Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered my food without pickles, which should be a simple request, but it turned into a 28-minute wait. The employee working the front had an extremely rude attitude from the beginning. When I politely asked about my order, she told me, "They're already made," even though I could clearly see the food was still being prepared. What made the experience even worse was watching her repeatedly tell the store manager to delay my order simply because I requested no pickles. Meanwhile, other customers were being helped while I stood there waiting with no explanation and no apology. The lack of professionalism, respect, and honesty was shocking. A simple customization should not result in nearly half an hour of waiting. Instead of helping solve the issue, the employee seemed more interested in creating problems and giving attitude to customers. This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I have ever had. If management cares about customer service, they need to address the behavior of this employee immediately. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone expecting basic respect and decent service. read more

son went to pick up the bucket of chicken they told him that he had to take the coleslaw as a side I don't remember that being a standard. I thought you always had your choices of sides. Mashed potatoes were watery and definitely change the potatoes are used to be good they didn't even have pepper running and they had no taste. Chicken was good I'm glad that they listened and I got only the dark meat. Of course the biscuits are always great. Whatever you did with the mashed potatoes go back to the old way goes this way is bad. read more

Wish I could make this up..I always normally get the chicken pot pie from here. And for some reason I bit into a BONE! A BONE! Thank god I didn't choke or anything. But wtf?! I don't know how a bone got in there, whether the pies in the oven, they take it out the freezer and microwave it I don't care...but for a bone to be at the bottom of the pie makes absolutely no sense. We have been ordering from this establishment for the last 6 years. Generally we get the family meal which included eight pieces of chicken two sides potatoes and biscuits. All for now there are eight pieces of small chicken one side and they cost $27. The chicken seem to be a bit overcooked and frankly you're better off getting a rotisserie chicken for six bucks at the local acme or tops. read more

This is a great location for food - my order is always absolutely perfect and food is delicious with nothing to complain about at all. Staff here is totally friendly and one of the mangers there is especially kind. The place is usually pretty clean when I've visited and I don't have any qualms to talk about especially here. Slowest fast food service ever. You will wait in line for at least 5 minutes after you place an order.

Prepare to wait in the drive through for 20 minutes be thrown your food and have to wait another 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge you're still at the window waiting for your drink and change. Awful service read more
