The place was pretty much empty with little to no people besides the employees. I decided to order some nachos because how could you mess up nachos, right? When I finally received my nachos I drove home. When I sat down and took a bite It was nasty. It was smothered with sour cream and almost no guacamole. The employee working the front had an extremely rude attitude from the beginning. When I politely asked about my order, she told me, "They're already made," even though I could clearly see the food was still being prepared. What made the experience even worse was watching her repeatedly tell the store manager to delay my order simply because I requested no pickles. Meanwhile, other customers were being helped while I stood there waiting with no explanation and no apology. The lack of professionalism, respect, and honesty was shocking. A simple customization should not result in nearly half an hour of waiting. Instead of helping solve the issue, the employee seemed more interested in creating problems and giving attitude to customers. This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I have ever had. If management cares about customer service, they need to address the behavior of this employee immediately. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone expecting basic respect and decent service.
