By 6:45, nobody had come to help us, update us, or even offer us a seat while we waited. We were left standing awkwardly near the entrance of the restaurant the entire time rather than being invited to sit in the party area we were there to view. The communication beforehand already felt rude and dismissive, so this experience unfortunately confirmed the lack of professionalism and customer service. It was especially disappointing considering we were looking to book a large event and spend a significant amount of money there for a very special occasion.
