Easy to place order on the app and food was ready as promised in the pickup shelves. Chicken tenders were good flavor and crispy but the fries were a bit soggy. Really enjoyed trying all of the different sides and sauces

Terrible fried 3 pc. Chicken Box. Chicken was not edible.

The chicken tasted like it was old. It was not crispy and it's soggy with oil. The pot pie was warm, but it had sat too long in the heating area. It was mush inside. Two of the fountain drinks didn't work and I couldn't communicate with the staff at the front counter. The ordering from the kiosk was very difficult and not user-friendly. We would highly not recommend that you use this location. The sitting area and the ambience is not relaxing and not clean.

The chicken is always crispy and good. Service is friendly offered me a drink as the wait was a bit extended which was no big deal. Ambience is comfortable, clean and welcoming

Tenders? Inside my Spicy Chicken Sandwich Big Box

Just left and he said the straws in the bag, there was no straws in the bag for our drinks, no fork for our coleslaw, no butter or honey for our biscuit and all of that isn't the reason for the one star. They decided to slap 2 chicken tenders inside my spicy chicken sandwich instead of the actual Chicken patty, one fry box was half as empty as the other, and not even napkins.......all I can say is at least they didn't forget our sauce! & the food was good. Lol

They remodeled and become much cleaner than before. The whole KFC menu improved and the taste is better than before. The current team here is overall good. The missing meal situations are much less happening. The staff here are friendly and very nice.

They we're open late and a lot of the other options had timed out. I was happy to find KFC was still open at around 11pm. Ordered chicken strips and a chicken sandwich box #9 and we were really excited For our food... Turns out that they decided to toss a couple extra chicken strips between the buns instead of giving us an actual chicken sandwich. My girlfriend cried. Now she can be emotional but I feel the pain I know it's not a huge deal, but I kind of feel some type of way that I ordered and PAYED for a chicken sandwich and was finnessed with this makeshift meal. Chicken was good what can I say, and drive thru guy was nice. Forgot straws. But he was nice. Nonetheless I would like the item I paid for.

The food is great. The service was also great. The ambiance is a fast food dine in, pick up and drive-thru restaurant.

    Two-Piece Original Combo

My friend was craving the colonel's original recipe fried chicken, so we visited KFC for just that. I gotta be honest with you. It's been years since I've been to KFC. The last time I was at one was when there was a KFC on Capitol Hill, and we visited after too many beers. Yeah, it's been awhile. I mean, it's not terrible fried chicken. And the original recipe is what they're known for, as the fry/skin isn't as crispy with a more butter-y taste...if that makes any sense. I ordered a two-piece original combo, which came with a drumstick and thigh, mashed potatoes and gravy, a biscuit, drink and a chocolate chip cookie. Not too shabby for seven bucks. Chicken was juicy. Mashed potatoes and gravy were scorching hot, but meh. Cookie was also meh. But the biscuit was soft and good. Call three stars even? This KFC is located right by the Factoria Mall, next to Nordstrom Rack. The drive-thru went by quickly. Staff was nice. But this was the first time at a fast food joint we saw several items that were "sold out." Is that even a thing? Oh, well, it's all good.

There were a few people ahead of me at lunchtime on a Saturday, and after a short wait, my fried chicken wings were ready. The menu says the fried chicken comes with fries and pickled radish, but they only included fries, so I asked for the radish at the counter. I'm not sure if they don't include it anymore, or just forgot. The chicken was freshly fried and crispy; the wings were really good. There is plenty of seating in the Lincoln South Food Hall, so you can easily find a place to sit and enjoy your food, as well as other food options such as pizza, sushi, burgers, tacos, and bubble tea in the hall. It's pretty clean and also has wifi.

It was on the sweeter side for me but other than that it was pretty good. I'm surprised they don't get much business here but it was pretty quiet. Hopefully they stixk around as they are the more affordable options in Lincoln square.

I made a reservation ahead of time, but when we got there around 8 pm we realized we probably didn't need one because it was seat yourself and still pretty open. No complaints though, it made it easy to grab a table and settle in. The vibe was cool. Definitely a sports bar feel with TVs around, and as the night went on the DJ started getting set up which I can imagine makes it a fun spot on a Friday night for people meeting up after work or hanging out with friends. We decided to share a few things so we could try a little bit of everything. We ordered the catfish bites, lemon pepper wings, garlic parmesan wings, and macaroni and cheese. I'll start with the positives because the service was great. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, which always makes a difference. Food-wise, it just didn't totally hit for me. The catfish bites had a really tasty batter, but the texture threw me off a little. I personally like my catfish cooked a little harder, and these were a bit soft for my liking. The lemon pepper wings were a little too salty for me, and the wings themselves weren't cooked quite the way I like them. I tend to like my wings cooked a little harder, so these felt a bit soft and bulky to me (if that makes sense). The garlic parmesan wings were okay flavor-wise, but still similar in texture. The macaroni and cheese was okay. Nothing bad, just pretty standard. The menu itself has a good mix of comfort food and bar favorites like chicken and waffles, shrimp & grits, burger & fries....so there are definitely options to try. Overall, the service were great, the vibe was cool and I can definitely see this being a fun spot once the DJ gets going and the place fills up. The food just didn't quite land for me personally this time. I gave it 3 stars, but if Yelp allowed half stars it would probably be closer to a 3.5 for me. I'd still be open to coming back and trying a few other things on the menu.

I mean, seriously? Why should I have to keep calling just to give feedback about poor food quality?A manager should have taken my number, followed up, and actually cared about customer experience. But no one ever called back. It feels like they don't value their customers at all. The food quality has completely changed, and the way they respond to feedback is even worse. This was while the place was practically empty, so I'm not sure what else could have been occupying their time. Second, I ordered the pork shoulder stir fry which wasn't bad but had several large pieces of pure fat & gristle in it that I felt a high quality restaurant would have taken out of the dish. It's indicative of lazy & careless food preparation skills. Also, the basmati rice was very under-cooked...some pieces were even crunchy. Lastly, after leaving the place, I realized that I accidentally left my sunglasses there. So I called later that evening to inquire if they had found them. I discovered they route all incoming calls to a bot that instantly made me feel unimportant and unappreciated. What's worse is it tried to connect me with someone in the restaurant, but kept looping back into its own messaging narrative. What an absolute PITA. This enables me to make a broader point: Restaurants have to get it through their heads that cutting costs has negative impact on customer experience, putting the lifeblood of their business into jeopardy. Take the widespread adoption of QR code-based menus during COVID...how many restaurants do you know actually switched back to real menus after COVID passed? The answer is very few. The reason why? They are too stingy to pony up the dough and ignore the benefit to the customer experience. They figure, 'people already know how to do that so why spend the money on printing up menus anymore?". They couldn't care less about what customers might actually enjoy more, and that's the real travesty. If restaurants are going to force their customers into a self-serve model (as so many have nowadays), then why bother tipping anyone? I am so fed up of a world where the idolatry of wealth has surpassed the appreciation and value of real, engaging human experiences. The Central Bar + Restaurant could help reverse this course if they ever decide to they put customer experience first instead of their own profits. UPDATE: Added one star because they actually had my shades...went ot go pick them up today.

It turns out that it's their new brunch special, so if you accept the mimosa on the way in, it's $4, where the regular price is $10 -- definitely good to keep in mind if you're visiting during weekend brunch! When it came down to the food, I ordered the fried bologna sandwich while my husband had the tom tom benedict (green and red tomatoes). Both were quite good -- I loved the twist on the ol' bologna sandwich, though I the tom tom bene was prob our fave. The signage is hidden, but you'll spot it if you walk around 106th Street, like I did, to see the lunch menu. I visited Superkim Crab House on a Sunday afternoon earlier this month. Upon walking in, there weren't a lot of diners, but at most, two tables total about 12 people within the two tables. We were greeted by Zack, who allowed us to pick where to sit. He was a very welcoming and kind server. Zack allowed us to look at the menu but provided us with some of his favorite dishes to help us narrow down what we wanted to dine on. He mentioned the clam chowder and crab croquettes as being a few of his favorite dishes, and we were very intrigued by them, so we ordered them to start with. We were not disappointed with either of the items! The crab croquette and clam chowder were so flavorful, and the crab croquette was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. For drinks, we decided to order from the mocktails menu: Lychee Lemonade, which had a strong taste of the cucumber, was an okay drink, but if you love cucumbers, you'll like it; Prickly Mint, was more my liking, as it had more of the fruity cranberry taste; and then the Mango Spritz, which my friend wasn't a big fan of the taste. In terms of food, we were thinking about the boil, but in the end, we decided on two entree dishes: The Holy Crab and the Dungeness Crab Fried Rice. The menu clearly shows three pepper icons next to The Holy Crab, and they were not kidding about the spice! It was spicy! The spiciness gradually kicked in after consuming it, but don't get me wrong, it was still a delicious dish! The Crab Fried Rice was also very flavorful, and we used that to cool down our palettes after a spoonful of The Holy Crab. The restaurant's atmosphere was pleasant. It wasn't too loud or quiet, and ample space between the tables. The bathrooms were interesting. I believe they kept the Lot No.3 bathroom layout with the industrial look, and there were gender-neutral individual bathroom stalls. There are two levels for seating, so if you choose to, you can also sit upstairs for a more private dining experience. Within about 10 minutes of us being seated at our table, Mr. Kim, the head chef, came to visit and chatted with us for a bit. He was very kind and welcoming, ensuring we enjoyed our time at his restaurant. Overall, our experience dining at Superkim Crab House was superb! Everything was terrific in terms of service and hospitality. We interacted with the great waitstaff, including Zach and Trish, who made us feel like we were chatting with friends. The food was delicious, but the price was somewhat on the high side for the portion size. However, the quality of the food was worth it. We heard that their Happy Hour menu is a good value, so I will try it out when it is available, M - F, 3PM - 6PM. TL:DR Get the crab croquette and clam chowder for sure! The Holy Crab is a very spicy dish, so get it if you like a lot of spice! The staff is friendly and helpful! Happy Hour is M - F, 3PM - 6PM. Parking in the parking garage is free for now, while construction is being done in the area.
