A solid Kentucky Fried Chicken location in Brockport. It is probably my favorite location in the Rochester area. The food here always is hot and ready pretty quickly. Compared to other restaurants in Brockport, the lines move pretty fast. The inside dining room is not usually too busy either and is always quite clean. This is as good as KFC can get. read more

Checked out this KFC, dined in. It was pretty clean. The inside is small. They messed up both meals, sending my meal out without the chicken. LOL. Corrected it quickly and with no fuss. The chicken was fresh. They gave hubbo the wrong sauce on his little chicken sandwich and with the pickles he asked to be excluded. Staff is rude and needs some training in customer service. Ask to talk to talk to a manager and apparently it's against policy to provide any contact information? If you're having a delay on an order due to a fryer issue just let people know, don't make people wait 25 in the parking lot! I stopped by for dinner on Wednesday night. I was the only person there at that time. I ordered and informed them that I would be eating in.My order arrived quick and I sat down. I inspected my chicken bites and I noticed that they were so small. I went to the counter and asked if this was the standard size. The staff said that it was normal. Never once had a mistake while she's working, always smiling and so nice to talk to. It was really busy right before close, and wasn't until I got down the road that I realized there was something missing from my order. I called the restaurant and the staff was very apologetic and worked immediately to remedy the minor error. They went above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied, and I am extremely grateful. They de-bone the chicken them selves for the potpies and two different employees at two different times had tiny bones in the potpies, and I have found several picking through before I just tossed the supposed de-boned chicken in, please always check your potpies for tiny bones. I have seen mashed potatoes sit in the warmer for about 8 hours or more and max is 4 and still get served. Iv seen old food in the warmers that should be tossed mixed with new so not to waste. No hair nets, they are there but a lot of people just don't use them. Had lots of people return food with hair. every time food gets ordered, the employees never double check to make sure all the food is in the bag and missing most of the food and gives you sides with barely anything in it and tends to overcook their food as well ...making it hard to bite into. chicken tenders tasted mostly like bread than any chicken in it. the management is absolutely terrible here and sometimes the food isn't fully cooked. The worst kfc I ever been to and sometimes the managers are even disrespectful as well. They don't know what they are doing at all and sometimes they take forever to hand you the food you order when you go there. on top of that, they will even give you old food like they can't tell its burnt and dry as well. The probably most disgusting kfc I ever had to deal with and rudest employees and managers too and definitely not the smartest either. They need better managers who knows what they are doing instead of lazy ones that always got an attitude. I definitely wouldn't recommend eating the food here or even working for this location!!!! I also worked here and it was absolutely terrible and the managers were absoutely terrible and they would force you to stay longer than your time when there is a schedule from start to end or what is the point of the schedule and get mad if you didn't come in when they ask because they don't like who they were working with. I would get yelled at all the time especially thru the headset and pushed around trying to learn the drive thru.
