Our food was perfect. If I took pictures, they could've used them for the website. I mean, just flawless. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. I don't think I've ever had pizza as good from Pizza Hut or Dominos. It was pretty late too, so kudos for the staff not half-assing it. I am always extremely happy with this location. Each time we order, we are assured good food quality and customer service. Yesterday I mistakenly ordered the "Hawaiian Barbecue" pie instead of the "Super Hawaiian" pie. When I called to complain, the manager pointed out my error, in a very professional manner. Though the error was mine, he sent me the correct pie at no additional cost. Haven't had Papa John's in a while was forced to order it because we are on day 4 of no power because of the tornado. Ordering via the app was easy and simple. Ok at best. I tried this place a few times because I had coupons. The ACME coupon doesn't work online. I do like that they have the option for a place your order at a later time so it's ready when you pick it up. The delivery fee of $4 is absurd. read more

Always on-time delivery and friendly employees! Consistent food. Last Friday I placed an online order very late, about 11 PM. Order went through fine. Restaurant called about 15 minutes later letting me their driver was in an accident. I could either wait 45 minutes to an hour for delivery or cancel the order, have my money refunded and my next meal would be free. Since we only live about 10 minutes away and were hungry we offered to pickup. The employee agreed and said he would discount my bill. When I arrived, not only was the food hot and ready, but we got it for free. The employee was so apologetic. Kudos to Papa John's in Patterson! read more

Papa Johns tastes like your chewing on a cardboard box with cheese. It is the nastiest pizza I have ever eaten. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. When you order online you'll be asked to pay a delivery fee which is a lot more than any other delivery service than if you include a tip on your bill online because let's say your ordering online with a credit card because you don't have cash EXPECT to get your CAR KEYED by the delivery driver. On top of that the pizza arrived 30 minutes late and was cold. Plus why spend $20+ on a large pizza from Papa Johns that looks like a small pizza from a local restaurant. read more

I was first introduced to Papa John's when I was in college 10+ years ago and it was my favorite go to fast food type pizza. Three words, garlic butter sauce. I recently moved to the Carmel area and discovered a PJs in Patterson who will deliver to me! I placed an order online for an 8pm delivery yesterday, 1/9 and it arrived right on time, if not a couple minutes early. As a true pizza fan I can without a doubt say Papa John's pizza is one of the best. I can't decide if it's the pepperoni pizza or there dowie garlic knots that make me such an addict. The flavors are explosive and the desserts leave u gasping. I some times find myself craving Papa Johns more than twice a week. Mostly all my order are done through the Papa Johns app on my iOS phone. The new point system allows you too build up points and use them toward free items on the menu. The experience is quick and efficient and the wait time has never been longer then 35 minutes. I know sometimes people bash franchises such as this one because of the notion that it's "fast food" and probably not good for you but I believe Pap Johns is amazing and the best meal on a Sunday night. read more
