Not only were the portions plentiful, they were absolutely delicious. This was the best catfish I've had in a long time. The wings were fried perfectly and seasoned just right. This is my first time trying this place and it was pretty good. I ordered the 3 meat combo with shrimp, catfish and whole chicken wings, a salad and a drink. For how much food I received it was very affordable. The overall taste was pretty good. They put the "crack" seasoning on it and it was great, I just wish they put more of it on the food. The fries that came with the 3 meat combo seemed like an afterthought. They weren't even seasoned and underneath the meat. I asked for my food to be fried hard and it definitely was not. The salad was a nice size and the lettuce was really crisp. The lemonade was good but it was a little to sweet. Overall, this place is pretty good and I would come back. After pulling up and harassing our colleague for choosing a place for lunch connected to a gas station we ordered. Don't knock it! There are quite a few items on the menu! I ordered small chicken tenders with fries and it was hard to pass up fried green tomatoes! OMG, their portions are huge. I was pretty full with two tenders and not even a quarter of the fries! Everything was really tasty. As great as the food tastes, it's very salty so be forewarned, but I'd definitely visit again. I'd probably share though. I have more than enough for dinner! read more

my visit was superbowl morning about 4:30 am after driving about 10 miles to this 24 hr place, i walked into it and it looked like they were cleaning or doing renovation or something' it was a few minutes before anyone i walked past acknowledged me. then was told they getting ready the super bowl and they won't open till 5AM. But the reason I gave it 2 star because my food was rushed, my fries were raw and nothing we ordered had flavor. Being that everything was fried I would expect some type of flavor. Omg! THE FRIED JUMBO SHRIMP were the best I've ever had and whatever that heavenly powder they shake on your fries and shrimp are worth the drive and wait. Also the wing flavor was awesome! I got the 25 cut wings in Buffalo Mild. You're meal is cooked to order and arrives piping hot fresh from the fryer! The oysters are crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth delicious on the inside. Don't get me started on the shrimp, how they maintain the sweet flavor is beyond me and the fish hot flaky goodness. They have to change the grease daily to get this type of yummy goodness. Now....everyone bear with me on this one. Yes, this is a "gas station" restaurant. Yes it's in a "questionable" side of town, BUT!!!!! In my experiences, I have found some of the best food can be found in these small areas that a lot of people from out of town won't go. SO if you are someone who is here from out of town, to a short time locals(like me) this place will work in a pinch. I Found out about this place out because I was working nights while I lived in GA on a job. They were the only place open at 4 am that still served wings regardless of what time it was, and the food was...well not half bad. Really good specials weekly and very popular with the locals. Worst customer service ever...Called in my order and had to wait another hour once I got there it was a slow day at 3 pm so there was no reason for my food to take that long... The cashier was on her cell phone texting the whole time, when I politely asked about my order the staff had the worst attitude finally when it was finished the slong my food at me and left I had to wait a couple more minutes before I could request ketchup and honey mustard...
