The interior is cozy and has modern furniture with traditional wood. They also have a sports bar within. The menu had a great look. They also had Chinese zodiac signs. They offer Indian food as well as Indianozed version of the Chinese food. I ordered Chinese Bhel. It is made from noodles, onion, cucumber, and their proprietary sauce. Even though it is a starter it is a huge portion. It was well shaped with the decoration of onions. The taste was good ; but it was a bit dry. Hakka noodles had really good quality of tender well done noodles. It was a bit bland for me. Adding sauce made them tasty. It fills stomach quickly. For dessert we had Darsaan w/ ice cream. It is sweet fried wonton with seasam spread on it. They had two scoops of ice cream on the side within the plate. There was no mix of the two. It was tasty. Feeling mixed about this. Was craving indo Chinese so decided to go there. It's been 10+ years since I went to inchin. What I really wanted was the Indian chowmein. I tried asking the hostess what to order for a similar feel but I was told none of their noodles are Indian :) Anywho, got the street side chowmein and chili paneer. The chowmein was okay. The noodles felt little overdone and were broken so you didn't get that chowmein like feel. The chili paneer was decent. The total tab was $50 which felt stiff, but the food lasted me for a few days so I guess the minimum serving is for two. Would I go back again? Not very sure. On the fence on this one. Great service, would not normally start with that but I honestly found my first time at this spot that was recommended to me by my Indian PT trainer. It was so lovely how attentive and helpful the service was. Cannot praise it enough. The food was definitely more like real Indo Chinese than in other places, not as good as NYC spots like Spice Symphony but it's decent. I do not think this is a 3.4/3.6 rating spot, people are being spectacularly parsimonious in their star giving, and adversarial in their opinions, but I find Washington gives raves for mediocre spots and tears down reasonable establishments. Taking it upon myself to modulate the curve with my reviews. The cauliflower Manchurian was not amazing but it was the right flavor profile. The fried rice was also good, not as good as other spots I have eaten it in other cities but it's fine. Ambiance is casual dining. I LOVE that they took care of validation for parking. Downtown Bellevue location of the Indo-Chinese restaurant chain. The restaurant doesn't face 108th St and is one of the west corners of the building. The restaurant validates parking in the parking garage, and there's a back door from the garage into the restaurant. Interior is mid-sized, has some oriental decorations and looks similar to other Inchin's I've to. Has a bar, and some bigger table that are sectioned off with some dividers. Some of the lighting at the corner big table we sat at was a bit harsh. They probably should point the light towards the ceiling. Not too busy on a random weeknight, half full or less. They have printed drinks menu, but you scan a QR code for the food menu. We ordered a whole bunch of items. To me, the food is somewhat Chinese looking dishes but with heavier dose of seasoning like in Indian cuisine. The chili fish(?) was my favorite for the starter/shareables, and also the fried rice and noodles were decent. The noodles had some heat to them. I also like desserts which was chocolate spring rolls and fried ice cream. Overall came to about $60 per person including gratuities as we were in a larger group. Green mango salad (from the seasonal mango menu), crispy chili baby corn, Chicken 65, and veg mono Hotpot. Washed it down with zingy Masala Soda. I could wax eloquent about each one of the dishes. The salad was sweet, crunchy and fresh with mango strips, carrots, purple cabbage, peanuts etc. The baby corn was fire. The veg momo hotpot is basically a momo in a Szechuan soup. The base was made of Szhechuan peppercorns which has a tendency to numb your tongue. The momos were a little on the drier side, nevertheless very tasty. Dessert was the Bombay street side mango cream. Sweet mango chunks with fresh cream. What's not to love. I see many more visits here in the near future. I don't know what has changed, but I used to really love this restaurant. For the past 2-3 months, I've been ordering regularly, and the quality has gone downhill. The noodles often come undercooked, and sometimes even the chicken is not properly cooked. I called them twice to give feedback, but no one really responded properly. I specifically asked to speak with the manager because I genuinely like this place and wanted to share my concerns. Instead of addressing it, they told me to call again the next day. I mean, seriously? Why should I have to keep calling just to give feedback about poor food quality?A manager should have taken my number, followed up, and actually cared about customer experience. A fair warning to those who want to visit: The food here is decently spicy (we asked for the food to be mild, but it was still pretty spicy), so make sure you are at least semi-decent at handling spice before visiting. Despite that being said, when I visited I got the Burnt Garlic Fried Rice, the Crispy Chili Corn, Chinese Bhel, spring rolls, and Pan Fried Chili Paneer. I thought the Chinese Bhel and the spring rolls were the most meh. I think they were not worth the money. The best items were the crispy chili corn, the pan-fried chili paneer, and the burnt garlic fried rice, in that particular order. The Crispy Chili Corn was perfectly friend and seasoned and not too spicy. The same can be said about the pan-fried chili paneer, except the heat was turned up a bit with a noticeable taste of cumin. I would get this dish with some white rice. The burnt garlic fried rice was a coin toss for me. It was seasoned really well, but I thought it was really spicy. When I got home I mixed it with some home made rice and it turned out to be very flavorable. I would not consider this dish if you cannot handle spice, we asked for it to be mild as well. read more

My family has been coming to Inchin's since it opened and we have always loved the delicious food. The Chicken 65, Manchurian Chicken, the Burnt Garlic Fried Rice and Manchow Soup are some of our go-tos. They also have incredible vegetarian options for when we have people visiting with dietary restrictions and need to take them to a tried and true restaurant. Inchin also has some of the best service. Over the years we've had incredible waiters who have been attentive and kind. We also once had a set of blonde twins serving us and we didn't even realise there were two of them. The service that day was phenomenal haha. The drinks at Inchin rock. I love their herbalvore and boozy lassi cocktails. Not only is the presentation of the drinks incredible but they're so delicious and smooth. We've come to Inchin at all times of the day and are obsessed with their cozy atmosphere and delicious food. We love that they've started putting conversation starters on the table too because it definitely makes coming to Inchin more engaging. My only qualm with this beloved place is there lack of a reservation system. It's hard to roll the dice with a rumbling tummy and we've experienced forty and sixty minute waits in the crowded waiting area.
