I never knew this place was there! Driving by a few days ago looking for a lunch spot I saw it - hit the brakes, parked and went in. I was immediately greeted with a smile by Jaclyn who took the time to show me what they have and make a few suggestions. Nice already! I ordered the 8 piece "Authentic Combo Meal" with sweet potato fries. Medium Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan sauces. WOW! The wings were plump and cooked just right! The sweet potato fries were off the chart fantastic! Jaclyn, served me, and - came back to check within a couple minutes after I started eating. Always a sign of a good and properly trained waitress or waiter! Food was great and I couldn't finish it all. Brought the rest home to snack on later. Friendly staff and very nice looking place as well! Nice bar area too! I recommend trying them out, and I WILL be going back! Jaclyn was the star! Pete G.

Nothing bad to say about this newish wing establishment in Miller Place. I can't wait to go back to try different flavors of sauces & dry rubs. The staff was friendly and I had the Atomic flavor which is their second highest temp wing sauce just south of Nuclear & plenty hot enough for me, I barely got through the order of ten. I've had the "Atomic" brand wings in NYC & the Buffalo flavor was very reminiscent of wings you'd find in Buffalo. The bar is a little on the smaller side but definitely large enough to get your crew together for beers & wings on a football Sunday. I hope they succeed because I'm looking forward to making this place a regular stop. Let go Mets!

I really do wish we lived closer this place is great. The wings are just so darn good! Fresh, moist and meaty. Cute Xmas tree decorations and just a nice clean place. We spoke with Vincent the owner and it winds up he lived in our home town. Nice guy .

Great wings. Very saucy. Quick and friendly staff. Chicken tenders were delicious. Will try again when we are back in town.

Eat Unique Indeed…read more We were famished for something brunchy this past Sunday, and were looking at different places to go to. Went to the Watermark, parking lot was inaccessible, seems people don't know how to park over there. Even the street spaces were full. We headed further west, Flying Pig was closed down, we had been to Crazy Beans, then a quick Google search pulled up a spot we'd never heard of before. Pulled up to a strip mall where BlackSheep was located, nice big parking lot as expected. Walked in, and we were the first ones there. The place smelled fantastic. We sat ourselves and perused the menu. The server came by and enumerated the specials, but I was fixated on Braise your Belly. We also got me-mah's mac and cheese, and started off with the Roasted Garlic Northern Bean Dip and the Minestrone soup. The Bean Dip starter was fantastic. All the little things you need for a perfect bite. A scoop of bean dip on a toasted pita wedge, stick a couple of kalamata olives on the bean dip mortar (3 olives were too much), add pickled red onion and fire-roasted peppers, then top with crumbled feta. Amazing bite. I had a taste of the Minestrone, and it was excellent. Flavors were all there without being overdone. The pasta was nice and cooked just right. The mac and cheese was perfect. I couldn't put my finger on the cheeses used, but it all came together nicely. You didn't just get a mouthful of one cheese flavor. It was creamy, balanced, and the crispy onions on top made it really nice. and the stunner. I am a big fan of pork belly, and this really piqued my interest. Served with lemongrass grits and pickled veg with a soy miso glaze. The pickled veg was tossed in a bed of leafy greens, and I saw some seaweed salad in there as well. A little bite of the grits topped with the salad was amazing. I've never had that combo before. A little tart, a little salty, nice umami, I could have eaten a bowl of just that. However, when the pork belly came into play, everything changed. The crisped, lightly charred crust on the fatty slices of nirvana by themselves were perfect. Cut a piece of it and lay it on the grits-salad bite, and you can feel your eyes roll backwards. I wanted to, and almost ate it all, but I left a slice for my girlfriend and topped off her little bit of mac and cheese that she wanted to take home. Half an hour in, and the place pretty much packed out for a bit while they were doing a healthy amount of takeout/pickup orders. The place is pretty simple: interesting Black Sheep art, with mostly little tables, plasticware, and a drinks cooler. The food can certainly be right at home in a fancier and upscale setting, but doesn't need it. They had one server, and she was delightful and attentive to everyone. The chef came around and asked how everything was, which I find is always a nice touch. Definitely coming back.

We were greeted upon entering and told we can sit anywhere. We picked a cute 2 seater. The place is…read moresmall but quaint. We each got an appetizer and an entree and everything was delicious. Not typical items you see on a menu and we love to try new things. Absolutely worth it!

The story of the restaurant is pretty cute We got chocolate chip pancakes, a custom omelette, regular coffee and I got the toasted almond mocha bc why not. The pancakes were pretty good, you get two large pancakes with some powdered sugar and a bit of whipped cream on the side. The 2 yo loved it lol. They were yummy but just normal pancakes. We ordered the maple syrup and it comes in a tiny little jar so we got two. I know it's not a cheap option but it was like $3.50 each My husband enjoyed his omelette, which is what he usually gets anyway. The coffee was great and I really enjoyed my iced almond mocha, it was pretty delicious The place is decently sized tho I can see it get packed real fast at a peak hour on the weekends. I liked the decorations, they're those fun sarcastic retro theme which I can't help but enjoy. The bathroom was large and clean too. I'd definitely go back to try some of their more unique options!

I prefer this location to the stony brook one, I feel like it's more low key. We always have a great time here!

Full disclosure for the 3 stars -- On their best day could be a 4 but on their worst day more like…read morea 1-2. BWW is a fairly renowned chain on Long Island which for me has had it's up's and down's overall. I've started frequenting this specific location a handful of times and would generally give a recommend for anyone local to the area. No surprises here on the food, you're looking at "sports pub esque" with a heavy bias to wings and flavors. Other then that, the usual hamburger, taco, and sandwiches are the alternatives. Nothing too top shelf in the liquor cabinet but a healthy selection of beer choices; stick to the drafts. The wings have slowly gone up in price over the years but this more or less seems to be across the board at any restaurant... the quality here for bone in wings for me is still consistently good. Sauces and flavors are plentiful, there should be something for generally everyone/anyone. Things can get pretty hot at the top 2 highest but everything else will keep your head attached still. A surprise up the sleeve is the addition of cauliflower wings which are open to the same sauce palette... do enjoy these as well for lighter fare. My wife enjoys the burgers here too, so not a one trick pony. Alcohol specials for tall sizing and rotating discounts are very much welcomed to offset the higher price of meat. Hospitality service is where this place breaks down at times. The staffing and mismanagement is inexcusable on both sides of the spectrum. Do keep in mind that I am probably in peak hours on Friday/weekend days typically but my experiences fall into the following; A) It's crowded with waitresses/waiters covering way too much ground or B) It's dead and the staff is just standing around in the service corners or by the to-go orders congregating. Literally do not think I've ever been welcomed here immediately by a host/hostess, there's usually no one at the front door regularly. Tables and areas where former patrons were are constantly left with debris and trash and not cleaned for 30 mins-hour after they depart. Typically will spot what appears to be a "manager" just wandering around watching sports on the TV's but they're "for show". These seem like simple fixes and adjustments but the thing is these scenarios kind of get spelled out every experience I have here. Overall, I would lean to recommend (cautiously) this specific location but if I am in the mood for the fare and stars align then it is indeed a safe, good bet. A few of the adjustments and fixes could really go a long way to improving this place.
