I've come here a few times. Lots of parking. The building is always clean and tidy. The employees are always friendly and smiling. This time, I placed a catering order for 70 breakfast sandwiches for a work event. I got there 640, my order was supposed to be ready between 645 and 7. At 644, my order was ready to go out the door. I would suggest signing up for the app to earn points towards free food and items. I got over 3500 points on my account which will be good for a few free chicken sandwiches. Came here with the family on a Friday night, it was busy but not overcrowded. They had a good number of registers open which was nice - no wait! I don't know what the point is of reviewing the food here, it's the same as every other Chick-Fil-A; you either like it or you don't. I will say that it's a little on the pricier side for fast food, I think our bill for four people was over $50, but then again we also got dessert, and I feel like Chick-Fil-A is slightly higher quality than McD's or Burger King. Went through the drive through, got the one person with the electrical taped scanner. Asked for two chicken sandwiches which we thought was going to be the meal because we asked for drinks, as well asked for Honey Mustard. Scanner for the card wouldn't work the first 10 times then it finally went. Drove through to pickup and we didn't get out sauce right. Was ignored at first when asking for the sauce we asked for, eventually someone responded when we asked for the Honey Mustard we ordered and said "Oh we don't have that" Didn't ask if we had wanted any other sauce and was going to let it slide. Give these kids a break. I never have an issue and I'm there twice a week. Snow, rain and recently over 102 or more with the heat index. These kids never step out of their character/role/image of chick-fil-a. They are respectful to customers, each other and they are well behaved. Better than being exposed to ghetto rudeness, attitude, eye rolling and smelling weed at other establishments that I've gone to and experienced. After a quick stop-in later in the evening yesterday, it is with the deepest pleasure that I offer you the same 4-star rating saying that you've improved and that you've earned it, yet 4.5 is more-closer to my opinionated rating. Yes, it helped to have my own copy of the Chick-Fil-A app on my phone, but my response is awe-inspiring. It was so impressive that the employee who was handling my brother's order (separate order from mine and who offered to help gather my meal and bring it out) didn't know that someone else was already on the case and was in the process of bringing out my correct order. I pretty much got a double-order last night (except for the wrong sauce) while only paying for one order. Impressive! I have never liked the brand, but seeing just how messed up these orders gets really makes me wonder why this place (after the two total orders I've been to in the last 3 months) has always gotten things a bit screwed up. After a messed up salad I had in September, I learned from the experience to not order it again, and although when I got close to order it I saw the salad and turned away to view something else. I settled on a 4-strip chicken strip meal with their classic waffle fries - something I was enticed on getting the last time I came when my brother let me sample them - and a soda. The app was impressive, though I see spots where it could be improved to a standard that I feel is appropriate. I couldn't tell you the employee(s) names who messed up, and I threw out the bags when I was done eating the meal in my car - not having been allowed to walk in - due to the coronavirus many months later. My one brother ate the second box of waffle fries without asking my permission to do so (I ate the other). The chicken could have been heated a little more but was rather comfortable for the conditions we had. The pickup process could definitely be improved here - much like the last time. Still unsure why there are additional drive-thru pickup lines that aren't really marked yet looked special, then later combined with a directing associate at the end, directing traffic into a one-lane road. At night, without directing sticks and not enough ample light in the parking lot or from the inside, this director can't be seen. Both times, the parking lot was crowded. This time we remembered the handicapped placard (as temporary out-of-state as possible). We could find the handicapped barren with other cars, yet the rest of the lot was full, but backing up was somewhat tricky with the two traffic lines from pickup clogging up the lanes in back. And when it came to them finding my order in the system, it took some time to find it, although I made my final selections as the selections were being made from the other order. The employee couldn't find my order by my order number but found it via my name - as tricky as it was to figure out which version of my name it would come up as. If we give you an order number, regardless of car or minutes after placing it, that order should come up in your system by number. I don't like mentioning "by number," but some things are better this way in this society! read more

This is the closest location to my town, but it took a forty minute drive to get here. As I figured it would be, it was well worth the jaunt. The parking lot was jam-packed and the drive-thru line was lengthy; full of folks who know what great fast food tastes like (although this doesn't feel like a fast food joint). I waited on the drive-thru line and when I pulled up to the window, I was greeted by one of Chick-fil-A's incredibly pleasant staff members - their customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced. The meal was exactly what I expected. The three crispy, succulent chicken sandwiches that I wolfed down in my truck in the parking lot had my tastebuds ready to leap out from my tongue, go into the restaurant and high-five everyone who worked there. What can I say about Chic Fila that everyone doesn't already know. It's the GOAT. I've always been impressed with their consistent level of service and quality and this location was no different. While I don't eat from here anymore (change in dietary restrictions), when I did order from here my go to was the spicy chicken sandwich. Beautifully cooked chicken breast with a great level of spice, further accentuated by the melty pepper jack cheese. Crisp pickles complimenting the sandwich perfectly, paired wonderfully with either ranch or chic fila sauce. I still go here with my brothers (who remain ardent fans to this day) and the quality is as great as it was a few years ago. Chic Fila, thank you for gracing my little town with your presence.
