Mark, the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions about the chicken seasonings and other Korean dishes on the menu. We ordered Korean wings and drumsticks with soy garlic and Korean BBQ sauce. The meals come with crunchy Coleslaw or Pickled Radish. We opted to get both! We also got an order of seasoned fries on the side. We raced home and sat down to have our meal. This food did not disappoint!! This location doesn't have alcoholic beverages from what I see. They are also halal. The combo (drink and fries) are only for sandwiches. Actually for walk-in, the order was ready relatively fast (5 mins) compared to other locations but keep in this location is still new. The crispness is great though the Soy Garlic is a bit salty for my taste instead of subtle. The Golden BBQ is quite flavorful. The complimentary radishes hit the spot. The person taking my order suggested their panko crust, telling me it would be a great option for getting the crispy pizza I was looking for, so I agreed. I live about two minutes away, picked the order up when I was told it would be ready, and the pizza was still hot when I got home. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite of what I had asked for. The crust was a soggy, sloppy mess, and the cheese literally slid off the pizza when we tried to pick it up from the box. We also ordered wings. The sauce had good flavor, but the wings themselves tasted reheated. As soon as I realized how bad the order was, I called the restaurant twice while they were still open to try to address it directly. No one answered either call -- I was left listening to music and a recording. Since I couldn't reach anyone by phone, I contacted the business privately through Facebook rather than immediately leaving a negative review. I gave them the opportunity to make it right. The owner apologized, said they had "missed the mark," and offered a gift card or another pizza. I declined and simply asked for my $46 charge to be refunded to my card. He agreed. A week went by with no refund. I followed up twice before finally being told that he had forgotten to process it and now wasn't sure if his system would allow him to refund a transaction from the previous week. He then offered to leave cash for me to pick up at the restaurant. At this point, it wasn't even about the $46 -- it was the principle. I had already been inconvenienced by a bad order, contacted the business privately rather than immediately posting a negative review, was promised a refund, and then had to repeatedly follow up because the refund was forgotten. I didn't think I should have to make another trip to the restaurant to pick up cash because of their mistake. I politely asked that the original card be refunded or, if their system genuinely couldn't process it, that the $46 be sent electronically through Zelle or Venmo. I received no response. When I attempted to follow up again, my message would no longer send, and I discovered that I could no longer access their Facebook page from my account. I have screenshots of the entire conversation, including the owner agreeing to the refund. Food mistakes happen. If the promised $46 refund had simply been processed, I would have considered the matter resolved. It was the way this was handled afterward that earned the one-star review. Having to chase down an agreed-upon refund and then losing the ability to contact the business through Facebook instead of having the issue resolved is completely unacceptable. I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company and won't be returning.

Why am I making a fuss about cornbread? Because it's the details that make a restaurant great. Next came the chicken wings in Alabama White Sauce. I'm now a convert. Sure, I've had it a few times, but this version was eye-opening! Perfectly smoked, then fried chicken wings slathered in this red-sauce alternative was an epiphany for me. The BBQ was outstanding - meaty tender ribs, juicy pulled pork, burgers and dogs grilled to perfection. The wings were crisp and flavorful, and the fryer setup stole the show with piping-hot fries and onion rings that guests couldn't stop talking about.
