I've ordered from this location Multiple times and I had issues. It seems like there aren't enough workers first overall. I ordered inside once and the worker didn't know his menu or know how to place my order correctly the manager had left him alone and he was still in training very unprofessional. I place multiple orders online so I can grab my food faster. It's the same as ordering inside. You have to wait and keep asking if your food is ready. Food was alright but the main thing that threw me off at this specific location was their terrible customer service. I was just called them one time but the minute they answered the phone they got all aggressive at me arguing on how I called several times when I only called once. I've been going to the same Wingstop in Centereach NY for sometime without issue except for this last visit when I was hung up on after being left on hold eight times consecutively...no exaggeration! I was trying to get my order ready in advance of my take out. Instead I ended up placing my order online waiting for my order to be ready in the parking lot. I later discovered the guy Giovanni "working" the front counter when I arrived (seen in the pic closest to the camera to the right) was the one parking my calls, only to hang up after 5-10 mins. I spoke to the store manager soon afterward who was on vacation but returned my call immediately. She was very nice and equally concerned but I never did hear from the district manager. She reached out to him as well did their corporate office who I also called (this is one of their franchises not a corporate location) yet he never returned my call to date. The one they refer to as a D.M. might be the Owner as well as it is a franchise. Bottom line is not the District Manager nor the Owner cared enough about this guy's behavior to bother to return a call from a loyal, and regular patron. I'm done with Wingstop there's just too much competition for my money. As a businessman myself I can't respect their decision to ignore me even on a business level alone. I was very disappointed with my experience at Wingstop. The wings were very undercooked and under sauce. They needed to be put in the oven for another 15 minutes so that the pink color would disappear from the meat. They were very tough and chewy. The french fries had a sweet taste to them and I had expected them to be savory. The taste was unpleasant. Roll with a dry Around your new role that had melted butter or margarine poured over the top which made it impossible to eat without getting grease all over your hands. Needless to say this was my first and last stop at the wing stop. Do yourself a favor by yourself a package of wings at the supermarket and cook them up at home. Never going back to this place again. Manager there is rude. I had to wait 30 mins for my order. At first I seen it was busy so I was ok with the wait until I realized there was workers standing around doing nothing. This got me livid as I also work In food and customer always comes first. I then asked to speak to the manager and to my disbelief she turned out to be the one standing on her phone while her store is falling apart. She came up to the counter and seem lost as I was speaking to her. She was barely acknowledging me and her body language made me feel like my problem didn't matter. Not once did she apologize or give me an explanation. All she said was my food would be ready soon. I asked her name but she dated as though she didn't hear me and walked away. Once I got my food I asked the cashier upfront what's the manager's and she said Laydeen. To the owner of the company, you need to make some changes and reevaluate your employees. This is not the way a customer should be treated especially one that's a regular. Maybe she was having a bad day but this is inexcusable. I went there for my first time after hearing how oof the wings were, well i ordered on the app and wings with garlic Parmesan and then i ordered cheese fries as a second order o arrived at the store and both were ready went in to pick it up they handed him one bag and when he said it's two orders the worker said they are both in there. We drive back home. We live 40 mins away. We get home and our second order wasn't there. When i open the wings they were plain and had no garlic Parmesan on it. When i called the store to complain the woman said well you had two orders and didn't take the second when i explained to her that her worker said yes i know you had two orders they were both in there. I don't usually write reviews but after a disgusting experience I felt compelled. After waiting in line I was skipped in line and after expressing that I was next in line I was literally told "it's okay, someone else will take your order". That's not okay for me as I have to now wait longer in line and have to wait longer for my order to be prepared. I let them know that was not ok and instead of deciding to service me I was ignored as if I never spoke. I then asked for the manager, CHRIS, explained the situation and he said "that was not right." He then shrugged me off, literally shrugged his shoulders and walked off. I said "so that's all you have for me is to shrug your shoulders?" Place an order via the ap at 11:05 am which is 5 minutes after opening time. We ordered 15 wings 2 different flavors. A large order of cheese fries Clicked the extra crisp tab in ap. And asked for an extra cheese on side that I got charged for. Well wings were good. Fries were not made to extra crispy as ordered as a matter of fact they were soggy as fuck and refrigeration cold in the core of most of the fries. Did not receive the extra cheese sauce as paid for. A also made it a point to ask person who just packed order if my extra cheese and blue cheese sauce was in bag he stated yes. Only reason I'm spending the time to give this review is the fact that there is always something not right in the food quality or the completion of my order here. Menu is very small. Wings, boneless wings and fries really how hard can it be to get it all right. Needless to say this place isn't cheap 15 wings and add on lg fry $22. So yeah I expect my order to be perfect.
