The person at the window taking the order was not only rude but failed to give me a receipt, gave me the wrong sandwich when I ordered a maple butter chicken biscuit he gave me a bacon one, the drink was completely wrong (asked for frosty coffee, he gave me a regular iced coffee which I paid extra for) and the sides were all ice cold...how long was the food sitting out for it to be that cold. The Potato "wedges" were literally paper thin with air pockets inside and no flavor also hard. Flat out inedible "food". Way too pricey for fast food breakfast to be this bad, better off sitting down somewhere or McDonald's sadly. Went back to get a refund for the incorrect order - the manager starts yelling in SPANISH saying "what the hell does she want" to the other employee who originally took my order, I then handed him the food so I could get a refund and he threw it aggressively in the trash and started saying some more stuff in Spanish before running to the back like a weirdo instead of an actual manager and handling it like a grown man. I asked for a refund receipt since they never gave me an original total receipt and the return slip had no $ amount on it....checked my bank account and they refunded me $5 less than what I paid. I went though the drive through on 1/14/26. When I got to the window to pay the guy working the window (young Hispanic) was coming to window from the kitchen.He was blowing his nose and opened the tissue to look at the disgusting brownish gunk that he blew had blown out of his nose. They are open for dine in! As they should! There are no more COVID related restrictions in Virginia. Every restaurant should be open for dine in. A much happier place (staff friendlier too) compared to the Burger King down the road in Culpepper. Big windows. Lot of natural light. Modern furnishing (even a fireplace!). Clean bathrooms. March 3rd 2025. My girlfriend and I had an appetite for Wendy's. We wanted to do 10 in cash and then the rest on card and we told the manager at the window we wanted to do like that more than 3 times. She proceeds to take the whole $20 bill and when we said something about it she caught somewhat of an attitude with us instead of correcting her mistake. She claimed she heard both of us saying that we was doing the split payment, but proceeded to take the whole $20. I don't know who this lady is but somebody needs to talk some sense into her for her "mistake" this will be the last time I ever approach Wendy's.! read more

FRAUD alert!! I have been to wendys a couple of times over the last few weeks or so. I ALWAYS use the same card to pay for my meals here. Tonight @10:30 pm I received a txt message, alerting me to two separate transactions processed on that card, one for $25 even and the other for $7.56. Obviously was not me because I have been sitting at home working all night. I suspect an employee at the establishment has copied my card information and is using it to pay for their meals. I immediately froze my card online and called my cc institution and they canceled that card. I reported the charges as fraudulent. I'm getting a new card. However tonight I tried calling the establishment 5 separate times and no answer. So I am calling corporate in the morning to inform them of the fraud and am thinking of filing a police report with culpeper PD. I would inform corporate that I might be one of MANY patrons that been stolen from like that. Who knows how many more out there that have had this done to them... I'll see how it goes but I'm VERY disappointed to say the least. I hope I get some support from corporate tomorrow. read more

Order from the app and didn't get my full order called multiple times an no answer. You offer a service but do not make sure the order is correct before it goes out the door. How hard is it to make sure there's two meal two frostys and two sodas. You wonder why people try not to do business at this location. read more

This Wendy's has gone downhill. As many have said, they often screw up orders. plus they're slow if you go inside. I don't get it as they have plenty of folks "working". The dining room is usually a mess too. Ketchup? the dispensers don't work. At least this visit the Coke Freestyle was working and full. I'm giving them two stars instead of one as tonight they got my order right. Given that I had to wait close to 15 min for it it should have been perfect. If the franchise owner, manager or Wendy's corporate reads this you really need to do something about this location. Covid is over. Best drive thru experience I've had. Took me under 5 minutes during the lunch hour. Hot food, correct order, good service.

Their recent renovations have been the best thing to ever happen to them. The interior is very sleek, their food is extremely tasty, and the customer service is great. When they first re-opened the service was extremely slow due to being so packed, but of course this has improved drastically as that constant rush as fizzled out. read more

8:20pm on 12-14-16, the dinning room doors are locked. The young man who was sweeping, graciously opened the door to tell us that he was told by his manager to lock the doors and turn people away. If your hours are posted that your dining room is open until 1am, then the dining room should be open. Drive thru was open but moving horribly slow. Grand opening week: the franchise owner should have hired and properly trained more employees or brought in temporary help from other locations until this new location is properly staffed and able to run successfully. Called the phone number listed and the voice mail was full. Wonder why, not! 7:00pm on 1/10/17 Gave our new Wendy's in Culpeper a second chance and they failed again! Waited over 20 minutes in line in the dining room. Watched employees stand around not knowing what to do, they seemed overwhelmed. Owner still needs to get more help and train its employees. Final straw that broke the camels back tonight was over the pricing. I ordered a small strawberry lemonade, the price on the board said it was $2.19. The register rang it up for $2.29. I asked the manager to fix the price, to reflect the price that was stated on the board. She said she wasn't allowed to change any prices. I asked why they wouldn't honor the price as marked. She said she doesn't know how. Yes, it was only a 10 cent difference, but it is the principle. So enjoy that extra $.10 because you didn't get my $25 order.
