This review will fall on deaf ears as no matter what I or anyone else says chick fila will stay busy every single day. This location is super inefficient. There is no excuse, with a crew of at least 15 or more, it should take this long for an order. Went thru drive thru around 830 on a Wednesday. Waited over 15 minutes. Counted approximately 20 drinks pre- prepared on the drive thru counter. By the time my food was ready, the two milk shakes were melted from sitting out so long. Condiments and napkins were stuffed on top of the waffle fries taking up almost half the container. They and other locations do this on purpose to justify not filling the container all the way to save money and short change drive thru customers because they know by the time you realize you were f-ed in the drive thru, you're home or already too far away to return. Check other reviews and you will see the exact same thing has been done for years and years. I would love to be part of a class action law suit regarding all the fries we have been shorted LOL

My inner Karen is coming out. three times in this location, they have missed an item for my order. Yes we all love the food from chikfila. they're prestigiously known for their service... but not in this location. 2022 it's just going down hill from here. be careful ordering mobile order in this location during dinner hours. the long lines will cause mid orders. please check your bags before you go home also BOXES ARE NEVER FULL COMEON CHIKFILA if this happens to you please leave a review so the team members know !

Been coming here once a week lately for the kiddo to play. Today I've noticed the chicken sandwiches look like sliders in size. They are a lot smaller than usual with a smaller bun. Smaller sandwich with the same price. This will absolutely determine future visits.

Owner John and his staff were exceptionally friendly, providing attentive service-tables were kept spotless, courses were cleared promptly, and water glasses were always refilled. The food was delicious, though on the pricier side. Beyond the listed menu prices, additional fees (like a service charge and an à la mode fee) plus city and state taxes made the bill add up quickly. What We Ordered: 4*Duck Pâté - Served with a fresh salad, crackers, mustard, and jelly. A delightful starter! 5*Pork Collar - Slow-cooked for hours, the meat was incredibly tender, and the sauce was heavenly. We nearly licked the plate clean-worth driving back for! A must-order. 4*Palazzo Pot Roast - The meat was a bit tough and chewy, but the flavors were well-balanced. Despite being full, we couldn't resist dessert-thankfully, the portions were small! Ice Cream Sandwich - very good, though we were surprised to learn it was store-bought, not made in-house. Mixed Berry Pie - A warm, petite slice served with a spoonful of ice cream (for an extra charge). Note: There's no dessert menu, so we didn't know about the additional fees upfront. Overall. a wonderful dining experience with standout dishes, though the extra costs were a slight downside.

Very tasty burger with the grilled onions. The house-made chips are also good. My only complaint is the tiny "side salad" that I ordered. That it would be an upcharge with my burger but was charged $7 for the small salad. Server confirmed after questioning the bill.

The interior gives upscale sports bar vibes. We chose a high top table toward the back of the restaurant. Our server ended up being the bartender too. They had $5 margaritas that night so I ordered one and we started with an order of their pierogies. There were four and they were served over a smear of their beer cheese. There were ok. I wanted more seasoning in the filling itself. It was pretty bland. For my entree I got their hot dog with chili and cheese with their housemade chips. I was pleasantly surprised to see a cheese sauce on the dog. It was pretty good. Some of the chips were pretty overcooked. The service brought this score down. I think the bartender was busy but plenty of servers were available. There was a lot of conversation at the bar. We probably should have just sat there. We missed out on drink refills, having our order taken promptly, and getting the check when we were ready to leave. Overall there were a lot of interesting things on the menu. I would want to return to see what else tasted good.
