Alon did a wonderful job. I had some hardware problems with one of our computers and although he could have easily sold me on replacing parts, due to the age of the box and uncertainty as to how long it would last even if repaired, his first recommendation was to just replace the unit. He provided a new system unit, at a reasonable cost, got it set up and all non-Microsoft software installed and migrated the entire "documents" directory. Most important he was able to handle the transfer of a huge amount of mail from the old system to the new system, which involved a non-trivial change of mail systems. The time spent was less than I expected and his charges were more than reasonable. He made an effort to getting everything done in a timely manner which was greatly appreciated. I can't tell you how many times Alon has saved me from a computer crisis! He is easy to reach, efficient, patient, professional, responds immediately and can fix any problem I have ever had. Sometimes the only way to really know how good service can be is how issues are handled. Alon cloned my hard drive to another super fast solid state drive. When he arrived at our home, I had not kept a software access number that was needed and my Outlook was blocked. It took almost an hour to resolve but he hung in there to fix it and didn't charge me for the time which I appreciated.
