He arrived quickly, was incredibly friendly and professional, got me back into my apartment in just a few minutes without damaging my new doorknob, and even had me test my key afterward to make sure everything was working perfectly. There was also a pricing mix-up because I thought he was with another company. Instead of dismissing it, Nick spoke with his boss on my behalf and was able to honor the lower price. He even had me call the other locksmith while he was there so they wouldn't make an unnecessary trip. That level of honesty and professionalism meant a lot to me. If you ever need a locksmith, I highly recommend asking for Nick. He was kind, professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. Thank you again!

I have recommended people to AMP before since my building has several owners who occasionally get locked out, but I've never once needed to reach out myself personally. Andrew, who is the manager, answered immediately, and then immediately got one of his two top locksmiths out within half an hour - this was after two other Locksmiths who boast excellent response time - Guardian Angel locksmith and FLAMMS Locksmith both in Sherman Oaks - refused and said that they were completely tied up... So much for compassion and loyalty. I got lucky and ended up with NICK who (despite me having a higher end lock that requires more effort than the usual), immediately opened it within two minutes. I know from experience that different locks can take upwards of an hour to crack depending on how complex they're created. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company, the price point was lower than Guardian Angel and FLAMMS, they were communicative, compassionate, and got the job done immediately. (And then... Pray that you get NICK!!) MUST CALL!

Mike responded to my messages right away, answered all of my questions, and scheduled service promptly. Steve, the locksmith Mike sent, was excellent. He was professional, kind, patient, and easy to work with. My door had an unusual lock setup with multiple deadbolts and a handleset that had been installed years ago, and Steve handled everything with confidence and skill. He never made the job seem complicated - he simply got to work, completed the installation neatly and efficiently, and had everything finished much faster than I expected. The workmanship was excellent, the price was fair, and I now have the peace of mind of knowing my home is secure again. I especially appreciated that they provided a key code card, making it easy to have additional keys made in the future if I ever need them. Mike was responsive, honest, and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end, and Steve represented the company exceptionally well. If you're looking for a reliable, professional locksmith for lock replacement, rekeying, or home security, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend City One Locksmith. Five stars all the way!
