I was out visiting my cousin and we ordered from here for dinner. I didn't want her to have to cook because I showed up at the last moment. She told me that she orders here quite frequently because her sons love it, but when we got into the store she realized that they had all new people behind the counter. They messed up the order. They didn't give me the dipping sauce, they didn't give my cousin one of the things that she ordered, and a couple of other things were off. The new chicken sandwiches are so yummy, crispy and when you dip it in ranch it pulls it all together! Recommend the original hot! The voodoo fries are delicious but hot! And sometimes they put on more of the seasoning then other times so it can be sometimes just a little too much. Our pick up time was 6pm. When we arrived at 6pm, the store was over-crowded and we were told that they were still working on the 5pm orders. It was suggested that we wait until 7:30 pm to pick up our wings or cancel our order. The game started at 6:30. Unacceptable. We were able to reach a manager named Andrea who asked us to please call back after 8pm in order to discuss the matter.
