I can't speak for the other experiences, but this Taco Bell has the best fast-food staff I've ever ordered from. From all the times I've visited, I've never had a bad experience with them. If my order is off, they're quick to correct it and are good humored about it. The only downside is that the wait time for the drive-thru line is typically always backed up, especially during peak times. I assume it's because of the way they're cooking/heating the food - which is fine, but don't come here expecting to be in-and-out during lunch or dinner times - there's going to be a bit of a wait. The food is typically okay too. My go-tos are the Crunchwrap Supreme and the Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunch - always good. The Mountain Dew Baja Blast is always nice too as a drink. I've never been inside the location, though. At least, not in a few years now. I think they renovated in the past few years, though. read more

I understand it's cheap fast food, but the workers at the restaurant could not care less. It was just two of us in the restaurant and some to-go's, but our order still came out wrong. All I can say is... sigh. Back in 2015 and 2016, I would have given this Taco Bell a 4 (or even 5 star) rating - it is crazy how much they have declined. The staff has gone from an enthusiastic group to one that could not pretend to care about their job. The speed is terrible, whether you come at a normal time or if you're the only car at 1am. For whatever reason, they cannot seem to make the food correctly. My boyfriend used to work here several years ago, and he'll pinpoint exactly what step they went wrong... when it's put together enough to tell. Update: We attempted this again. I have never had a correct order at any point coming here. A couple months ago, after countless horrible experiences, I sent a complaint when half my order was missing and the other half was incorrect. I asked for a refund and someone named Ethel hitt, claiming to be the district manager, in extremely broken grammar did not really explain anything. I received 2 free item coupons in the mail. I replied to her email stating I didn't want them, and wanted a refund. Of course, crickets. So we attempted to use these coupons today. My husband went and ordered a few orders of the chicken nachos because how could that get messed up, right?! Wrong. We received no nacho cheese, but did end up with a bean burrito we didn't order.... so somewhere out there maybe, someone is missing a bean burrito but is drowning in nacho cheese?!? Who knows? This. Isn't. Hard. You read from a screen and put stuff in the bag. Most of this garbage is pre-made. If these people who work here are our future, we are seriously screwed. We do not eat fast food often, but when we crave Taco Bell, and go to this location, we regret it on so many levels. The service is always slow. We started to order on the app because we figured maybe seeing the order and not hearing it would help us to get the right things for once. No such luck. In the past few years we have ordered her maybe a dozen times. The order is never right. Items are missing completely, and the items that are not missing are so far off it's as if they throw the order away and spin a wheel to pick what they are going to give you instead. Hubby and I decided to wait out rush hour while traveling back from the holiday weekend. I am extremely underwhelmed by the experience. The counter had old stains and fresh ones. Some of the tables were dirty. The drive up window cashier was wiping her nose with her hand and then handling sauce packets. At least she couldn't touch the mild packets since they were out. Isn't there some Taco Bell oath that you never run out of mild sauce? There were two employees making orders, one employee at the register, one employee out of sight and one employee taking a break. It took 10 minutes to make 4 items: 2 tostadas, 1 bean burrito and 1 cheesy bean burrito. We didn't finish the food. I would not have stopped by if they had posted a "sorry we are out of mild sauce" sign. The sauce is most of the reason for any visit. It makes everything better (except this visit). So it's Taco Bell, it's not authentic Mexican by any stretch but sometimes it just hits the spot. This location is fine, sometimes the drive thru does get backed up and the line will be miles long. With all of these negative yelp reviews, you'd think that corporate would step in and make a big deal out of it. Just make sure you check your food before you leave the service line because they notoriously mess up the orders. This location: 1st visit - waited in line for 15 minutes through the drive through. 2nd visit - I thought, surely it was just a fluke - waited 20 minutes and was late for my appointment. I'm not exaggerating. Think of this 20 minutes to go what 15/20 feet? So frustrated. 3rd visit - I finally went back and bam - same freaking experience. This evening Thanksgiving eve 2021 I went threw the drive thru for 2 burrito Supreme it was a big mistake i waited in line for 24 minutes there was only 4 cars in front of me. I made my order the guy asked me if I wanted to round up to help them with their educational program I said no. I told the gal that I paid and that gave me my food how long I had been waiting she apologized it seemed sincere. When I opened my bag after I had pulled away the bottom burrito was flattened like a pancake the contents had torn the bottom of the bag out.
