    a ham and cheese sandwich
    Mandy H.

Never again.... I work about two minutes from this place, it took a hour for my order to arrive. My sandwich was supposed to have avocado, which I paid for, no avocado, no mustard or mayo, which I requested. The pesto pasta consisted of literally two bites. My sandwich was so dry, I just tossed it. So my lunch was two bites of pasta salad.

Walked 20 mins to pick up my sandwich, got back and it's just bread and cheese. No mayo, avocado spread, nothing. The lazy guy that made it made me get my own bag and napkins after I asked. There was nobody in the store and several employees standing around. No reason to screw up that order so poorly.

Went to grab some din din with the fam from Jimmy Johns in Factoria. I saw the kickin chicken on a commercial and wanted to try it. It was good, I did have to take off the peppers that are on there because my mouth was getting a little hot. (I can barely handle Tabasco, lol). Anyway, the girl working the register was super sweet and they were freaky fast at making our sandwiches. A couple of things to note, they have no tables for sit down, I thought restaurants were open at least 25%, could be a corporate thing though. Next, you cannot use the restroom while waiting for your sandwiches, it's blocked off. If you didn't know there was a Jimmy Johns in Factoria, it's easy to miss, not much advertisement/signage and they are in the middle of two other business' in a strip mall type environment. My husband and daughter got the 11, he felt his was a little bland. We also got BBQ and Regular potato chips. (Kettle style). We also got one of their hidden gems.... their pickle.

Giant club sandwich---not so giant. $$6.99 for the size of half sub at subway.
    Mon L.

For $6.99 sandwich, I expected more than a 6" sandwich with thin layer of ham and a bunch of lettuce. The fact that they call it "Giant" club sandwich really put this place in my 2 stars category right the way. It's not giant and doesn't taste any better than Subway. The taste was not horrible or anything but it's just not worth the money. The stuff inside and the bread are similar quality to Subway. At Subway, you get to add tons of things to your sandwich and add a little more to make it a meal. Here you pay $6.99 and walk out with a small mediocre sandwich.

No worker. Nobody. For 10 minutes!!

Just went to this JJ location and stood in the lobby for 10 mins. It didn't even look like anyone was working. We left, and I decided to call (to make sure everything was okay) and a guy answered who said "I never saw anyone come in". WHAT??? How would he if he never came out to check??? Terrible experience.

The menu is quite small with three cold sandwiches and three hot ones, each inspired by a different region of the globe with the South Pacific, South America and Mediterranean as a few examples. There were two salads listed as well. I've been here twice and both times, when I went to place my order on the iPad, the menu stated they were out of stock for the sandwich that I wanted. However, when I asked the employee, she said that was not correct. So if you see the same message when ordering, it's worth asking about it! During my first visit, I ordered the RENDANG ($14). This hot sandwich came packed with SO much meat! Very tender chunks of marinated beef tasted of coconut, curry and warm spices. The flavor had true depth and I could actually taste hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. Thin spears of pickled cucumber and carrot added crunch and a perfect zing of acidity. They were refreshing and cut through the rich beef. A drizzle of Sambal Terasi (chili) aioli gave it another layer of flavor. Cilantro, mint and Thai basil were all fresh and vibrant. The bread was lightly toasted, being a little crinkly in texture without being harsh against my gums. If I could change something, I would include a couple extra slices of the cucumber to balance out the ratio of vegetables to meat, and add a bit more of the aioli. Other than that, this is a great sandwich influenced by flavors of the South Pacific. My companion got the STEAK sandwich ($15) and enjoyed it. The steak slices were thinly cut and tender as well. They do their beef right! On another occasion, I tried the PROSCIUTTO ($14), one of their cold sandwiches. The delicate layers of prosciutto were placed on top of sliced tomatoes, pickled onion and arugula, all between pressed focaccia bread. Truffle mustard was spread on both pieces of bread, which was WAY too much in my opinion. With this mustard having a stronger flavor, it overpowered the sandwich and made it too tangy, especially in combination with the pickled onions. The menu stated this should include pistachios, but I didn't notice any, and they were all out of provolone, so there was also an absence of cheese. For the prices, these sandwiches are pretty generous in size, so I consider them a good deal, especially for the Bellevue area. The ingredients are fresh and make for a fantastic lunch option. While I wasn't a huge fan of the Prosciutto sandwich, I'd definitely go back again for another Rendang!

I pre-ordered the high fiber bread scheduled for pick up on Monday. It was on the menu online and it accepted my payment, and considering it's a pre-order I assumed everything was good to go and they would make my order ready by Monday. I get to the store on Monday in a mad rush because I'm trying to pick up this high fiber bread to take home for my father in law flying back to Taiwan. So I literally made the trip just to get the bread in the morning and then rushed home to take him to the airport. I get to the store and apparently one of the managers said they tried to call me... at 6:30/7AM in the morning leaving me a voicemail on that same Monday I went to pick up the bread.... Basically saying they can't fulfill my order because the high fiber is not something they make on Monday??? I mean first of all, why are you taking preorders online then? Second of all, why is your online system allowing us customers to order and place in the cart if it's not available on Monday? Isn't that the point of preorder? So you know ahead of time what bread to make for customers? He then had the audacity to say... all our *regular customers* know our bread making schedule. It changes daily. Well, first of all, excuse me for not being a *regular* as in there's apparently some elitist exclusive group at great harvest bread. Also, though I'm not a *regular*, I do purchase breads from here for visitors etc from time to time and am well aware that the breads they make change daily WHICH IS WHY I PREORDERED. I was pretty upset about the whole ordeal and he compted me a Dakota bread which I don't even like. *eye roll* I think they seriously need to work on customer service etiquette and to edit their website so that it's not misleading. If you aren't able to provide the bread listed online, then don't enable it for preorders and waste our time commuting only to leave empty handed. Factoria is an extremely busy area too with heavy traffic in the morning. I was breaking a sweat trying to get from A to B on time What a complete disappointment. Please note this is not a review for the quality of their bread, but for the disappointing customer service and lack of transparency in their website. It's completely misleading...
