Service was courteous and super quick. 3 piece meal with original spices was there before I could drive round to the window. Everything was as I ordered and was super nice. Will I be back - oh yes read more

TRASH!!!! The worst fast food experience ever I went through the drive thru (never again) I was charged the wrong amount for a two piece meal with wedges, I was given the wrong drink. After pulling up waiting for my order which seemed like FOREVER because they forgot I was waiting. The cook gives my food to the car behind me then says I got you went back in for at least another 5 min comes back out to give me my food AFTER I told him my order...and I still was given the wrong food NEVER AGAIN will I patronize this business.TRASH FOOD TRASH SERVICE read more

Orders are always missing items despite ordering on the app. This location needs all new management and staff that can read.

Worst KFC we have ever had. The chicken was dry and chewy. The sauce was squirted in a blob on one side of the sandwich. The sandwiches were smashed. The biscuit was rock hard. The mashed potatoes were cold and tasted like a watered down version of a cheap instant potato packet. The workers were rude and slow. They forgot my extra sauce on the side. They forgot spoons for the mashed potatoes. KFC is now disgusting to us. read more

Location has been here for years. I only visit during lunch hour at work. This location has the basics, but doesn't carry Grilled/Roasted chicken. In and Out on the drive thru time. Very pleased. Try the Pot Pie! Big and Filling! read more

First of all they are too expensive for the average family. This chain wants $2.50 for a chicken wing,That sells in the store 3lbs for $6.00.Are their wings made of gold. A average bucket of chicken $30.00,containers maybe one and a half chicken.Cost in a store uncooked $10.00 for 2,the workers has a very poor, impatient attitude. The sides are all overpriced, and very small portions. An order o read more

We had KFC. In Ohio and missed the crispy chicken and fluffy biscuits. The new KFC in Evans, a real disappointment. The crispy chicken was not hot and delicious. They threw my biscuits in with chicken instead of a box. and they were cold. The kids at the counter were doing the best they could do but they needed better training. Competing with Bo Jangles and Popeyes has got to be hard. But, do better and get it together. read more

Sooooo I pride myself on giving good objective reviews but this one here is coming straight from my feelings. I freaking loveeeeee fries and KFC has some good fries since they changed up their recipe. So I went to KFC to get a large fry and honestly this particular restaurant is not the one I was searching for but it was the closest one so I went to it. Nonetheless I get there and I order a large fry and the lady says it'll take five minutes because they had to drop some more, I say that's fine. So the wait was actually 10 min not 5 but whose counting. So she brings the bag out to me and in my head I'm like this bag feels light but maybe I'm just tripping. So I get home and no I wasn't tripping. The freaking container was only half full. Normally I wouldn't be to upset but if Im paying nearly 5 dollars for a large fry i expect the container to be full. read more

Tried to order wings told they were only allowed to get wings when accompanied on a menu item. Ordered a bucket of fried chicken. Tokd we would have to wait for them to cook it. No white meat at 16:39. Right before supper rush. The chicken was over cooked and over salted. All the chicken pieces looked the same and none was cooked fresh. They forgot my wife's diet coke. Overall a poor experience. Been eating at this location since 1966. Only bad visit. read more

I have had some pretty crappy experiences at KFC in the past, but I have nothing but good things to say about my visit to this location. The remodel looks nice. The staff is friendly, and the $20 fill up deal is a great value! Thanks for a great dinner! read more

Great products and friendly and fast service makes a store very much wanting to come back to. Had the Nashville chicken combo and a hot and fresh sandwich with a really fresh blend of mashed potatoes with gravy. The store was revamped not to long ago and they did a great job, even with that big chicken bucket in the middle of the room! Stop by for some fresh and hot chicken and delish sides read more

First of all the customer service was very poor the employee had an attitude in the drive-through. Then they didn't give us half of our order and we went inside to ask for the rest of it they continued to be rude. Even when we went inside and corrected the order we were still missing some food. The food was cold and chicken was super greasy. read more

Employee at drive thru very rude and condescending. My children in the backseat even stated she rolled her eyes as I was driving off. She was very condescending. read more

Literally the worst kfc. They put the gravy on the bottom of a bag so it broke and leaked over all our food... the chicken can not be actual chicken... I have eaten chicken in a tent in Kuwait that was better than this garbage. I'll never go again... and I hope they fire the whole staff... starting with the "manager" I spoke to on the phone. I'd put her name but I have no idea how to spell what she said. read more

Concern about levelup pci card handler being charged to me . Never says what charges . Also already paying a delivery fee. It's not my job to guess amount going into pci's account . That should be upfront . Travel a lot . Kentucky, NC,SC,TX. All don't have this system . GA has this added fee for me . But no dollar amount ? read more

Wanted to take the time to point out I received great customer service at this location today. Good job to the crew working 4.25 1:30 - 2pm

I come to Kentucky Fried Chicken on occasions and the food is pretty good. This place has been remodeled recently so it's real swank with the light fixtures and decor on the walls. The $5 fill up box is a pretty great steal. You get a ton of food for $5. I've had that a few times. I really like the Crispy chicken here. I don't like the original recipe chicken because it's so soggy. The crispy chicken is so crunchy and succulent inside. The sides are pretty good as well. I noticed the last time I dined here some customers had to come back to retrieve the rest of their order. This place gets pretty busy and the employees are not as efficient as they can be with handling all the customers orders at once. Another thing, most of the fountain drinks were out or didn't have any syrup or sweetness to them while I was there the last time. Good thing I dined in because I would have been mad if I had made it home and realized that. I don't know how long it was like that, but the employees were unaware of it until one of the employees came around to have a drink and almost threw up from the taste or lack thereof of the soda fountain. The employees are friendly I will give them that but they can step their game up with handling customers quickly!! read more

I came to this KFC to get a meal with a LARGE side of potato wedges, when I came to the window they gave me mashed potatoes, I told the lady this is wrong and I would like a LARGE order of potatoes wedges with my meal 8 different times, so they made me pull up the a spot where some crackhead lady knocked on my car while I waited for my fries and then after all that explaining they still brought me out a small order of potato wedges, after I paid for a large. After that I just left because they clearly were not gonna give me what I ordered. read more

Delicious as usual. Clean dining area and pleasant employees. They were glad to serve you. The only downside was the ladies restroom was out of order. So we had to use the gentlemen restroom. Ok so toilets fail from time to time. I asked if the plumber was on the way sense clearly a plummer was not all ready there the answer I got was we're not sure. Do you get my point? I can accept temporary use of the men facility but if the plummer isn't already there, atleast be able to enlightened me on if the situation will change for future customers. read more

This food made me and my friend both sick to our stomachs. The sides taste as though they were frozen and then microwaved, and their chicken is not hot, just slightly warm where you can tell they have been sitting under a heat lamp for quite a while. Will not be returning. read more
