Worst KFC we have ever had. The chicken was dry and chewy. The sauce was squirted in a blob on one side of the sandwich. The sandwiches were smashed. The biscuit was rock hard. The mashed potatoes were cold and tasted like a watered down version of a cheap instant potato packet. The workers were rude and slow. They forgot my extra sauce on the side. We had KFC. In Ohio and missed the crispy chicken and fluffy biscuits. The new KFC in Evans, a real disappointment. The crispy chicken was not hot and delicious. They threw my biscuits in with chicken instead of a box. and they were cold. The kids at the counter were doing the best they could do but they needed better training. Sooooo I pride myself on giving good objective reviews but this one here is coming straight from my feelings. I freaking loveeeeee fries and KFC has some good fries since they changed up their recipe. So I went to KFC to get a large fry and honestly this particular restaurant is not the one I was searching for but it was the closest one so I went to it. Nonetheless I get there and I order a large fry and the lady says it'll take five minutes because they had to drop some more, I say that's fine. So the wait was actually 10 min not 5 but whose counting. So she brings the bag out to me and in my head I'm like this bag feels light but maybe I'm just tripping. So I get home and no I wasn't tripping. The freaking container was only half full. Tried to order wings told they were only allowed to get wings when accompanied on a menu item. Ordered a bucket of fried chicken. Tokd we would have to wait for them to cook it. No white meat at 16:39. Right before supper rush. The chicken was over cooked and over salted. All the chicken pieces looked the same and none was cooked fresh. They forgot my wife's diet coke. First of all the customer service was very poor the employee had an attitude in the drive-through. Then they didn't give us half of our order and we went inside to ask for the rest of it they continued to be rude. Even when we went inside and corrected the order we were still missing some food. Literally the worst kfc. They put the gravy on the bottom of a bag so it broke and leaked over all our food... the chicken can not be actual chicken... I have eaten chicken in a tent in Kuwait that was better than this garbage. I'll never go again... and I hope they fire the whole staff... starting with the "manager" I spoke to on the phone. Concern about levelup pci card handler being charged to me . Never says what charges . Also already paying a delivery fee. It's not my job to guess amount going into pci's account . I come to Kentucky Fried Chicken on occasions and the food is pretty good. This place has been remodeled recently so it's real swank with the light fixtures and decor on the walls. The $5 fill up box is a pretty great steal. You get a ton of food for $5. I've had that a few times. I really like the Crispy chicken here. I don't like the original recipe chicken because it's so soggy. The crispy chicken is so crunchy and succulent inside. The sides are pretty good as well. I noticed the last time I dined here some customers had to come back to retrieve the rest of their order. This place gets pretty busy and the employees are not as efficient as they can be with handling all the customers orders at once. Another thing, most of the fountain drinks were out or didn't have any syrup or sweetness to them while I was there the last time. Good thing I dined in because I would have been mad if I had made it home and realized that. I don't know how long it was like that, but the employees were unaware of it until one of the employees came around to have a drink and almost threw up from the taste or lack thereof of the soda fountain. The employees are friendly I will give them that but they can step their game up with handling customers quickly!! read more

I came to this KFC to get a meal with a LARGE side of potato wedges, when I came to the window they gave me mashed potatoes, I told the lady this is wrong and I would like a LARGE order of potatoes wedges with my meal 8 different times, so they made me pull up the a spot where some crackhead lady knocked on my car while I waited for my fries and then after all that explaining they still brought me out a small order of potato wedges, after I paid for a large. Delicious as usual. Clean dining area and pleasant employees. They were glad to serve you. The only downside was the ladies restroom was out of order. So we had to use the gentlemen restroom. Ok so toilets fail from time to time. I asked if the plumber was on the way sense clearly a plummer was not all ready there the answer I got was we're not sure. Do you get my point? I can accept temporary use of the men facility but if the plummer isn't already there, atleast be able to enlightened me on if the situation will change for future customers. read more
