Excellent, fast and affordable. Will use their services again. The guy that came out was very personable!! Thanks

Keymasters LA really helped me out. I needed car keys for two cars that my elderly father lost, and one key needed a chip/responder. I found Cole (who helped me) to be highly knowledgeable. He's FANTASTIC at Japanese makes/models. I have some old BMWs we might work on next, and he did warn me those models are tougher to tackle purely because the engineering is more complex (more on the key FOB side). I wouldn't hesitate calling Cole, or another associate back for more work. Cole was smart, honest, fast and had a very warm personality. I highly recommend Keymasters! read more

These are the nicest people. I needed a couple of simple backup locks installed in a home. I was able to schedule quickly and when Nathan arrived, he advised me that the ones I had purchased were not going to be best for what I wanted to do. We discussed what would fulfill my needs best and he offered to come back another day (at no additional charge?!) after I'd had time to get the locks. Kind, affordable, efficient. I would use them again in a second. read more

Paulo is the best!! Amazing service. He was very responsive and communicated well. We needed his service to create a new key fob and he was also willing to show how it was being made. I am glad that I found Paulo because he helped out a lot and was kind enough to provide assistance despite the slight long drive. Overall, he arrived on time, gave solid service, and was very kind. On top of that, he gave a very reasonable price. Highly recommend him! read more

AMAZING value and service!! I called to have my broken 2008 Prius key fob replaced and Paul was at my house in under 20 minutes. He was unbelievably patient, honest, and super friendly, took his time to explain everything and even transferred the chip of my old key to a new one and then ground a new hard copy! I price compared a bunch locksmiths beforehand and he hands down offered the best value in the area. Keymasters is my official locksmith of choice. Thanks Paul! read more

I received a prompt response, and a great technician (Paul) was almost immediately sent out. It turned out that the company is in Glendale and made the drive to Santa Rosa Valley, arriving about an hour later. A new car key was made, Paul was very polite and professional, and I felt fortunate to have found such accommodative people! read more

Definitely recommend Nathan from Keymasters LA for all your lock and key needs! Nathan was so kind, friendly and is an honest man. Most importantly he was super sweet with our feline babies and walked in with a pleasant awareness that this is their home. We connected right away! We called him on a short notice and he was quick to respond and open his availability to squeeze us in for an appointment. Our main door lock was not working properly- the key was getting stuck and the lock was very difficult to maneuver. We need a little more work done to our janky door knob/ lock and Nathan went above and beyond to replace our door lock without having to change all our keys. read more

I'm going to just say that theres no one more personable or quick at hopping on the task like Alex! My door wouldnt unlock or lock from outside. I sent in a message and within 10 minutes, I got a call. They even offered to come out right then and and there which was 1 am but I opted for this morning at 10 instead. Called when he was on the way and called when he arrived. Well mannered, easy to talk to and very very knowledgable. Definitely will be using them for all my locksmith needs. Tech did a good job changing my older door lock to a new Medeco, although he encountered a couple of glitches.

Contacting them via their website e-mail to set up an appointment wasn't functioning correctly. Calling a leaving a message, they got back to me within 30 minutes. I was able to set up a time and date to rekey my house. The tech called me 15 mins before the scheduled time to inform me he was going to be 15 mins late due to traffic. This a professional courtesy that you don't get a lot of these days from technicians, so i greatly appreciated it. I would definitely recommend them, their prices are very reasonable and quick service. read more

This company saved my day last Saturday. I accidentally locked myself out in the morning. I had wrong set of keys, & I did not have anything with me other than the keys I can't use for my new condo. I was stuck in the lobby area wandering around. Fortunately a resident was passing by the lobby. She called the Keymasters LA for me, a man came within 30 minutes. It was unbelievable service on the weekend. I told him I want to replace the old locks. He said he can return in the afternoon which Paulo came & replaced with both locks that I will no longer lock myself out!! Thank you for your prompt services! read more

We needed the lock replaced on our mailbox and Keymasters reached out right away with a reasonable price and a quick appointment time. The technician was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. I was so impressed with the communication with Keymasters that I asked for a quote on replacing our worn out front door lock. The technician came back out the next day and replaced our entire front door lock assembly and aligned it perfectly. The total cost for parts and labor was reasonable and the repairs look perfect. I would definitely use Keymasters again or recommend them to friends or family. read more
