The moment he entered he asked me if I have problems with virus. Seriously? Virus? I am 21 yo I will never request specialist because of virus. The fact is that he charges hourly and he looked at the ready computer that needs cable management and told me:"It is a big project that might take couple of hours." I understood instantly that he wants to make money out of me and he will do everything to take his time. However the place I always go to is closed due to Covid 19 and I was out of options he literally did not do nothing for an hour. He connected some cables and then I turned on computer but monitor was black. An hour passed by and he left.Then I called my friend and it took 5 him 5 minutes to connect all the cables. And this so called specialist did not even connect CPU cabel. When I asked him what is this cable for, he replied:"That's just extra ones." TThecompany is a complete scam. Avoid at all costs. Hey Man from keynetich I actually did jot see your response in a while and I wanted to respond yeah you told me that I am here to shame the businesses I actually have a lot of good reviews where I have had a pleasant experience but when I don't I leave a truthful comment any tech guy will understand what I am talking about and I was not missing any cables as I purchased all the details. This review is truthful as I said I build computer and needed help only with connecting processor cable as I cold not figure out where it goes. Later on I watched youtube video with my processor and it took me 2 minutes to plug the cable in. As I mentioned before he said he charges 150$ an hour and it is a project that will take a couple of hours. At first the keynetich answered saying he never visited me and I am not a customer. Later he edited response and said that a review is incorrect. There is no need lying and saying that this review is a lie and I exist to shame businesses I only review the places I have been to according to the experience I had this is why this platform exist. Also for people who read this please look at all reviews of keynetic this guy only has 5 reviews and 3 of them 1 star reviews I reviewed your business too Alon and to all reviews you answer that you did not provide the service to them just like you answered me but good thing I have your card and phone calls which I attached and then you changed your review.
