....out of 18 pieces 13 drumsticks and no white meat.... Called and the manager said we have to ask for white meat and that everyone wants drumsticks and thighs.... Really????..... never ever been told that at any other KFC.... Sadly this has been our experience at this site before.... They asked us not to say we are from the mainland but this is ridiculous.... Why is it only in Kapolei do we have to ask for what is normally included in a bucket from KFC?? Beware if you are considered Hale..... sadly they but true.... NO STARS. No wonder the parking lot of KFC in Kapolei is always empty, except for maybe a car or two and never a long drive-thru line. I found out tonight why. The quality of their food is not anywhere near what it used to be. We ordered a two-piece meal and a four piece meal. I opened the 2-piece meal and the drumstick looked like it belonged to a baby chick. How shameful that KFC is using younger chickens. The thigh was not much bigger. They used to be known for their original seasoning. The thigh didn't look like there was any seasoning on it and it tasted like it didn't have any seasoning on it. This makes me sad, because this is not the first time that we are unhappy about the food that we purchased from KFC-Kapolei. We aren't going to be returning. As a child fast food wasn't everywhere like it is today. KFC was one of those places that was a treat on a Friday night and although we lived in Ewa Beach we'd drive all the way to Pearl City to get KFC. It was always worth it. It looked good, smelled good, and most of all it tasted good. And it didn't look like the pieces came from baby chicks. I hope that KFC will take my review to heart and reconsider going back to the way it used to be. read more

Ordered Tuesday Special 8 pieces/$10 through KFC app around 7pm. Paid with Apple Pay and received confirmation text for the order. Got to the drive-thru window and gave them my name for the order. They said that my ordered was cancelled via the "KFC app ordering system". I advised them that I didn't cancel my order and tried to show my confirmation text and payment, but they wouldn't even consider looking at it and told me that the order was cancel by the KFC "corporate" and they couldn't do anything about it. I asked if I can re-order the special, but they said I can't do it at the drive-thru window cause their system can't ring up that particular special pricing and it will ring up at the regular $23. They said I would have to reorder thru app. I didn't want to go through the trouble. They gave me the KFC customer service phone number to call to resolve the issue and an attitude that it wasn't their fault that the ordered was cancelled. Bad attitude (I believe it was the supervisor/manager) and I will NEVER return to KFC until I know that service has improved. Went down the road to buy from another chicken restaurant. read more

Don't get me started. I have been here several times but the one time I decided to write a review on this place and they really disappointed me. I read the previous reviews and thought are we talking about the same place? YES WE ARE!! First, I have always gotten a GO CUP without buying a drink by making a large food purchase. You guys do that survey on the receipt right? Let's see: as a business owner or manager would you give a free item (aka GO CUP) for a $2.75 soda purchase? Or would you just give a GO CUP if instead of getting $2.75 for the soda, the customer willingly buys a $22 purchase? I might have gotten a "C" in economics class but I still passed. Forget the fact that my ex did my homework. I did the hard part and tried to stay awake. When I brought this up the cashier, who I have never seen before, he started giving me attitude. "You've been taking advantage of the offer and the other managers are wrong." Excuse me? I don't drink much soda and I prefer ice tea. Last time I checked you don't serve ice tea. Man was I ticked off. I was going to leave right there but my 5yo wanted the fries that come with the GO CUP. And their not even curly fries?!?! I got my order of the twenty wings and fries. I should have gotten a soda cup and crush it in front of them but the don't have a self service soda station like the other fast food chains. I would have given this KFC 1 star but it's was just this particular shift that really made me F- N MAD. And to top it off, they didn't tell me I had to wait for the wings. At least it was fresh. Man huli huli is starting too look really good now. read more

KFC - This place is hit and miss. Hit with the food, miss with the service. - Fast Food Near Me - Kapolei, Hawaii

Eh... this place was so-so. I mean my chicken was really small compared to most KFC's & my drumstick was VERY dry. Not how it usually is. But the food was good enough to eat. They don't sell CORN ON THE COB & their meals are served with chocolate chip cookies instead of coleslaw. The cookie idea was ok, but to NOT SERVE CORN ON A COB... UH-UH NO NO!! That's so wrong!! Lol!! I grew up LOVING LFC for their biscuits & corn on the cob. Thank God their biscuits tasted super yummy. Anywho, wouldn't come here again UNLESS I was craving for KFC. Sorry guys, not to be mean, buy that's just my first experience for now. Maybe it'll be different next time. Til then... malama pono & aloha... read more

Came for lunch on a Sunday. No line & no other customers dining in. Hmm... is this a bad sign? The young man at the register had great customer service. After taking our order, he kept busy cleaning all the tables while another employee appeared to be on 'break'. This establishment seemed clean. The loss of stars is due to the food. I haven't had KFC in years but recent TV advertisements made me crave it. My 3-piece combo meal just wasn't worth it. The chicken seemed much smaller than I remember and the tiny bowl of mashed potatoes/gravy was blah. The TV commercials did their job & got me good by luring me. I won't be craving KFC again anytime soon though. read more

KFC - WHAT IS THIS FOR $8.00?!?? - Fast Food Near Me - Kapolei, Hawaii

This location is definitely NOT customer friendly. I was double charge & showed the transaction to the manger Cathy she told me she had to talk to her boss & would call me back but never did. I called to follow up & was unable to contact her. I then went back for follow up for her to tell me it's not her problem & they don't process refunds!! I asked to speak to her manager but was refused. I called the Coporate office & left a message for a call back of course I never got one. I only go to this location for convenience for my kids. I went back again this afternoon with yet another disappointing visit!! read more

This locations is way better than the Nanakuli one. Anyway, I am half and half on this. I order the family Meal 16 pieces with 4 sides and biscuit and 16 piece chicken. Pros: The service was great. Received a military discount Fast I wanted more thighs than drumsticks so she gave 9 piece thigh the rest drum stick (should Of just gave me all thighs I would Of paid extra for Them) Gave butter and honey while I didn't request It Service was pretty good Cons: -Drumsticks were so small! My kids can eat 5 each for drunk sticks and not be full. Sides became really small! read more

I must say the customer service was really good. It was drive thru so I didn't have much one on one. But regardless, the manager at the window was nice and smiled. The chicken on the other hand, we got the 8 piece bucket and only got 2 legs and the rest were skinny pieces of thighs. The legs were meant for our 2 young kids so they each had one and if they wanted more, we had to pick apart the thighs. Which upon holding the thighs, you go to squeeze it between your fingers and grease just came dripping out. So much grease that the skin on the chicken was sliding off. We also ordered the Famous KFC bowl, the bowl was okay except the chicken was really hard and almost felt/tasted as if it sat way too long and got stale. Very upset about that because the bowl itself was $8. It ended up being thrown away. read more

This place sucks. Wait 18mins for original and 30 for crispy? That's not fast food. This is not the first time either. Then I ask if they have pot pie. They said only 1. I'm done with this place. I rather drive to the next one then deal with this place again. read more

I've eaten there many, many times but today, I thought I'd save my wife and I time and energy cooking and ordered their 16-piecepiece bucket with four sides and biscuit. The chicken, of course, was crispy. I got home and my wife was happy to augment her lunch with piping hot crispy fried chicken. Unfortunately, we've had their crispy fried chicken many times and this was not one of their better days. It was hot and crispy, but the seasonings were so bland, it wasn't very appealing. Disappointing. I hate to say it but even Safeway and Foodland Fried Chicken have more flavor than this batch and it would have been cheaper too. Maybe periodically checking to see if there is any flavor to the seasonings? I know they can do better. The drive through service was fine, speed and the biscuits are good. Just the chicken. Thanks. read more
