The service could have been better. I assume the manager was the one who took my order who seemed annoyed. Well she miss heard my order and she said she couldn't do anything to fix it. It's just inexplicable how they can't train this staff on how to not run out of items. This time they ran out of original and if I wanted to wait 20 minutes I could get it. So I settled for crispy. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal. Got home opened bag and had chicken nuggets. Also, the biscuits are like the size of a mini biscuits. Receipt is plain as day. Come on KFC get my order right. There is a cost difference between chicken sandwich meal an 12 nugget meal. So you got extra money out of me. Won't happen again. If I do go back I am going to tell them about. Windows were dirty with oily film. I was a little worried about the order. But it turned out okay.

Went for the first time. Right at lunch time. The soda machine was out of Diet Pepsi they had to refill which is not a big deal but this should be something checked when opening. While waiting at the counter all the ladies in the back grumbled because they had to do something with the soda machine. I went back up to get salt, she gave me 2 packets and a handful of pepper. I took the salt and asked if I could have a couple more. The girl went and looked and talked with some one else. They said that's all they had. What is happening to KFC. I was just at one in Fredericksburg last week I certainly will never go back to that one. Come on KFC get with the program. I wouldn't recommend this place, sorry. read more

Gotta be the worst KFC ever. Had me sitting on the toilet for close to an hour. Sitting in the drive thru left a cigarette smell on my clothes and despair in my heart. Very narrow drive through as well, it's like blowing a tennis ball through a garden hose trying to get my Dodge Ram 1500 through that thing. It's fast food, so can't see giving it more than 3 stars no matter how good it was. The people workin here were nice, and had my order ready fast. I should also mention that I was the only customer, so their speed may have been due to that. Kfc needs to bring back the extra crispy chicken strips, when they switched to these original recipe style only ones, I cried. And since I don't go to kfc very often, everytime I go there I order them. And when they come, I see them and go "Oops I forgot they sucked now". And just eat em anyway. read more

I'm not sure what has happened to KFC, but the one in Culpeper is disgusting. The Cole slaw was sour, the mashed potatoes had a thick film over it, the staff was rude, employees eating behind the counter, employees outside smoking cigarettes, the place was filthy. Management needs to take a look at their disgusting establishment and do some training with their staff. I couldn't even eat my food after seeing the things they were doing, trash is where my food went. (The unopened untouched package of butter was good). read more

Business has gone way down hill! Stores rarely clean and chickens never fresh sometimes tastes off. Which makes me sad. My grandfather and I share many memories with KFCchicken it was his favorite :p It was fun while it lasted KFC I just don't think I can eat here anymore. read more

Not Even worth a star, made me wait 30 mins last night for chicken tenders for a fast food restaurant, on top of that the tenders were not even crispy , they were soggy. Staff attitude the worst. You cant tell no one cares in there. read more

It's been awhile since I reviewed this kfc and hadn't been back. I decided to see if it has improved any. I went through the drive thru yesterday. I sat there for 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged that I was there. There wasnt even "I'll be right with you" or anything so I left and this time I will not go back to see if it's improved because obviously they haven't. If they can't take the time to acknowledge a customer then they probably never have the time to clean properly or put or gloves. I won't be wasting my time on this place again. read more

Fri. I decided I wanted KFC. Mistake went there ordered 3 piece dark original Chicken + mash potatoes & gravy + bake beans. Left without checking because I need to be across town. Open the box got 3 dark chicken but it was bake or whatever tasted did not like. Went to Mash Pat. not gravy bad. Went to bake beans the were green bean. Threw it all away went to Wendy's got a great hamburger. Went to see manager on Monday. Said I needed to bring back well not only did i NOT BRING IT BACK BUT I WILL NOT BE BACK HELLO POPEYES. The staff is not friendly at all. They are so lazy they just dumped pickle juice on top of chicken tenders and called it the pickle fried chicken. The tenders were literally sitting in a pool of juice, all soggy and full of disappointment. The spicy chicken sandwich was a regular chicken sandwich with a mix of grease and I'm-not-even-sure-what on top. Whatever it was, it wasn't spicy. The bun it came on was stall and crumbled apart. Dipping sauces are an additional .25 cents each. This place is laughable at best and a case of food poisoning waiting to happen...... read more

Purchased a one breast meal and chicken little from this location. The chicken little was ice cold and the requested breast was a thigh. Worst meal I have had in a long time. Would have felt better if they said these items were unavailable. I will not be returning, will spend a couple of extra bucks at Popeyes. read more

6/12/2016 Purchased 5 five dollar fill ups all chicken tenders. When we returned home to eat the tenders they were so dried up no meat at all. The manger told her people while we were waiting to push the tenders. Beware check for food if you dare to eat there. LW read more

We always make a special trip to KFC in Culpeper, Va. to order 12 crispy strips cooked fresh to order. We did that today and they were terrible. They were so hard and dry we could not properly chew them with our 70 year old teeth. I called to complain and was told by the manager Sharon that they now pre-cook strips then refrigerate them. That way if someone wants fresh strips they will cook in 3 minutes. I hope KFC checks these reviews because even though our KFC does not have a good record, we have always liked fresh cooked strips. We spent 14.00+ dollars and the food was terrible. The manager was not offering any solution so we will shop elsewhere. We are just 1 customer that eats every 3 weeks so I guess our business was not worth a replacement. Too Bad KFC................ read more
