Our daughter locked our bedroom door walked out and closed it. It was a keyed lock from the exterior so we could not just unscrew it to take off. Ram responded to my request for a quote within in a few minutes and after a few questions from me and prompt responses, I decided to go with them. He was able to come within thirty minutes of my contacting him to install a deadbolt lock on my front door. The door is solid hardwood so not an easy one to drill through for a new installation. Needed my deadbolt lock re-keyed today. Made an appointment with Rambo Mobile Locksmith which they verified via calls a couple of times before they came out. Sivan showed up on time and did the job very professionally. The only problem I had was with the dispatcher who told me about the cost to re-key the lock but forgot to mention the $45 service fee.
