They were probably the best stuffed jalapeños we've had. It also came with a good sauce to dip. For my entree I ordered the bbq shrimp. It came with a choice of two sides. I went with Caesar salad and collard greens. Both were good. When we were done I realized it didn't come with cornbread as the menu stated. We were already done, so I didn't mention it. My boyfriend had the smokehouse lasagna. He really enjoyed it and the portion was huge. We also added sausage as we wanted to try it. It was just okay. I wouldn't get the sausage again. Very last minute--close enough to the wedding that it left us scrambling--they backed out without a real solution or adequate support to help us replace the service. For an event of this size and importance, that level of unreliability is unacceptable. There was no sense of accountability or urgency in helping us fix the situation they created. It put a lot of unnecessary stress on what should have been a special day. I would not recommend them for any event where dependability actually matters.

The corn was cold, but I did enjoy the flavor. Is it supposed to be cold? The side salad was a good portion. My mistake and not subtracting the onions or croutons. The vegetables were fresh. As far as the salmon goes, it's maybe a three out of five. Quite fishy tasting and dry. The brisket portion was quite small. No sauce or even an offer of sauce was included. The brisket also was OK. Be advised if you have a discount coming. When I picked up my dinner, they informed me that the 10% discount I was supposed to get was not applicable. That's rather disappointing from a chain as big as this.
