Every single time I come to this establishment the customer service is sub par and my order is never correct. I now understand why there is such a low rating for this KFC. They make you go inside to pick up the "convenient order via the app orders" even after you have already waited in the drive thru. What's up with that? Never have this problem at ANY OTHER KFC so do not understand why this one is like this. It's got soy flour in the breading, transfats from the fryer, and it has no secret herbs and spices (does it have ANY flavor at all?? Tasted like cardboard last time I tried it). The sides are limp and or stale and or bland, and it could come from anywhere. Albertson's deli chicken is actually tastier!! This location, in particular, is grim. Go during rush hours, there'll be a better chance of it being fresh since it's busy and they have to keep cooking. No lie, KFC has the best hot sauce ever for wings. I wish they would produce their own hot sauce to sell. The Zinger sandwich is probably my favorite thing I've tasted at KFC, it's spicy. Honey BBQ boneless wing is another staple of mines, super saucy and yummy. Popcorn chicken will probably get you more bread than meat. It's fast food, I don't expect much. I always order hot wings from here but it's definitely a hit or miss. The wings are super delicious and juicy when you get a fresh batch. This is the worst KFC ever, they never get the order right I have ordered on door dash twice, they left out food and drinks. re: Dinner thru Drive-Thru I always take advantage of the coupons or circulars in the weekend papers to take advantage of deals rather than paying full price. I ordered one of the buckets that should have contained white meat pieces with dark pieces instead of just dark. I only live about 10 minutes away, so I was a little disappointed when i got home that it was all dark pieces. So I quickly called them back, they were very apologetic and Farrel(sp?), the evening manager, helped me correct the problem. So I drove back and he fixed the order. This is still a very solid fast food place to eat and if you're a fried chicken aficionado such as myself the reliability of the quality of chicken (crispy or grilled) is very good and solid. After the remodel of this place it continues to be nice and clean. The service is nice and friendly and although sometimes slow due to the large amounts of orders at specific times (lunch and dinner times). I really like chicken and I love eating here. If you're looking to save money and get some decent food at the same time you should take advantage of the daily deals that they offer M-F. They are good and gets you filled up. As for me, my personal preference is to choose the Famous Bowl cause it is what I grew up eating from there. I also like the Popcorn Chicken and think that is it is off the chain and that you should pick that too. Everything about this place just screams chicken and they display all the chicken goodness for you to see. I like KFC... just not a huge fan of this KFC. But my office's unnatural, undying craving for fried chicken and biscuits brings us back week after week. The food is standard KFC, no surprises there. I always get either the famous bowl or the three piece strips meal. Quality always meets expectations. However, the facilities are pretty gross. There are usually 5 or 6 large black flies buzzing around and the smell of garbage comes and goes. If there was another KFC near the office, we would probably go there. There was someone eagerly awaiting to take my order and by the time a stepped away to get my self serve drink, my order was in front of me. It made me ask, "is that mine?"
