This Jimmy John's sucks so bad I placed an online order at home - arrive maybe 10 or 15 minutes later - and it is still not done despite the fact that nobody is in the store and they do not appear to be working on other orders I pick it up and go home, and the order is messed up. They cannot do basic things like add cheese when ordered, or comply with the online request to cut the sandwich in half I prefer to go here over downtown Bellevue because parking is easier but they are almost forcing me to abandon this location I love Jimmy John's product, so this makes me sad. Never again.... I work about two minutes from this place, it took a hour for my order to arrive. My sandwich was supposed to have avocado, which I paid for, no avocado, no mustard or mayo, which I requested. The pesto pasta consisted of literally two bites. Went to grab some din din with the fam from Jimmy Johns in Factoria. I saw the kickin chicken on a commercial and wanted to try it. It was good, I did have to take off the peppers that are on there because my mouth was getting a little hot. (I can barely handle Tabasco, lol). Anyway, the girl working the register was super sweet and they were freaky fast at making our sandwiches. A couple of things to note, they have no tables for sit down, I thought restaurants were open at least 25%, could be a corporate thing though. Next, you cannot use the restroom while waiting for your sandwiches, it's blocked off. If you didn't know there was a Jimmy Johns in Factoria, it's easy to miss, not much advertisement/signage and they are in the middle of two other business' in a strip mall type environment. My husband and daughter got the 11, he felt his was a little bland. We also got BBQ and Regular potato chips. (Kettle style). We also got one of their hidden gems.... their pickle. read more

Ordered online at noon for delivery. 1.5 hrs later I called to see what was up because my sandwich still hadn't arrived. They said the sandwich had been out for delivery for 50 minutes and they would check to see if they should send me another one...this seems to be common theme among the reviews. I instead asked for a refund which they gave me, hence the 2 stars. I get that the lunch rush could slow down delivery, but you have to get it done within 45min or at least give a heads up on the wait time. Btw I live less than 5 minutes from this JJ's. read more

They're doing it wrong! I was at Ulta getting my hair done and when I was getting hangry my stylist said that jimmy johns was nearby and delivers. At the 25 minute mark we thought for sure it wasn't coming and gave up hope. Eventually (35 minutes give or take) this childlike boy shows up with it. I felt bad for him. But man. Walk a little faster! I still tipped and ate the sandwich but it was a regrettable decision for the price and speed and really minimal loaf of bread with a few plain ingredients. read more

The covid safety measures are being taken very well! The staff was amazing especially Annie and Q. While I enjoyed the customer service from them there was one employee in particular that was very rude and condescending her name was brandy. For $6.99 sandwich, I expected more than a 6" sandwich with thin layer of ham and a bunch of lettuce. The fact that they call it "Giant" club sandwich really put this place in my 2 stars category right the way. It's not giant and doesn't taste any better than Subway. The taste was not horrible or anything but it's just not worth the money. The stuff inside and the bread are similar quality to Subway. I very rarely write Yelp reviews, but as everyone knows you're more likely to write one if you have had negative experiences than you are if you have positive ones. I have had consistent, long running issues with this Jimmy Johns. Let me start out by saying that where I work there are zero local options for lunch. I work in an industrial park, so we get two options per day to order for lunch. Thus, one day a week I wind up with JJ to avoid having to order greasy pizza. I order the same thing every week, as I'm nothing if not consistent, and every week there is some kind of issue with my order. If I ask for hot peppers, please put on hot peppers. If I ask for no mayo, please don't put on mayo. If I ask for an italian sandwich, I do not want roast beef (least of all roast beef with mayo), and if I ask you to please cut it in half (because 9 times out of 10 I take lunch while I'm working and need to eat one handed), please cut the blasted thing in half. It'd be one thing if my order was crazy odd, or if I put a different thing on there and changed it up each week, but come on guys. Get it together. Every week there is one thing or another wrong with my food, and it's past the point of being frustrating. Entered the store to pick up lunch for my boys next day, young gal was scrubbing the floor in the kitchen area with her bare hands. Sees me, doesn't wash her hands, takes my order, contaminates my CC and the Pos(register), grabs gloves (which contaminates the outside of the gloves with her dirty hands), makes my sandwiches with contaminated gloves. I have never had an issue with this location....until today. Whoever the driver was today (at around noon) was beyond rude!! He comes by the suite I'm working in to drop off a medium size order and gets snarky with me when I tell him I need a name to ensure the order goes to the correct people. It is not my fault he doesn't have a name. Come prepared next time. Then when one of the workers comes and signs for it...the driver looks at the recipet and says (in a normal tone for everyone to hear) "No tip. Awesome". Excuse me? Jimmy John's really comes down to who is working in the store due to the fact the franchise is available for anyone to own and operate. This being said it is unfortunate that the multiple times I have gone to this location my wait time for being acknowledged as being in the store is over a minute in length. Regardless if any employee makes eye contact or see's you no "hello" is given and no "I'll be right with you" is issued. You are simply ignored until they see you won't leave, then in almost a whisper "oh you haven't been helped?!" Then you are asked what would ya Like. Additionally the crew doesn't seem to work as a team. The bread cutter won't inform the cashier there is a customer. Nor will the meat puller inform the bread cutter they need to star the order that just came in. read more

This is a fairly new location, but they have been in business long enough to get the kinks out. I have been to many JJ's around the country, and they have always been super friendly, polite, and courteous. Well, not this location. I have been to the Factoria JJ's a few times, and they do not interact with customers at all. The young guy at the cash register hardly even made eye contact. He didn't even say hello or ask what I wanted. Just stood there with a blank stare. While I am ordering, the guy makes full on open mouth yawn right in my face. I ordered my sandwich "dry" with no dressing, mayo, etc. and handed him my credit card. The guy runs my card, hands me my receipt, and looks to the next customer in line. Not a thank you, have a nice day, smile, nothing. Walk over to the counter waiting for my order. Sandwich makers are only speaking with each other. After a few minutes, I am wondering where my sandwich is. It was sitting on the counter, but nobody thought of calling out that the order was ready. All of the customers are guessing as to which sandwich is theirs. I get back to my office, and my sandwich is drenched in Italian dressing. So much for the yawning-zero-personality-cashier-dude listening to my order. Can't believe that they can operate a JJ franchise in this manner.
