Sam has been such a great help for me, very knowledgeable and indeed such an accommodating/welcoming representative of the bank to the customers. I would like to also thank Ken for his help. I rarely write reviews for a bank, but I highly, highly recommend KeyPoint Credit Union to anyone looking to finance or refinance an auto loan. I have been their client since ~2010 when I financed my suv through them. I completed my financing and went back to them as I had and urgent need to refinance my Tesla Auto Loan due to a mortgage loan. Ken Nakamura, was the financial service representative who helped me and my husband when we went there just a couple of days ago. Ken went above and beyond to help us with the refinance process and we were in and out of there in just a couple of hours. He was extremely helpful and got what we needed efficiently. Love this place. I needed to open a Credit Union account. Came in rushing it was my lunch time. Every time I came to inquire about their services the staff was very helpful. Christy Tran was the 1st person to assist me with this process. She gave me all the information that I needed and while I was rushing she was thorough with information making sure I understood it all. Not just doing her job but making sure all my inquiries and concerns were met. Let's do not forget Sam Sybounheuang who also assist me when I come in and is always helpful. Unusual to rate a bank, but if there was ever a bank that deserved 5 stars - this is the one. I started off my relationship with KeyPoint with an auto loan. As I interacted with the branch, having superior customer service and personalized attention, I switched over my entire banking relationship to KeyPoint. I'm talking about several business accounts, personal accounts, heloc, etc. when it came time for PPP, they moved at an amazing speed to get us approved and funded, saving us from disaster! Ken, Dez, Sam, Mimi make transactions a breeze and with the leadership of Angela, they've been able to help make this entire banking experience actually good. I don't regret moving away from too-big-to-fail Bank of America which does not care about customer service.
